Rooms were ok and clean, staff not super inviting. Breakfast included was good. Reason for low marks was because pool was closed and the kids were looking very forward to it. it put a damper on our trip.

Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. When I went into the room, there was a distinctly overpowering smell that someone had smoked in there. I asked for another room which Management did after they checked it out. The smell was so strong, it stayed with me for longer than imagined. I believe I should be compensated for the inexcusable experience.

The property was old. The pool is mostly shallow but my daughter loved the water slide. The view from our balcony was beautiful however the flooring for our balcony was plywood. We had a suite with king bed and sofa bed for my daughter. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Luckily I had brought my daughter’s favourite blanket so I took blanket they provided and placed it under the sheet to soften her bed a bit. Main bed was not overly comfortable either and air conditioning made bedroom cool but did not get to the room with the sofa bed. Breakfast was ok. Cereals, packaged muffins, packaged waffles and a bit of other options. Staff was friendly though. And we forgot something in our room and they happily mailed it to us. Hotel needs some updating but all in all it was ok. Nice park for kids next to hotel. And again view was amazing. Nice to walk around area.

L'hôtel est très propre, la vue est magnifique et plusieurs choses à visiter à proximité. J'adore l'emplacement. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique. Par contre, l'insonorisation des chambres est très mauvaise, autant pour les voisins d'à côté que ceux d'au-dessus. Le déjeuner continental est dit "de luxe", mais est en fait très ordinaire. La nourriture est fraîche et bonne, mais n'a rien de qualifiable de "deluxe". Aussi, le Wi-Fi est vraiment, mais vraiment très lent. Et ça, c'est quand il fonctionne.

One night stay for a work trip. The wi-fi was not consistent enough to work remotely, but is fine for normal use. TV tesponse to the remote control was a bit frustrating. They have the nice Dove products for soap and shampoo.

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Near restaurants, artist dock, pub, warf etc. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. Special mention of Sophie who went out of her way to help us. Would highly recommend. Best location in Caraquet.

Séjour Payé d'avance sur Hotel.com (Expedia). Je suis arrivé et l'employé m'a fait repayé une seconde fois malgré le fait que je lui ai dis que j'avais prépayé mon séjour. Elle m'a répondu sèchement que je devais payé puis raht it en me lançant la machine de carte credit en aillant absolument rien a cirer de mes explications. The hotel was located just off NB-145 on a side street. There were several good restaurants within 1 mile of the hotel on the same street. I ate dinner on two of them. La vue de l'hôtel est incroyable.. piste cyclable, bord de l'eau.. les couchers de soleil sont vraiment magnifiques. Le staff est vraiment sympathique aussi. Par contre, le déjeuner inclus ds le prix de la chambre est vraiment triste: tres peu de choix.. l'emplacement de la cuisine n'a que 4-5 tables.. et c'est très étroit.

We had a great stay with the kids. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool and its water slide was worth the extra money, the kids loved it. The hotel has an excellent location, close to a great kids playground, by the water and close to a grocery store (perfect). Only complaint is the breakfast room is much too small for such a large hotel but we managed. We had a great stay and would come back again.

This is perfect for staying in Caraquet!! Right on the water, with an amazing playground next door and nice restaurant/ brewery next door. Amazing view of the sunset. Cant think of a better place to stay! Also the pool with slide was perfect for our 7 year old and loved having breakfast included. Will stay again!

It was not a very big deal, but our room was never cleaned between the 2 nights we stayed, a mental error by the maid, but we were not bothered much by this. The dining room for breakfast is really too small and not big enough to accommodate all the guests, but we made do by our table sharing with others.
