Parking lot is small, but the facility was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The fireplace in our room did not work and the pool and gym were not available

Hotel was full that night and so was the parking lot. Somebody parked a truck and trailer in there so a bunch of us had to park on the street

This was a really good hotel, price was reasonable, quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good overall, comfortable and good heat and water pressure. Pool was under renovation and was not noted on Expedia link to site. Breakfast was average, but nice that available, and still had a lot of selection. Staff were kind and offered access to the Quality Hotel’s pool, however it was down the road approximately 0.5 km, so it was nice to have, but not convenient. Overall this is a good hotel and worth staying here again. Thank you.

The jets in the hot tub were not working!!!!! After talking to a few people, they said it hasn’t been working for a while. Why don’t they fix it???

The room was not cleaned before our stay. There was hair in the tub and sink and garbage in the fridge. Then the free wifi would not work at all. Went for a swim and the hot tub was ice cold with no out of order sign.

The property was very clean

Room smelt bad. Breakfast bar empty. Tables were dirty. Kids running the halls and loud thumping through the night. Stains on bedding. Walls missing paint. Furniture in room stained. Most definitely not worth $179 per night.

- Good showers, if you're ok with a low flow. - Really nice breakfast, refilled regularly. But could use some labels, like where to get coffee, garbage cans, and plates. - 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby (WITH cream, honey and cookies). However, hot water was lukewarm last night for tea and coffee was lukewarm this morning. - Room was pleasantly updated. Air conditioning and heater in both rooms of the double room suite. In room jacuzzi worked well. Comfy bed and pillows. Good sized, adjustable tv's in both rooms. Nice shampoo and conditioner. Only provided 2 bath towels for a jacuzzi suite, for 2 people. Nice they have rags in the room to extend the use of old facecloths. - Made note requesting the quietest room possible when we booked 3 months ago, which was not noticed. I don't know if all the jacuzzi suites are adjacent to the stairs, but on our 4th floor you could hear people on the stairs, and on the floor above us. May be a bit less of an issue if the elevator worked. - This pocket of hotels is in a commercial area, so pretty much just a concrete and slightly run down restaurant view. - Elevator was broken both days. Hard as it's up to a 5 floor walk-up. They will haul your bag up if you request it. - Front desk staff were nice. Daytime guy was far more helpful than nighttime guy at correcting our missing Choice Rewards.

The room smelled musky in the bathroom. The fridge and heater in the room were both very loud.

Stayed in room 109 which was very noisy because of ice machine, elevators, and people coming and going. It was also an adjoining room and could here everything from the next room. Otherwise stay was good

We spent one night at Comfort Inn Yorkton. Staff was friendly, quick check-in.Rooms are a little outdated, but beds & pillows comfy. Keurig in room with decent coffee pods. Quiet. I would stay again. Continental Breakfast was good.

Check in was great, and my request for a top floor room away from the elevator was granted. The room (422) was very clean and comfortable. The only negative comment I have is the room has a very poor Wifi connection and is definitely not high speed, but it’s possible that it’s specific to that particular room. The gym was simple, clean, bright, and next to the pool. Breakfast was basic, but there was a hot option each morning. Overall, I think the hotel was good value for the price.

Pretty standard room, but smelled mouldy and too moist

The Handicap Parking area sidewalk could have been shovelled. Was extreme cold warnings on weather app and needed to plug in vehicle. The sidewalk part was not shovelled. The wifi was very sketchy as well. Received a phone call shortly after check in after I gave the front desk my credit card and cell phone number. The phone was about me owing money to my credit card. Was very short call but that number had a V in front of the phone number and then later in the night an email from my credit card company saying i needed to make a payment. A very strange situation, I kept my wifi off and data on when away from the hotel room. Last time we got a room in December our wifi in the room was not on for the better part of the stay as well. Please ask hotel management to keep a check on the wifi connection so no one gets hacked.

Upon entering my room, the temp was very cold, i increased the heat, it made no difference, the floor was so cold i couldnt walk barefoot. There was cold wind blowing in from the air conditioners in the bedroom and the other in living room. I phoned the front desk and complained, i was told maintenence would check the next day ( was 9pm). The heat register was ice cold blowing minimally warm air i was not offerred a different room. I had to sleep with my socks on with an extra blanket doubled to try to keep warm. In the morning my shoulders ached from being so tense. The internet was inaccessible. When i complained about that i was allowed on to the business internet. The next day maintenence came and used duct tape to prevent cold air from coming in, it was minimally effective. I asked for a space heater which was provided but i was unable to regulate the temperature in my room. Again i slept poorly and loud banging in the hall woke me up several times through the night. Upon check out i was charged more than at the time of booking, i was told i was wrong - note to self next time take a screen shot. I demanded a discount when checking out and was told the manager had to approve and that the manager would call me. I have not received a phone call. Awful customer service, poor responsivity no accountability. I will NEVER stay there again and will widely share my negative experiences

I really don’t like leaving bad comments about the places I’ve stayed at, however, this place deserves the bad review. The room was smelly and so were the pillows and comforter. To make things worse, we were not able to sleep at all! Some guys kept on making noise and knocking on our door until 3am!! I tried talking to the front desk person, he said he “couldn’t do anything about it”- the breakfast area was also gross, flies everywhere and the tables were super sticky, I really don’t know how places like this are still open.. sorry, being brutally honest here.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A bit more lighting in the parking lot would be helpful for parking and safety. Overall I would recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Check in was ok but they didn’t have a double room for us they said they had a room with a pull out bed That was made up. When we opened it it only had a bottom sheet on it and no extra bedding. Front desk said they couldn’t help as housekeeping was gone . This is unacceptable as we booked a double room

Location is good for going downtown on Victoria or across town on Dewdney.

It was easy to get to. Staff on site didn’t have to worry about making it there bye a certain time. Building was clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel was located in a convenient area lots of places to dine at. Would go back again

Property was run down and very busy. Businesses around the block was boarded up and there were drunks roaming the area yelling into the night

The provided parking facilities are satisfactory, and the in-room amenities are excellent, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The bed is of high quality, and an office table is available for conducting work. The location benefits from its proximity to a Shell gas station and a variety of nearby dining options.

Rooms were clean staff very friendly. They had parking for Dodge ram and a 26 foot RV and the pool was nice and warm not cold. Breakfast was great. Several warm options.

Booked here at last minute as it was the only property available. Stay was ok, but breakfast was worat ive ever seen at a hotel, and I've stayed at a lot in my lifetime. Breakfast was until 10 and we went down at 9:15. Coffee was non existant, all hot items were gone except rubbery egg discs, no bread for toast, one peach yogurt remained so my daughter ate that by default. When I pay almost $200 for a one night stay, I expect an edible, adequately stocked breakfast. Absolutely terrible.

I fid not mind the room, what i did not like was the fact that breakfast is only from 5:30 am to 8:00 am, which i found ridiculous!! Most times people dont get up until 730 or 8, especially when on vacation. Apparently it was to accommodate the construction workers, but we are also paying guests so we should be accommodated too. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

The breakfast was served fairly early and was not kept hot throughout the entire three-hour period. This could have simply been an error, but it did make me concerned as many guests were eating in the last half-hour of the breakfast period, but there was little food and it was almost cold. Eggs and sausage should not be left out too long. Otherwise, the hotel was adequate and comfortable! Having the fitness centre only accessible through the pool was less than ideal. It was only accessible via a narrow strip of wet pool deck. Someone could easily slip and fall.

The rate I was told on Expedia was not what I was charged when I got there. When questioned they changed their response and reason every time. We had issues with the toilet it would not flush and when asked for extra towels we were denied. Pillows are so flat and need to be replaced. Half the stuff at breakfast were out or didn’t work, even when we were there at 7am and 6:30am.
