Hotel was in a great location. Near a nice shopping center. Hot tub was too hot. I love the heat and I couldn’t even get in it. Kitchen in room was nice and roomy, with ability to cook. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. I had to buy pillows for more comfort, since I hardly got any sleep. Parking was nice, though parking lot is a little shady looking. TVs didn’t connect to anything. That was frustrating, since I wanted to relax. Overall, it was ok.

The main complaints I have are about cleanliness: hairs in the bathtub, stains on the towels, obvious dirt on the curtains and the strange black stains on the ironing board cover. The other thing I was very annoyed with - no instructions on how to change the water faucet from bathtub to shower. I'm a senior and I don't think it should be necessary for me to phone the staff and ask how to do this. Turns out it was something I had never seen before (and I have traveled a lot!).
