From signing in , to eating at the restaurant to swimming in the pool it was a great night. Very friendly staff, clean facilities all around and the restaurant service was top notch. The carpet has been removed from the rooms and this was a great improvement. Will stay again

Older hotel that looks a little worn on outside but makes up for it inside. Clean and well appointed rooms with nice pool and pub onsight. In town location is next to lots of dining and entertainment options. Would recommend for this price point.

The rooms are dated, but comfortable. The elevator is extremely slow. The underground parking and proximity to the downtown core is nice. I am disappointed that the only vending machines on the property are extremely expensive and have ‘warnings’ on them about their inefficiency….ie no product and no money back and basically a use at your own risk. It seems very much like a cash grab to me. A hotel that has been in the city for 30+ years should have more respect for their clients and not allow this type of robbery to happen. It’s disappointing to watch client after client walk away after depositing $5-7 in the machine with zero food and no money back and no recourse. Seems like a bad choice of vendors! The rooms need updating and carpets need to be cleaned.

I rented two hotel rooms for my sons 15th birthday. The reason I rented this place was because of the pool. When we arrived the pool was out of order and has been for two weeks. The rooms are very dated. The key card continuously stopped working. We had to have them reset at least 10 times in one night. I would never book this hotel again.

Without a doubt, the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I lost count of how many hairs were scattered throughout bathroom. The carpet was stained and musty. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. The bed was clean but that was it.

Filthy Room, Rude Staff, and Retaliation — Worst Hotel Stay Ever This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The carpet in my room was filthy, with multiple spots that looked like dried feces. I called the front desk, and while someone came to check, no one cleaned for a long time. When I called again, they admitted the issue and promised a room change, but after waiting over an hour with no update, I went down personally. At that point, the front desk and manager were both rude and told me there were no rooms available, and I had to stay put until a cleaner came. When housekeeping finally arrived, the cleaning was very superficial, and the room still looked disgusting. I decided to cancel the rest of my stay through Expedia. After that, both of my key cards were deactivated. When I asked why, the staff gave me a ridiculous excuse that I must have put the keys next to my phone. Dirty room, broken promises, rude staff, and even retaliatory behavior — completely unacceptable. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Over all the property is quiet, comfortable and seems safe. Great location in the downtown area with lots of dining and beverage options, most quite walkable. My problem is the cleanliness of my bathroom, in particular the tub/shower area. This is an older building and in desperate need of a little TLC. The grout around the tiling probably has not been scrubbed thoroughly in decades and the caulking around the tub is black with what looks like mould. I was in room #302 so beware, even though I’m sure most rooms probably look similar.

Nice location but room smelt smokey and like it had been closed up and not used in a long time. Old furniture and too much furniture. Bathroom had mould and mildew in the shower and all bathroom fixtures were very old and worn out.

Wasn't much to like other than downtown location. My room wasn't clean, floor was dirty and thete eas a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, pillowcase was dirty and mattress in was hanging partially off the box spring. Could do better...

This property is older and not very updated which is fine but we couldn't overlook the many things and uncleanliness that we experienced. Started out with no handsoap or cups to brew keurig coffee in. We were given shower gel for handsoap after askng. Makeup towel that was hanging on towel bar was used and not washed. Carpet is dirty in room. Bathtub had a soap ring and it was obvious the previous occupant had used a bar of green soap because the shelf still had the residue and had not been cleaned. Hairs in the sheets. Keurig coffee maker didn't work in the morning and still had previous occupants pod in it with dried splashed coffee on the outside. We will say that staff and management were very apologetic and gave us a complimentary breakfast at the in house restaurant.

A corner of our room smelled like cat urine, and because the hotel was full, there was nothing we could do about it. The hotel can be forgiven for needing an update, but it was filthy. The tile floors needed a cleaning, the carpets were disgusting, the pool was cloudy (my son couldn’t see his feet when standing). The staff were lovely, but that was the only highlight.

Nice enough. We only stayed one night. Building is old and quite dated but clean. The AC unit made loud noises that woke us up at 2am. We had to wear earplugs to sleep.

The front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in. Underground parking is available. Our room was not one of the updated ones shown in the photos but rather an older one. Our bed was pretty uncomfortable but manageable for one evening. My biggest complaint was that there was noise coming from either another room or across the street that was disruptive.

The best thing about this Inn is the staff. I had problems with Wifi connectivity & they were very accommodating to address/resolve the issue. I also lost my car keys that the staff eventually found & returned to me. What a relief! Due to the Wifi issue my room was changed. Unfortunately it was next to the ice dispenser that proved to be quite noisy until about midnight. After that the room was quiet. That said, it was a holiday weekend & the hotel was full with baseball tournament teams. While the bed was comfortable the pillows proved much less so, quite lumpy & definitely in need of replacement. The Inn has a restaurant which proved convenient on our first night. Overall, it was good value.

A dated property in a good location. The curtains lack the sheer panels so you either have light or privacy, but not both. The furniture is well worn and the beds uncomfortable. This property has the opportunity to be better but may be held back by lack of resources to modernize.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. We were able to check in a little earlier than the regular check in time so that was nice. When we got to our room and shut the door the lock didn’t work, we reported it, and maintenance came to fix it right away. We have stayed at this hotel several time and we are always pleased.

This was with out question the worst experience of my trip. The treatment I received from one of the managers at the front desk was the worst example of how to treat a guest of the hotel. They charged an addition $200 to my credit card and it took 3 days for me to get my money back. Although they did refund me my money, the process and the condescending attitude of the front desk manager and the hotel accountant was totally wrong and and inappropriate. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just a horrible experience

Love the location. The bathroom in our room was not so clean as there were still some dirt on the floor when we checked in. The service in the restaurant however during breakfast was awesome—completely the opposite of Chad at the front desk. Not smiling at all. His choice of words was not acceptable for a hospitality worker. Saying things like, “you’re supposed to checkout 15mins ago but you have 45mins to checkout” when we asked politely for a later checkout as we have asked for 12pm checkout upon checkin. We understand if we couldn’t get later checkout than that but for someone who works at the desk, that’s not how you talk to your guests.

I tried to have some rest but people in the same floor were too noisy, late that night and early in the morning, I wasn’t happy that morning and let the guy in the desk to know about my experience but he was so indifferent about it.

This is a nice hotel, good location for those on foot. The facility is old and could use a little TLC, but generally I was very comfortable. And they have guest laundry; having already been on the road for 12 days, that was a very nice add. I would stay here again.

I asked the waitress if they had butter and she said yes. I have allergies to oil. When I received my toast (with breakfast) it was full of margarine. One bite and I could feel the tightness in my throat. Never eating there again!

Hotel is old and needs a facelift. Foid in the pub wss poor grilled chicken ceasar old lettucr snd chicken seemed off. Soup was wsy too satly. At one point while eating some fella came out and yelled across the dining room "SHUT IT DOWN AT NINE!"
