We got a deluxe sweet which was not much more money than the regular two queen rooms. Had an entire kitchen and living area and a table to sit at. Beds were comfy, room seemed clean, TWO showers to choose from and THREE sinks including the bathroom. A bit noisy from hwy traffic but didnt keep us up at night. Only negatives were the bathroom sink being slightly plugged when we arrived (front desk had an action plan quick but the maintenanve guy tried to gain accesss to our room at 7am so we had to ask him to come back later. Sink was fixed by the time we got back in later in the day! Other negatives were the pool was closed for maintenance so we couldnt use it and some of the lights in the room didnt work but otherwise i would absolutely recommend this hotel. Only 3 stories too. Restaurant attached but very meat/seafood heavy so being two non meat eaters we werent able to eat there.

Hotel is tucked away from the downtown so it is safe and easy to get in and out of the town. Hotel was under renovation at the time, so I can't fairly comment on the cleanliness.

The pool was out of use and the elevator was broken. Was not notified until after my check in. I was on the third floor. Town was fully booked. I was not offered a discount. Hotel is dirty and run down.

Hotel is run down and dirty. Waited 15 mins for someone to come to the front desk to check us in at 8pm. Had to wash the end table and desk. Were greasy and gross. Around the coffee table it was super sticky. Floor was dirty. Gym was gross, dirty and the treadmill barely ran. Very old. Missing tile around the tub. Missing the coach in the room that is in the pictures. Mud was tracked through the hotel.

The rooms were clean but everywhere outside of the room was dirty...elevators, staircase, pool area, hallway tables, walls, and doors, no towels in the pool area, dirt at the bottom of broken hot tub. It made me wonder how the kitchen area looks.

I was so excited to be visiting Dawson Creek and the hotel I booked seemed to have a good review. Yet the odour in our room was bad, bad: it was most likely the smell of a cleaner. Made me almost sick. There was a big black dead beetle on the black and red floor. The room should have been checked after it was cleaned. The walls should have been wiped down. You could tell that a reddish beverage had splashed on them. The towels were stained: washed but still stained. Same with the sheets. The sofa was filthy: definitely needs a shampoo. The easy chair was torn. The window that opened should have been washed and the lock mechanism repaired. The curtains needed washing. There was an inadequate amount of face cloths and hand towels. When I asked for face cloths the attendant kindly gave me hand towels to use for that purpose. The continental breakfast was not worth eating: by that I mean the eggs and meat were not tasty. I liked the door lock device on the room…it made me feel safe. There weren’t the little things that make you feel that the expense of the room was worth it: such as no complimentary bottle water, no Kleenex. The room had a nice big tv in one room that I was able to make work: I couldn’t figure out how to get the tv in the other room to work. The staff at the desk were friendly.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a bunch of times over the years and this will probably be my last. Check in was fine but the room was terrible. There was splatter on the mirror in the bathroom from the previous guest. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Who knows the last time they washed the floors as I spilt some water and when I wiped it up the towel was black. Gross.

Repulsed by finding that the bed sheets had not been changed- bodily fluids evident! Staff was slow to respond to complaint-had to ask twice to have them changed. offered a room change or $25 reduction in rate. We will not stay there again.

The building is not well maintained. We were there for 3 days which included a clean and change of towels after day 2. That did not happen. When we arrived, there was a coffee spill on the floor in front of the elevator and it was still there 3 days later, along with bits of gravel on the floor. The floor tile in the bathroom was loose to the point where you can actually pick up and remove the tiles. The arborite trim on the counter was gone, exposing raw plywood. The light switches were dirty.

Checked in and room smelt bad, microwave was missing, AC/heat did not work. No maintenance staff even early evening. Had to move to new room, deck chair would not stay up. Sofa was disgusting. Toilet loose. Lobby furniture peeling and even staff office chair all beat up.

The room was quite spacious and a big comfy bed. However, the air in the room was musty...and the heater needed to be cleaned or serviced as it was stinky. Also witj the drapes were too long...for proper air flow...covering the heater and can be dangerous if there is overheating to the curtains. As for, the free breakfast...there was good friendly service and a nice variety...just that the hashbrowns were hard. Overall, a good stay!

Property did not honour Expedia rate and overcharged me. When I noticed this ant checkout they told me they’d refund me the difference The have not. I am now having to dispute the charge. Every surface in the breakfast room was sticky. Moldy bread found in a cupboard in my room. Asked for more towels and was given a damp towel. Mystery hair clump on the bathmat in my bathroom. 0/10 Do not recommend.

Without exception, the staff were above average. Particular shout out for the gentleman in the breakfast room who each morning was super welcoming and friendly. He really is an ambassador for your hotel. Super quiet, comfortable and clean. This is my third stay and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Allie at the front desk of the Dawson Creek Stonebridge was absolutely amazing. She saved my day and she went above and beyond to fix an online error that could have cost me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff.

For the price, I would say the hotel is decent. Definitely starting to become dated, a lot of the fixtures and stuff have seen better days. But the hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff are very attentive and always helpful. Being right next to Walmart is really good, and the casino is right behind the hotel.

We stayed here to attend a concert at the Ovintiv Event Centre. 5 minute walk. The resturant on site was great. Our room was a suite and was better than i expected. The carpet in the public areas is starting to look a bit tired but didnt affect our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus and there were many options. I would stay here again.

Front Desk staff could be a little more informative at check in. Ie. breakfast times, amenities offered, WIFI information and where to find it. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. The bed was amazing, the staff from the restaurant were friendly and gave great service. As well as the food, it was awesome!

We felt the room was not as clean as it should be. We were also put in a room that was dramatically different from the advertised photos on Expedia. Also the breakfast could have been better. The bagels were pretty rock hard.
