On m'avait confirmé d'avoir accès à une borne pour VE (autre que Tesla!)et ce n'etait pas le cas. Nois ne pouvions donc pas recharger notre véhicule. Par chance, le professionnalisme de l'employé sur place (M. OUSSADA) nous a transféré vers le Best Western Plus... Nous le remercions. Le Best Western était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Merci!

Telsa chargers only! Online and in lobby advertising tesla and J1772 chargers - booked based on this. Had to find fast charge in the morning. Room was ok poor wall patch in the bathroom.

Pet friendly hotel had tufts of fur on sofa bed cushions. Front desk let me borrow a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the sofa myself - clearly it had been a long time since it was vacuumed. Bits of small gravel rocks inside sofa bed so had to ask for new bedding when returning the vacuum. Bath tub did not drain. Hoping the sleep is much better than the first hour in the room with pet-allergic kids.

The carpets in the hallways should be removed - they are stained and have a smell. The bedroom had that smell also which was in the pillows etc. The bathtub was slippery even though I had put the tub carpet in the bathtub - it slipped as soon as I put my right foot on it. Did not fix my elbow or knee 😡

We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and I don’t think anything has changed since that stay. The rooms are exactly the same but now with moldy lamp shades, flies, and questionable linens. The entire outside of our drive up room was covered in spiders and bugs.

Room was dated but large and easy to access from outside. Good for us as wè had lots of luggage which we didn't want to leave in rhe car. Bed was uncomfortable, could have used a topper or new mattress. Bathroom dated but ok, lots of counter space for toiletries. Breakfast included in the room price. A bonus.

Overall, not a bad place, a bit out of the way for amenities, one of the beds had a nasty squeak to it when you moved on it, and while taking a shower, the drain in the tub was not draining properly, with water reaching above the ankles while standing. On the plus side, the complimentary breakfast was far better than what is typically seen at many extremely high-end locations. In-room Coffee was great Thanks

The desk clerk when we arrived for check in was playing on his phone and didn’t acknowledge me for a minute until he finished playing …. Was not impressed as I stood there waiting. We had arrived 20 minutes early for check in for 3 pm. And was told we’d be charged a $20 fee for early check in. Really! So of course we had to wait the 20 minutes. Not impressed with the customer service there. The hotel it self is dated but clean. Grout on bathroom floor could be cleaned . But was pleased that the carpet in room has been removed and updated with new vinyl flooring. The breakfast is the typical powdered eggs fast breaky. Overall would give the hotel a 3 stars.

We had a question about the charge to our credit card at checkout. When we approached the front desk speaking English, the man behind the desk ignored us (we think because we were speaking English) and we had to try to get his attention. When he actually acknowledged us, we explained the situation and he growled at us and said “so what do you want me to do about it?” This is unacceptable behaviour from someone in the hospitality industry. We won’t be back.

The gentleman at the front desk- I’m sorry I forgot his name- was absolutely wonderful. I called earlier in the evening to let the staff know I would not be arriving until 3am. He was very kind during our call. When I arrive he was so welcoming and quickly registered my stay. I was exhausted and sleepy and he made my arrival easy and very pleasant. Please thank him for me.

The hotel breakfast was great… It was good value for the money… Great place to pull off the highway for a night however there is nothing around it to eat or drink or gas station so you have to be pretty settled before you stop in for the night

Room was clean and quiet. I did a late check-in, and loved the pizza from the lobby. The only let down was the small dinning area for breakfast. At 815 it was packed with long lines, and no place to sit even if you did get food.

The unfortunate experience with this stay was a lack of pillows/blankets found in room for sofa bed. You have to ask. The room had a coffee machine in the room however no coffee cups. When asked for a coffee mug - I was given more decaf coffee (communication issue). Lastly, at breakfast, they served "instant" coffee, instead of brewed filter coffee. I have never seen a hotel do this in my life. Hotel guest run on coffee and this was not at all a good experience. Be mindful of this, if you stay here.

Hotel staff were great, room was clean and after a 12hr drive it was a bed for my head. The mattress wasn’t super comfy. Pretty firm. The best part was the breakfast that was included. Eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, beans, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit and yogurt plus different juices… top notch.
