The staff was great and place was clean. However, they need to work on their maintenance. When I first arrived my key didn't work. So I can to go back to the front desk and have reprogram my key. Then when I was putting items away I noticed that the safe did not work. The prior guest must of locked it. Fortunately, nothing was left inside. I'm ok with these issues as they were resolved. However, housekeeping should really check on locked safes when a guest checks out. Also, the written instructions on how to use the safe were not correct. While Maintenance was repairing the safe they had show me how to use it. The following day there was no water. That was issue that made me want to write a poor review. I like staying in this hotel. But I'll start staying in another hotel if they don't improve and provide a calm consistent stay when I return.
