Fiesta Inn Tijuana Otay Aeropuerto

Los servicios en la aplicación esta que te dan transporte del o al aeropuerto y no lo tenían y lo que dijo el del loby fue una respuesta solo por decir algo y yo reserve con ustedes por el transporte. Pero siempre ponen cosas con tal que el cliente reserve después cualquier mal respuesta 👎

Bien. Tiene transportación al aeropuerto pero solo de 8am a 8pm

The pool was nice. The restaurant in the property was decent.

The food was so bad. I ordered a fettuccine with chicken, the cream was extremely light that it looked like less than milk. So tasteless. The boneless tasted like old just disgusting. You guys have a pool and don’t have a boiler. Tijuana weather is fresh and chilly sometimes, what’s the point of having a pool with no boiler if the water is going to be cold all the time?

lo único que no me gusto es que dicen que tienen traslado de hotel al aeropuerto y no me dieron el servicio, deberían de poner una leyenda que diga que esta sujeto a disponibilidad y así ya como cliente decidir si te quedas o no, de lo demás el hotel muy limpio y camas cómodas

Aun y cuando se apreciaba con muy poca gente el hotel no fueron para ofrecerme el acceso una hora el cual solicite, un poco antes a la habitación ya que me dijeron que era hasta las 3 de la tarde el check in, hasta que finalmente 13 minutos antes de las 3 pm la asignaron. También en mi reservación decía que tenia transportación gratuita al Aeropuerto a lo que me respondieron que ya no tenían por el momento el servicio, pero en la publicidad de mi reserva lo siguen ofreciendo.

El elevador no funcionaba y tuvimos que usar las escaleras

UN HOTEL MUY CERCA DEL AEROPUERTO , EN GENERAL TODO MUY BIEN, SOLO EL ELEVADOR NO FUNCIONABA MUY BIEN YA QUE PARA BAJAR TENIAS PRESIONAR EL BOTON DE SUBIR.

Sería importante mejorar las condiciones de las toallas de baño. Están viejas y deshilachadas

This was the first time staying in Fiesta Inn and it will be our last. The shower was dirty as well as the toilet. The sheets had stains on them. Its a very run down hotel

Había cucarachas en la habitación. Asimismo, la regadera no tenía agarraderas a pesar de que el piso era sumamente resbaloso. Estuve a punto de caerme mientras me duchaba. Mismo caso con mi hermano. No incluye desayuno a pesar de que es un hotel más caro que los de la zona y todos los demás sí ofrecen el desayuno incluido.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the location was, the room was well kept and the area felt safe. I def would stay here again.

Antes era buena opción, en otros estados es nuena opción, en Tijuana no. Ya necesita remodelación, más limpieza, más personal en recepción. Es la segunda vez que dan la misma llave de habitación a dos huéspedes diferentes. Hay mejores opciones

Habitaciones cómodas y amplias, Restaurant con costo pero buen servicio y cálida e alimentos. Buena ubicacion

las camas estan muy chicas al parecer las cambiaron y si es poco incomodo para 2 personas gracias saludos

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, nos cambiaron de cuarto y lo mismo, no es la primera vez que nos pasa, la otra vez no había agua

The hotel itself was great. It was clean, had a nice restaurant and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I wish I had checked the mattress brand. Anyway, the only issue I had was that it felt a little secluded, I think there was a little shopping area nearby but not too walkable. However, I would definitely stay here again.

It was my first time at Fiesta Inn, though I frequent TJ often and have stayed at many properties. Like most chains based in Mexico, star ratings are overblown. What is considered 4 stars is more like 3. They look great on the surface, but I find the maintenance of the properties and details lacking. As always, the staff are very accommodating and give superb service. The attitude is "whatever you need, we are at your service". The hotel is very clean and looks great. Large restaurant and bar, although prices are similar to what you would find in the U.S. Being across from the airport it is to be expected. Not a very walkable location compared to Centro or Rio, so be prepared. There are things nearby but at a greater distance than if you were more central in the city. The room was OK, but for the price and photos on the site, nowhere near what I expected. Very minimalist with small "nightshelfs" on each side of bed, very little drawer space, only two bed lights to light the entire sleeping area (literally no lighting), small bathroom with a door that opened halfway into the toilet and no towel rack to hang wet bath towels. Large TV however, with dead batteries in the remote. Maintenance of the room was lacking as well i.e. patches on walls, thermostat falling off the wall, stained towels, cheap bedding, etc. Very basic accommodations for the price. The food in the restaurant was good and they do offer 24 hr room service, which is nice, just in case. I won't be back.

Todo muy bien, solo que hay mucho ruido.

Tiempo de espera para recibir la habitación, 1 hora despues de la hora de ingreso estipulado. Condiciones generales del hotel muy bien, y personal amable. Bebidas servidas de cortesía en el bar de calidad regular y disponibilidad limitada, no apropiadas con el hotel.

Pésima atención de la chica del front desk. Pésima ayuda al cliente. Enojona y sin afán de servicio.

Todo el personal muy amable

Tardaron 1hr después de las 3pm en entregarnos la habitación, fue de muy mal gusto porque queríamos descansar.

I had booked 2 rooms we showed up to check in they checked one room then they said they didn’t have the other room we stayed without a hotel everything was booked in tj that day the guy didn’t even tried helping us other customer showed up after and the other lady helping them found them a room in another hotel when we were there first it was horrible front desk guy was the worse

No ofrecen nada de upgrade de lo que expedía promete en la compra (VIP)

I DID NOT LIKED THE SERVICES AND THE RUDE STAFF...

the property itself was good the housekeepers and front office personal are amazing polite and willing to make your stay as pleasant as can be. We will be staying there next time we are in town.

Cercanía al aeropuerto y personal muy amable

The hotel is a nice option if you are flying out of the Tijuana Airport since it’s only 5mins away. The hotel gym, pool, and bar areas are nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information around the vicinity and they offered two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is a little dated but a nice place if you need to be close to the airport area. I would stay again.

The rooms are very clean and very comfortable beds. Parking area very safe and with lots of parking spaces to park. The proximity to the Tijuana airport only 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Limpieza y ubicación

Hotel location was good gor closeness to airport, but area around it is unsafe.due to high speed highway/street right outside the front of the Hotel.

No tiene área peatonal del estacionamiento al lobby. Y para llevar equipaje de llantas el piso es muy sinuoso.

This hotel has very good service. I felt safe the whole time. The room and bathroom were clean and well kept. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet and service.

Very nice people, clean, restaurant good, the bar great the rooms are new and very clean.

They told me i did not qualify for breakfast, i never understood why

La piscina está muy chica los precios de las comidas del restaurante están muy elevados y no ofrecen gran calidad ni variedad, no hay nada interesante a los alrededores del hotel, no hay frigorífico en la habitación para venderte ellos los refrescos y demás cosas que ocupan refrigeración el control remoto de la tele estaba viejo y no servía bien

El room service tardó mucho.

The staff were friendly and capable, the room was clean and in good repair. The restaurant downstairs is really good. Highly recommend their Carne En Su Jugo. Delicious! Also, it was an easy 1/2 mile walk to the consulate.

They took a long time to deliver food to my room and the soup tasted like tap water. It has no taste at all.

Great location, a few minutes from a shopping mall.. The restaurant is really good and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. I will definitely stay again on my next visit!
