Please change the carpet, smells bad! Old elevator needs to be changed. And there only 1 old elevator in the west , we used stairs instead. Pool bar would be a good idea.

The electric car charger, was shockingly expensive!! It cost 52- to charge our car for three hours. Harrison Hot Springs, should be embarrassed charging this sort of fee!

Considering the cost and hype of this resort, it is in awful condition. The resort itself sits on the beautiful Harrison Lake. It looks like it will be an amazing place but so much is in disarray. Doors are out of order, elevators are out of order, our room was stuck in the early 90s, broken cracks in the sink, a very dirty shower full of hair, our heat didn't work at all and we had to have someone from maintenance come help us fix it. The pool was great but that was really the only thing we liked. The parking lot is ridiculous. You are told to park in any open spot (the parking lot is not nearly big enough for how many rooms they have). It took us a half hour of searching before we gave up and asked the hotel front desk for help and then we were told we would have to wait for the staff to leave for the night to get an actual spot.

Both lifts at the est tower were out of service during our stay. The Wi-Fi was so bad that we gave up using it, only to discover that the front desk didn't provide us the actual one with password. Quite disappointing as the front desk didn't offer anything at checkout, and just a 'Ops, sorry'. Better luck next time, I guess.

The pools are well maintained and clean. The hotel itself is a bit of a maze due to many add ons over the years. The place was very busy due in part to a conference. Guest parking is a long walk from the hotel. Check in was easy. Room was clean and cosyand the window opened for fresh air. Big gap on the side and bottom of the door which let in a lot of bright hall light at night and the smoke detecor blinked on and off all night...annoying.

We were upgraded to a massive room on the top floor with 2 balconies and views of the lake. It's sad that the Tesla destination chargers have been replaced with Chargepoint chargers that cost $0.27/ minute. They're only for hotel use. Needless to say, at that price, nobody was using them. Such a waste.

It’s just not what it used to be. Facilities are dated, water is just kind of warm. People have their stereo on at the adult section of the pools. Staff just walks by until someone mentioned it to the staff and asked them to stop. Which they turned it back on after the staff left. The crowd is just not the same. Not very respectful. If you’re looking to relax, this isn’t the place to go. The options are also not that great. They have a buffet inside the hotel which is a 3/10. I’m not even a picky eater.

The hot pool was wonderful, as always. But the hotel facility needs some renovation. Our sliding door screen didn't work, annoying, an elevator in East Tower was down and hallway on 6th floor smelled strange with no ice machine.The gym needs a stationary bike.

The pools were very nice and in good condition. The hotel buildings are not being looked after. They are very run down. The carpets in the hallways and our room are filthy. Have never seen that level of dirt in other hotels. This really takes away the charm of this old facility. Very few staff to deal with needs of the guests. The luggage carts are locked together and only available for Bell service, however there was only one person at the Bell desk who couldn’t begin to provide service to more than one person at a time.

Overall the facility was dirty, hallway carpets look like they've never been cleaned or vacuumed. Carpets in room only a little better. Overall dingy. Not impressed at all, unfortunately because of them I probably won't go to Harrison again. Only reason we went there was because of the hot spring that they happen to be the only one with it in their hotel. Definitely could use a remodeling in that place, spend a little bit of the money that they overcharged us for it. Also the $58 Resort fee was a little extreme I believe.

Our stay was nice, the pools are relaxing as usual. Quite crowded for New Year's but that's to be expected. What we didn't like: -Garbages around hotel overflowing and stayed that way all night -A LOT of dead poinsettias everywhere -No cleaning up around around pool area so all the small garbage people would leave by the side of the pool would stay there for hours -No one ensuring kids don't get too rowdy in the pools Seems like just a few basic aesthetics efforts would really improve guests' stays.

The hotel was ancient and could use upgrades on beds, tv and plug ins. Hotel was clean but smelled musty. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the neighbours having a conversation from 10pm til 1am. I thought they were arguing at first but it was just the walls being so thin. Of course the location was awesome. Beautiful sights to see but I wouldn’t stay there again.

If it wasn't for the hot springs, we would never, ever stay here. The rooms are lower than your cheapest motel quality...without air conditioning. The windows are failing. There is no fan in the bathroom. I would caution you to bring slippers because the carpet is ancient and stained. The pictures from the past are creepy, ghost-like photography. There is no cable. The dresser is scuffed. The box spring and bed frame are full of dust. Some patch up has been done to the bathroom over the years due to necessity but the shower is ancient. Wiring in the closet is so ancient that it is probably not to code. It does not appear any of the trails or lights for them have been maintained since our last visit. The gate leading out appears broken and now a chain prevents access. I almost canceled our stay because of the recent article about the hotel damaging the natural hot springs "hobo hot springs", that is very wrong to destroy or prevent access to a natural resource. There are so many people accessing the pools now that it cannot be close to relaxing. I'm not sure we would stay here again and I feel sorry for those who would intend to book this as a honeymoon location.

Highly recommend this super relaxing resort for everyone. My only issue was my room needed to be renovated 20 years ago and had bleach stains in the carpet. The resort itself was fantastic though.

The hotel is a little bit old but still keeps good vibes. Rooms are okay considering their age. Would be nice to see this place renovated a bit. Breakfast is not included but for 30 CAD is actually enough, considering is a buffet and a lady cooking omelettes as you want. Pools are great even when there is cold weather and raining. Front desk was courteous and accommodating all the time.

Stayed in west tower right after long weekend. We arrived at 4:30pm with check in at 4pm & after approximately 30 minutes wait in a line were informed that rooms are not ready. No apologies, the front desk informed us that they don’t have to have rooms ready before check in time 🤔 after waiting for another 10 minutes for the bell boy to let us store our luggage at front desk we carried our staff back to the car with 2 small kids and went out for dinner. rooms & hallways are smelly, carpets look like they haven’t been washed in a long while. Paint was pilling on our bathroom door. Pool opens at 8am & open till 10-11pm (nice!!!). On the second day of our stay there were no towels at the pool (we waited for 2 hrs for them to arrive). When I came shivering in wet swim suit to front desk to inform the staff about towel situation (some lucky people kept their towels from the day before), the lady informed me that she is busy with the other client at the moment. Again no apologies or promise to solve the towel situation after she is done with the client. Nice pool area, beautiful area around hotel. Kids loved the playground at lake front. But staff attitude!!! :(

Ok. But when checking at 420 pm (check in was at 4 pm) they say the room was not ready and suggest to go to pool or go for dinner. The front desk said they will give some compensation but never did. There was no robes in the room.

Staff was amazing and found us a different room because we thought we were in a different suite. Beautiful weather and scenery were the ideal autumn. The hot springs are soothing and relaxing, and I feel so much better mentally, physically, and emotionally. Sammy, the door valet, was incredible, and the person who checked us in made us feel special and took care of all our needs. Thank you! Will be back.

Very disappointing stay. Check-in was chaotic — we arrived after 4 p.m. but our room wasn’t ready until 5:30. The key cards didn’t work because the room was switched without notice. No robes were provided, and after multiple trips to the front desk, we finally received them at 8:30 p.m.—just before the hot springs closed. Even breakfast the next morning was disorganized, with coffee arriving after we’d nearly finished eating. Poor management and communication throughout — not what you’d expect from a resort of this reputation.

Clean, good customer service.this is my 5th or 6th Times we are staying in Harrison Hot Springs resort. I was surprise they way the did some changes,now you can do check in online even 2 days before you come in , the change there towels , rooms are clean they have enough towels ropes, you can ask as much as you need . Before when you ask them they always had the old yucky towels even by the colors you could tell how old the towels were . Over all I’m so happy with my stay this time thank you for the good change.

The pools are amazing especially for kids. The location by the lake is lovely and overall the grounds are peaceful and quiet. The building is old and the rooms are a bit worn down as are the hallways leading to the pool. The rooms were clean but could use some upgrades especially for a relaxing spa resort.

The best thing about this Resort is the pool area. The hotel itself needs a serious renovation. All throughout the hotel the carpets are dirty and stained. Our room was okay but again it needs a refresh. The breakfast buffet was great, the pool area was clean and lots of seating. The location is spectacular.

The staff was friendly, our room was ready even though we arrived a little early, the views were great and we weren't even in a room with a balcony. The little town is totally walkable with an easy hike nearby and some others a short drive away. We loved the local restaurants and the spa was freaking incredible! Best massage I've ever had. But book in advance b/c they have zero same day appointments available. And the spring pools were amazing on a cold night below a full moon. They provide robes in your room and a fan too! The only thing I would advise you to do is remember there are going to be people below you and above you and so don't go expecting total silence. It's busy all the time but a good busy. There aren't an overwhelming amount of places to stay so it keeps the crowds down. The Copper Room in the hotel has a section for people with minors so just be aware it gets booked up so I'd make a reservation if you have kids. There is a cafe in the hotel serving Starbucks along with a gym. The parking is currently free if you stay there. We stayed in the West Wing and although it's dated I found it quaint. It's not stark white like a board room with a bed in it lol. The elevator is a little small and can take forever so we took the ramp and stairs most of the time. Bring flip flops for the pools especially in the winter, the ground is freezing lol. This place is probably boring for kids in the winter but I recommend it highly for a couple or someone looking to just rest.

The overall stay at Harrison Hot Springs Resort was exellent, hotel location is just perfect- central and quiet, plus a best timing of the trip when the whole area was surrounded with full colors. Free parking for hotel guests is definitely a bonus.

I heard they filled in the natural hot springs nearby which if that's true then awfully greedy people run this hotel. Disappointed there were no robes in the room. We also found it quite noisy. It sounded like people were having a party late at night. Our dinner experience at The Copper Room also was not satisfactory. It took over 2 hours from start to finish. I also received an incorrect drink. We spent a lot of time waiting for staff to clear our tables and we're not communicated to that things would take long. Quite disappointing for such a high level restaurant, as our expectations were high.

The room was small, had a carpet that was ancient and smelled horrible. I felt that the only option was to upgrade or leave. I would not have stayed in that room. The meal in the copper room was disgraceful for the price I paid. Minute rice…. They couldn’t even make rice in a rice cooker. Then frozen vegetables and frozen fish with what looked like leftover hollandaise sauce on it. I will not likely return until a change of ownership. So disappointed as I used to love going there. It felt like luxury. This was like watching a hotel go bankrupt.

We had an excellent experience. All the staff was friendly and helpful. There are many dining options in the hotel. The pools are very well maintained. The only negative: the mattress was saggy. Otherwise, a all-around wonderful experience and we will be back!

We had dinner at the copper room and the service was mediocre but the food they were unable to cook a steak to medium twice the third time it was a brand new steak that was cooked. Yes, they comped the meal, but that defeats the purpose of going to the resort for a getaway and having a nice meal.

Beautifully decorated for the holiday season. We were promptly greeted and our room was ready early. Lovely room with water, tea, coffee and a mini fridge. Nice mountain view. The hot springs pool was wonderful, especially the adult only one outside. A nice buffet breakfast was available for purchase, which was excellent. Overall, or first start was great and we will definitely be back.

Harrison Hot Springs resort and spa is always nice to visit. The hotel has lost a lot of its former grandeur.....its a bit neglected with aging carpets and rooms that are spartan. But the pools and Harrison area make up for it. Still a nice family spot to visit with lots of memories. The Copper room music is now just a single musician who is a bit loud for comfortable ambiance, and few people dress for dinner any more. The band and dinner dress added a touch of class in days gone by, as did a pianist in the bar. Times change, but we still had a nice swim.....
