Our room (east tower) has no air conditioned upon checking in and staff Allan really dealt with it and was able to transferred us to west tower which is better as its closer to the pools. So many restaurant/ cafe within the vicinity. Hotel restaurants pricing is a bit much for what it’s been served. We tried once at the Islands patio and lounge and then we just eat outside the hotel after. We will definitely going back at the resort

Thursday afternoon arrival in May, we found the main pool outside to be only lukewarm with very little heat or water pressure coming through the outflow areas. There was no steam coming off the water despite the evening being cool and overcast so the lukewarm water didn't warm us enough and we only stayed a short while in the water. The next morning the pool was wonderfully warm with steam coming off the water and we enjoyed it much more. Is the heat regulated differently depending on time of day or day of the week?

Clean stay. Busy pools but spacious and warm from the hot springs. Great location. Very professional. First time being here, surprised by the older style of the hotel. However got used to it fast and felt original and comforting.

Staff hard working but poorly managed. An empty wine glass was left on the floor in hallway outside our room. It stayed there three days. Manager could not locate a lost and found item poorly placed two tries. . A waitperson went out of her way to locate it. An example of poor management great staff.
