The check in & check out are pretty simple. It is a motel renovated into a "hotel", therefore most of the condition are still in its motel level. My room is at third floor and obviously no elevator for that. And the room is pretty simple despite the price. My room is actually cleaner than I think. The area is quiet and peaceful.

This is the dirtiest and loudest hotel I have been to in decades. Located in a desolate lot next to the highway, it's strewn with trash outside, mattresses left in the rain, trash and construction materials left after some half repair job. The room was humid with sticky carpets, wet floor by the AC, and moldy tiles in the bathroom. The ceiling vent was bent and jammed into the drywall. We stayed on a weekend and it was loud with partiers roaming the halls and yelling to each other late at night. The hotel bar was a sad, dank hovel with locals going broke on slot machines and doing shots. While packing up, we found a half used vaporizer under the bed, among the scattered trash that I didn't dare to explore any further. Especially considering it wasn't even that cheap, I can only warn travelers to stay away from this dive.

This is a 2-star motel (albeit it says Hotel). Great for a pitstop (and lower cost). However, the rooms, despite being smoke free, due to the doors opening to the outside, it is clear alot of smoke comes back in rooms, or guests "smoke" in the doorway. In my case, there were still glasses of water with cigarette butts by the street door, that smelled - and only adds to the problem with wanting to air out your room. The service was great... but the property is definitely in bad shape. And then layer on the cleaning product smells, mixed with smoke, and it is quite unpleasant. Great water pressure for showers, despite the handle very loose and delicate to control the temperature...

L’état des Lieux est déplorable, le balcon pour accéder aux chambres est en angle et le garde corps n’est pas fixé. Beaucoup de saletés dans la chambre, nous avons même trouvé des insectes. Les aires communes sont sales et en ruine. Dans la chambre, la télé et le réfrigérateur n’étaient pas fonctionnels. Très très décevant. Les photos sur le site ne sont aucunement représentative des lieux.

Room was newly redone and very clean. Non smoking inside the building but you could still smell both cigarette and marijuana smoke coming into the room. Outside was very dirty, full of cigarette butts in containers outside rooms and on the ground. Building materials on the ground. Old mattresses left by garbage container. Grass uncut. Flowers unattended. When booking online, I had stated I was travelling with a Guide dog in training. They charged me a pet fee and did not provide a ground floor room as requested. I had also spoken to them about this by phone. Room pass card was a $20 deposit and had the room number on the card. Only 1 pass card provided. This pass card only opened the door inside the hallway but not the outside door.

Room was discusting. Light fixture with missing and random light bulb, mold ... a lot of mold in the bathroom. Jet tube? No jet in the tube... zero pressure. Hard uncomfortable matress, 5 small mixed match cushions not pillows. Mixing siding on the hot tube causing the corners to be very sharp and dangerous. Rude employees at the help desk. I ordered the executive suit and they gave me the junior executive. When i went down in the morning to argue about it the peeson ther gaslighted me saying i have the right suite eventhou i showed her the listing showing my exact room has junior executive ! Worst place i've been in a long time.

Bathroom not well cleaned, lot of hairs in the bathroom. Glass panel dirty, floor shower dirty, ceramic wall not well clean lot of black spots. When called, the manager didn't even bother to apologize, he just try to clean and said if were are not satisfied we can live and that was at around 9 pm after check in.

Never again. There was blood in various places in the room. Smoke free rooms where not smoke free rooms. When concerns were brought to staffs attention, they didnt beleive or rectify the issue. We left the same day that we checked in. Do not recommend.

Wrong description of this hotel. Very dirty. It was a 1 star motel kind of room. Dirty room. Dirty towels. Dirty floor carpet. We could not walk without slippers or socks. Sucky floor. Stinky bath tub. Reception guy walked with me to the room to check if AC is working. Pictures are edited.

At Checking We were greeted very nicely, got in the room was nice and spacious and was nice and quiet night sleep. The next morning we had breakfast in the restaurant and was great tasting homeslyle breakfast for a decent price and good service. I do recommend if your looking for a nice decent motel at a decent price.

this hotel doesn’t even provide a/c controller. when we called front desk for remote. we were told that they are the ones who can control temperature and if we want to increase cooling, receptionist has to come in our room and change the temperature. such a terrible service. she didn’t even ask our permission to enter and i felt that as invasion of privacy. won’t go there again ever.

Our room was nice and clean, we loved the huge exotic shower in our room and we had a view of the Saint Lawrence and a perfect view of the Olympic Stadium, the staff was excellent and very welcoming and the restaurant in the hotel was great for breakfast

The carpeting and furnishings throughout were stained and worn. The tiles in bathroom areaa were broken. The bed was very firm. Missing ceiling lights. The door lock was faulty. Was definitely not woth the rate i paid.

Believe the comments, this hotel is terrible, nowhere near worth the $116 per night I was charged through Expedia. The desk staff were lovely, kind, friendly. But the place is a dive. Filthy lampshades, filthy everything. I think it was actually safe enough to be there, but my nervous system felt fear there. No fresh towels/facecloths on middle day. No possibility for refund from Expedia. Spend the extra $25 per night and stay at the holiday Inn nearby.

The whole hotel is disgusting, dirty, not adapted to new technology ie usb keys etc Even the electrical plugs are so lose that you can t connect nothing. Television to be turned on on the tv itself. And the restaurant is not a restaurant, it s a kitchen inside the hotel. The meals are prepared by the receptionnist. Very very bad for the prive I paid. I asked to talk to the manager, wasn t there of course. I really would like to be reimbursed at least half of the cost. It makes no sense.

this hotel doesn’t even provide a/c controller. when we called front desk for remote. we were told that they are the ones who can control temperature and if we want to increase cooling, receptionist has to come in our room and change the temperature. such a terrible service. she didn’t even ask our permission to enter and i felt that as invasion of privacy. won’t go there again ever.

Our room was nice and clean, we loved the huge exotic shower in our room and we had a view of the Saint Lawrence and a perfect view of the Olympic Stadium, the staff was excellent and very welcoming and the restaurant in the hotel was great for breakfast

The check in & check out are pretty simple. It is a motel renovated into a "hotel", therefore most of the condition are still in its motel level. My room is at third floor and obviously no elevator for that. And the room is pretty simple despite the price. My room is actually cleaner than I think. The area is quiet and peaceful.

This is the dirtiest and loudest hotel I have been to in decades. Located in a desolate lot next to the highway, it's strewn with trash outside, mattresses left in the rain, trash and construction materials left after some half repair job. The room was humid with sticky carpets, wet floor by the AC, and moldy tiles in the bathroom. The ceiling vent was bent and jammed into the drywall. We stayed on a weekend and it was loud with partiers roaming the halls and yelling to each other late at night. The hotel bar was a sad, dank hovel with locals going broke on slot machines and doing shots. While packing up, we found a half used vaporizer under the bed, among the scattered trash that I didn't dare to explore any further. Especially considering it wasn't even that cheap, I can only warn travelers to stay away from this dive.

Staff was friendly. Bedding was clean. There were gross cobwebs on the ceiling, a plastic spoon in the AC unit, water wouldn’t turn off completely in the tub. The property looks old and dingy. I had requested a downstairs room with outside access due to having dogs and enjoying the ease of using the outer door for them. I had to pay an extra $30 not get a room with two double beds on the main floor then $20 each for each of my two dogs. By the time I paid those I didn’t really save anything by staying here. It felt very desolate and sketchy. The back rooms are surrounded by asphalt and are not that helpful for walking dogs. You also couldn’t unlock your door from the outside causing me to have to leave the door ajar when walking the dogs so as not to have to take them through the hotel. The staff were super nice and you can tell they’re doing the best with what they have but this place needs some major improvements. It’s not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Room was newly redone and very clean. Non smoking inside the building but you could still smell both cigarette and marijuana smoke coming into the room. Outside was very dirty, full of cigarette butts in containers outside rooms and on the ground. Building materials on the ground. Old mattresses left by garbage container. Grass uncut. Flowers unattended. When booking online, I had stated I was travelling with a Guide dog in training. They charged me a pet fee and did not provide a ground floor room as requested. I had also spoken to them about this by phone. Room pass card was a $20 deposit and had the room number on the card. Only 1 pass card provided. This pass card only opened the door inside the hallway but not the outside door.

At Checking We were greeted very nicely, got in the room was nice and spacious and was nice and quiet night sleep. The next morning we had breakfast in the restaurant and was great tasting homeslyle breakfast for a decent price and good service. I do recommend if your looking for a nice decent motel at a decent price.

The whole hotel is disgusting, dirty, not adapted to new technology ie usb keys etc Even the electrical plugs are so lose that you can t connect nothing. Television to be turned on on the tv itself. And the restaurant is not a restaurant, it s a kitchen inside the hotel. The meals are prepared by the receptionnist. Very very bad for the prive I paid. I asked to talk to the manager, wasn t there of course. I really would like to be reimbursed at least half of the cost. It makes no sense.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bed and sheets were clean. We also had a first-floor room, which was very convenient. Having a restaurant on-site is a big plus, although when it’s closed, you need to drive somewhere else since there isn’t much within walking distance. Unfortunately, cleanliness needs improvement. The carpet, bathtub, chairs, and especially the pillows were quite dirty. I asked for new pillows and the staff replaced them without any problem. The bed itself also felt quite old. Overall, I would consider this more of a 2.5-star hotel. With better cleaning, updated furniture, and some general maintenance, it could be much better.
