Clean and family friendly facility. Big indoor pool was our kids' favorite amenity at this location. I didn't have any food at the hotel because we ate outside all 3 days hence I skipped the food rating. Friendly staff is definitely a bonus!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sandman Hotel Montreal - Longueuil and would definitely return! The rooms are modern and clean, hotel has access to a pool and small gym, beds are comfortable, parking is free, and check-in/check-out process is straightforward. There was some construction happening nearby, but it didn’t bother us!

A great price compared to downtown hotels with only a short commute. Being right near the metro station made it a breeze. Rooms were a decent size, clean and comfortable. Great staff at the front desk - very welcoming. Pool was nice and clean. Only complaint were the really slow elevators since there are only two. I’d stay here again though!

Very average, definitely due for a makeover. No ac in the hallways or elevators, very hot . Busy weekend in the city and Hotel booked to capacity that created long waits at the elevators.Beds where comfortable.

Hotel is not clean, tub is clogged, the hotel looks nothing like pictures posted, looks like it has not been cleaned or upgraded since 1985 .. the pictures are deceiving, definitely not worth paying over $110 per night for. The only pro is there’s parking lot right in front of the hotel entrance, which is a nice amenity.

Le tapis de la chambre était sale et le couvre lit aurait eu besoin d'un bon lavage (odeur). Pour le reste la chambre était ok. L'ascenseur et les tapis des corridors sont mal propres. L'hôtel est bien situé et ma chambre offrait une belle vue sur le fleuve et les ponts (15 ieme étage). Personnel du front desk sympatique, stationnement adjacent gratuit.

This is my 7th trip to Montréal that ive stayed at this hotel. Just the fact that i keep staying there is positive praise. Not fancy by a stretch ....but comfortable beds and pillows...i actually get a good night rest and almost feela like home.. clean everything and no smell. Only negative is an old temperature control ac unit heater. Feels a bit like motel 6 when looking at it...and a bit noisy.. But otherwise a ++

The hotel elevator is quite old, and although the room shows signs of renovation, it still feels dated. The air conditioning system is outdated and often shuts off on its own, and the noise level is quite high. Even with the outside temperature around 6°C, we still had to turn on the AC because the room felt stuffy and hot. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom, and the air in the room doesn’t circulate well. It’s hard to imagine how uncomfortable it would be to stay here in the summer. Although the hotel is right next to the highway, it’s easy for travelers to miss the exit since the road layout is somewhat complicated. Also, there’s another hotel with the same name in Longueuil, so make sure you double-check the address when using Google Maps.

Overall the room comfort at the Sandman was great. The beds and pillows were fantastic! The room was very clean and relatively modern. Yes the immediate area had a lot of construction going on but for the most part the location made it easy to get to, and easy to get right back on the highway. The breakfast was not a highlight for me, but in all fairness, we were unaware that they were almost done serving for the morning. In my opinion it was no where near the price they charge (we got it free) but it was like 16 dollars and was a very basic continental breakfast. The front desk staff were very nice and efficient. With free parking it most definitely was a good deal.

Staff - Few Lines - The lack of attentiveness was highly missing - Me and family waited for couple of minutes around 11:40pm and nobody was at reception - We kept on waiting at the door in the snow and main door to the lobby was closed - We rang intercom nobody answered couple of times - A Man after all the hustle came out with no courtesy at the reception and said our intercom isn’t working or what?! - As if we like standing in snow almost at the midnight - It’s not the end here , a housekeeping lady right around 7:30am banged my door and kept on waiting till I opened and she said oh I am sorry wrong door - Same happened with my parents room too - As if she wanted to kick us out before check out time - Never in my entire lifetime I came across with such a practice in hospitality business - I would never recommend this place to anyone later

Breakfast service ends at 9:30 a.m.! We set off at 9:22, waited 12 minutes for the elevator, and by the time we arrived at the breakfast area, a few minutes had already passed. The server refused to provide breakfast service, giving off a kind of schadenfreude attitude, which was really frustrating. At the same time, the $20 discount voucher was wasted. For such a high-rise hotel to have only two elevators, it really wastes a lot of time during peak hours!

La chambre est grande et très propre. Le service à la chambre excellent aussi. Le gros problème est que le client arrive de l’extérieur et doit attendre jusqu’à 16h00 pour avoir sa chambre même si elle est prête. On s’est fait dire que nous pourrions l’avoir à 15h00 moyennant un supplément de 40 $. J’ai trouvé cela exagéré, épouvantable. L’arrivée à 16h00 est abusif compte tenu du prix par jour. Fatiguée après une longue route, nous voulons accéder rapidement à notre chambre. Je vais revoir mes priorités quant aux réservations dans le futur.

Dimitri at the front was extremely welcoming and friendly. It was my first time in Montreal and he gave me great recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit. This hotel is pet friendly which was nice for my partner and I and our new puppy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a city view which was beautiful at night seeing all the lights. My favourite part about my stay was that I did not have to drive. The hotel is less than a minute walk to the subway station which will get you all around the city. This was huge for me. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m back in the city.

Experience genera tres décevante, déjà à mon arrivée ça a pris 3 à 4H pour trouver une chambre, et après quelques heure on a finalement une chambre sale, mal organisé, des déchets partout dans la chambre. Plein de nonchalance au niveau du personnel, j’ai retenu le nom : ASHLEY! Tres désagréable je dirai que ce post ne lui convient pas du tout, Aucun professionnalisme, elle fait dans la discrimination. Stayed for a single night to go to a Habs game. It is very convenient for that using the Metro directly across the street; certainly better than dealing with post game traffic after the game even though the Metro was understandably packed as well. Only issue with the hotel was fridge in room not working and outlet not covered. Certainly a favourable option for next visit to Montréal.

It is a good property to stay with quick check in. And location is really good to stay out from the city but there is subway as well near for your convenience to explore montreal easily especially to avoid traffic.

We’ve stayed at the Sandman Hotel Montreal – Longueuil twice now and really enjoy it as a family. The staff is wonderful—so kind and especially sweet with our toddler, which made us feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we loved having a water view this time around. The location is great—just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Montreal, but close to the main bridge so it’s easy to get across when you want to. It feels like the best of both worlds: peaceful, but still convenient. The only downside is that the on-site restaurant was closed on Sunday, and there aren’t many food options nearby other than the mall. Also, there is some nearby construction, so just something to be aware of. Overall though, we really enjoy staying here as a family. It feels like a great spot for us, and with free parking included, it’s an easy choice. We’ll definitely be back again!

The only real complaint we had was the cost of breakfast and it’s more of a continental should be included not cause $16 and no real good protein options I’ve had better complimentary Bkft in hotels that have real food not just snacks! The homemade granola bar was fabulous

Stayed Feb 02-05.. The room was very decent and we liked it, people at the reception were nice and professional. But... our experience in the restaurant was really bad and ruined the stay. That was the morning of February 05.The young man was very rude and disrespectful. People like this affect hotel business. We came to the restaurant at 9:05 am, got some bagels, coffee and a tea.. sat down to eat, all of sudden he started removing the food from the display. I told him that we were not done and need little more food or sweets. He yelled back, the restaurant is closed and nothing is available anymore. Not to mention how he was throwing the food into the plastic containers. My wife and I were shocked by such a behavior.. After we got out of the restaurant I told the man at the reception about our experience and he felt bad and tried to apologize. We appreciated his efforts but it didn't help much. Massage to management ... All other hotel staff work hard to accommodate the guests and then you have a single person who ruined all that in a whip. We've stayed in your hotel in December for 5 nights, this time 3 nights.. We are planing to stay at least two times more for a few nights before spring.. And certainly hoping something like that will never happen again, as we'll find another hotel instead . Thanks
