Parking is awful. The parking lo was full of vehicles that were left there while away. I’m not sure if it’s cheaper then the park n fly but the hotel does not ensure there is enough parking g for guests staying there. Will not stay there again

We booked here so we could park. Upon arrival fire trucks were here because there was a problem in the kitchen. No parking even though we were told we could reserve long term parking when we got here. We had to park overnight in a non parking spot and have to park at the airport for the rest of our travel

There was some confusion from staff when checking in. Airport shuttle bus was not running in the morning, which was not communicated to the latge group of people waiting for it. Had to pay for an uber to get to the airport so flight was not missed.

Stayed here twice, had an OK stay the first time but our latest visit did not go great. Bathroom smelled like mold, shower was broken, hotel systems were down which made it a nightmare to check-in. Also hotel advertises a EV charger on site but it’s actually at the hotel next door. It was inconvenient to begin with and the other hotel gave me a hard time for the charger. Even making comments to not stay there too long because their actual customers needed it.

Our room was infested with ants, the floor was sticky, looks like the janitor skipped cleaning the floor. Overall the property looks new but the room had lots of ants coming from one corner. I would have requested to change the room but my husband was tired and it was only for one night so we didn’t bother. The next day when we checked out we talked to the front desk staff, he offered free breakfast, we thanked him but we had to leave to catch the plane.

Shuttle was fine and initial impression when checking in was good. However, they need more help in the restaurant. Only one server for dinner on our first night. Same for breakfast the next morning. Food offering was ok. The room was fine....however, the shower area had mildew/mold around the caulked areas - and not just a small amount. These areas to us are critical and show a lack of proper attention and maintenance. Not what we expect from hotels - especially Hilton!

The rooms are in need of upgrades. There were a few holes in the bathroom wall where I assume a towel rack had been and the shower was terribly weak and the faucet felt like it was going to fall off. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations and television from the next room.

It was a big ordeal and struggle to get checked in, none of the debit machines worked. Was an hour at the desk after being on the go all day. More customers came to the desk with issues and similar problems, even they had debit problems and it was somehow the customers problems. Room however was clean and comfy. We didn’t eat there as we were up early and gone.

Was frustrating - arriving - no one at the desk, waited, finally a fellow came out of the back. He took my credit card for the deposit - no receipt, no room information, was told the keys weren’t working - he took us to the room & said he’d drop off the keys, never did. So we could only leave the room one at a time. Had to get a code dropped off to get wifi in the room. So while the room was lovely and bed comfy - check in and services was not as one would think a Hilton would be.

Staff were friendly and courteous. The room above us had a water leak and the water flowed into our bathroom. Maintenance were advised and anctiner the problem. The hotel Manage gave us a room discount on our room charges without asking or prompting. The water problem did not cause us any Inconvenience. The Manager and staff out weighed the water problem. We will definitely return to the Hilton Garden Inn. Thank you for a restful and pleasant stay.

Our flight was scheduled for a late arrival at 1.45am Fri night/Sat morning. Because of that, we wanted to confirm ahead of time whether the complimentary airport shuttle would run that late. We called the Front Desk a total of 12 times on Friday throughout the day. Only one of those calls late in the evening was answered. All other calls were cut off after a 5min wait due to no one a the Front Desk answering the phone. The Airport shuttle driver treated the shuttle like his personal taxi speaking to his buddy on speaker phone in Hindi the entire time. No regard to guests. We checked in at the Front Desk around 3am. No greeting. No smile. No customer service. The key we were issued for our room didn't work. I went back down to the Front Desk, only to find three other guests in the exact same situation. The Front Desk staff managed to issue wrong keys for 4 parties of guests at 3am in the morning. We were issued keys for a different room altogether. Perhaps were were initially issued keys for a room that was already occupied. Who knows. This stay had nothing in common with what you would expect from a Hilton brand hotel.

The hotel check in and check out staff were friendly, fast and courteous. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed. No issues with the property. The restaurant breakfast was another story. The server was rude and abrupt, the buffet was cold and tasteless,and disappointing for $20.95.the server seem frazzled even though there were only three tables occupied. A disappointing ending to an otherwise great experience.

The property was cleaned and well maintained. Check-in was quick. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night’s rest for the 2 nights we were there. One thing I didn’t like - breakfast buffet was too expensive with only basic selection. $20.95 per person and because there isn’t much in the vicinity, you’re somewhat stuck with having breakfast there or waiting to hit the streets.

We had a lovely one-night stay before our flight to St John’s. It was quiet, super clean, spacious, and great amenities. The Cannery was really convenient and the food delicious. Staff are awesome and I liked that they had the airport departures and arrivals times listed. Also like the airport shuttle. Will stay here again.

A few negatives before the positives. No “do not disturb” cards for the door. Housekeeping gave me one when I asked but it disappeared the first night. Probably another guest was missing one and they took mine off the door.. Reading lights by the bed weren’t working. Half the shows listed on the tv guide page didn’t match what was actually on. Shower/ bathtub valve was shot in my room. Very frigidity to set the shower temperature….Either too hot or too cold. Also I was on the 4th floor and literally had to run gallons and gallons of water down the drain before it got hot. The water heater must be in the basement?. What a waste of water. The hotel restaurant closes at 9 pm and bar finishes at 10 pm…even on weekends. Nothing else close around the hotel area so that was not ideal. Positives: the room overall was nice. Elevators were quick. Tons of free parking and well lit parking lot. A very Convenient location for air travel. HVAC system in the room worked perfectly. They had a pay washer and dryer if needed which could come in handy. They had a canteen at the front desk for food to purchase. There is no complimentary breakfast included but they had complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. Staff was helpful enough. My room was $371/night +tax so it wasn’t a low budget stay. I would encourage management to have maintenance regularly run checks on lights and taps (and other potential items that break) so people like me don’t leave a review like this.
