Upon arrival, we were assigned a first-floor room with a strange, unpleasant smell, similar to smoke or dirty socks. I could not identify it, but I had never experienced anything like it in a hotel room before. The smell remained throughout our entire stay. Every time we left the room and returned, it hit us again as soon as we opened the door. The main light did not work, so the front desk employee turned on the desk lamps instead. The floor appeared very dirty, and the bedsheet had visible stains. When we reported this, we were simply given another sheet rather than having the room properly cleaned. The bathroom sink was blocked. After waiting more than 10 minutes for assistance, I returned to the front desk, and the employee eventually cleared the drain with a tool. The heating also did not work. We discovered that the wires under the unit were disconnected. The employee reconnected them and explained that the thermostat did not control the unit, which had to be operated manually. We repeatedly asked to change rooms because of the smell and poor conditions but were told none were available. However, we then saw several guests arrive and receive rooms. The one positive part of our stay was the woman preparing breakfast. She was kind, incredibly hardworking, and clearly doing her best. We sincerely appreciated her efforts.

I stayed at the hotel in transit and was expecting a pretty regular experience, but I must say that the staff were espescially welcoming, and also allowed me to check out a little later due to a virtual meeting.

A 2 days girl shopping spree in Hawkesbury. This is our go-to hotel. Fast, efficient check-in, friendly staff. Our room was very clean and spacious with no carpets which I really like. We enjoyed the hot tub. The pool is a little cold. We ordered in supper and were able to use the breakfast room to eat our dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. We enjoy the free coffee and tea available at all times. The shower took a long time to heat up, but once you know this, it's ok. Hotel is close to everything.

Chambre sale et très forte odeur d’humidité (avec en bonus les traces des occupants précédents sur les murs..) Évier de salle de bain bouché, rideau de douche qui sent la moisissure. Ce ne fut pas un séjour agréable du tout. L’eau de la piscine est tellement froide que même d’autres visiteurs n’y sont pas allés. Ça ne vaut absolument pas le prix.
