nice to have parking in front of our unit and level entry for all units. They had a nice coffee bar in lobby but we would have preferred a coffee machine in unit. Very thoughtful to have AC on in unit for arrival as super hot outside.

Great location for my family visits, awesome staff, clean big room and bathroom, like fridge microwave combo. Noisy during the day, quiet at night. Sadly, not much in walking distance for dogs to go potty.

NOT TO BAD BUT NEEDS A BIT OF AN UP GRADE GOOD FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY. COFFEE /TEA MAKING MACHINE WAS BY RECEPTION CAN,T REMEMBER IF ANYTHING IN THE ROOM ITSELF.

Staff was so nice! We were in one of the unrenovated rooms with our pets - typical unfussy motel, not fancy but clean and convenient. Coffee and ice etc available in the office, two washers and dryers, and a good location with everything you need in close proximity. Area seems kind of industrial at first but felt very safe.

Fridge & microwave in room was convenient. Room had been renovated except for the ceiling which may be the next step in the process. Only criticism would be the lack of coffee maker but they do have one available at the office. Will definitely be back!

The Westward is dated with a good price. Basic bed pillow and shower. The night staff was very helpful. We needed to clean up our travel gear and clothing during a 6 week road trip after being chased out of the Rockies by wild fires. Lance, was most helpful at getting us reset. Thanks again.

Location wasnt bad for our needs. Very convenient having laundry on site. Staff friendly and helpful. I found the bed fairly comfortable but my spouse thought it was too hard. Good water pressure in the shower but showerhead too low for tall people. Hairdryer (didnt use so dont know if it worked), soap and shampoo. Small microwave and fridge. Didnt like like the cleanliness of the room. No recent cleaning under the bed or anywhere else not in the center of the room. Not sure when floor was last washed. Fridge not clean and food frozen in the thick ice in the icebox of the fridge. Mold in the bathroom. Issues covered over with paint and not properly fixed. Lack of cleanliness a big turn off. Won't be chosing to stay there again.

Little on the dingy side, room reeked of cigarettes, butts everywhere outside the door, dirty floors, extremely low water pressure, really bad quality/condition sink tap and shower head, and either very soft water or really bad soap bars. I guess hotels/motels in the lower mainland are just very overpriced these days, this one costing $145 all in for a night seemed more like it should’ve been around $50…. No bed bugs though I checked! :) Would not return…

For the price it was reasonably good. The bathroom of my room seems to be renovated recently but the owner seems to have cut some corner and used old toilet seats which was a turnoff. The tub looked new but the workmanship wasn’t great and had gaps in the base where it connects to wall. hot water ran out quickly especially in busy morning times. Room was warm and cozy. Furniture and bed and linen looked clean and nice. Floor was nice too recently renovated. From the outside the roof of the motel looked real ancient. opposite to a big mall and many good fast food joints nearby makes it easy. Wendy’s and McDonald’s just few steps away. A bit far from Vancouver center but if you plan your day to be away sightseeing and just need a place to crash at night this is good option

Nice stay, bed is super comfortable, unit is quiet, everything is in working order. The only minor issue is I almost got trapped inside by the chain lock, which is extremely hard to unlock due to malfunction.

For an older, dated motel, our stay was good. Beds were very comfortable, pillows were easily the most comfortable that I have slept on in motels. Water pressure is not as good as some but was average. Value for dollar is quite good

Front desk closes at 10pm. Couldn’t check in the first night because flight got delayed and the hotel refused to refund. One of the nights key didn’t work and nobody informed us about any emergency number during check in. As apparently they put it on the door every night but it was hardly visible especially during the night when it’s dark and you’re already frustrated and tired. After paying for 4 nights we only got to stay there for 2 nights and in the end we were denied the refund as well because “it’s not their fault”. Extremely inconvenient and disappointing. Ended up paying a fortune just because of lack of information on their end.

For an older facility its a phenomenal place to stay. The staff provide a clean enjoyable stay and are very helpful to help you anyway they can and easy access and safe place to stay traveling without husband. Definitely will remain our go to place to stay!

The person in front was so rude to me. Yea i was late for check in, because i didnt know that check in was only until 10pm, but he was so rude and unprofessional. He called me deepsh*t. How can someone even keep these kind of people at reception who doesnt know the meaning of customer service. Horrible experience ever😤😤😤

It was a average low cost hotel. Nothing fance. A bit dated. Noisey one night of 2 nights stay. The area was a bit dicey. But nust needed a place to stay and sleep so it was ok for that!

The check-in and the staff were exceptional. The location is amazing and close to major shopping mall and restaurants( there is one across the street). The area that the hotel located in is well served and easily accessible by public transportation.
