They advertised via photos they had a hot tub which has been removed since Jan 2024 this is dishonest marketing and they refuse to recognise that they need to change their marketing. They had remodelling taking place which they did not inform expedia and therefore i landed booking a hotel i would not have stayed at in the first place. Expedia really didnt hold the hotel accountable and the hotel just keep my money for a terrible stay. This was false advertising and dishonest

This property has seen better days and wear and tear on furnishings was evident. Staff were nice and helfpul. The included breakfast was appreciated but mediocre. The pool was closed for maintenance, the hallways smelled terribly, and you could easily hear noise from the guests above you. Most concerning was that bathtub was very slippery as the anti-slip surface had worn off leaving a perfectly polished surface to slip on. I mentioned to the front desk and they said I could have asked for a slip resistance mat. This should have already been provide and is a danger to guests. I'm honestly surprised by all the positive reviews.

Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Marriott was a pleasant experience for our family of four, which includes two little kids. The complementary hot breakfast had great options for everyone, and the availability of a crib and sofa bed made sleeping arrangements easy. Parking was convenient, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. We also appreciated having a microwave, fridge, and stove in our room, making it easy to prepare snacks and meals. Never got to the breakfast so no idea on quality. Hotel is having some maintenance and hot tub is out. Could use some wear and tear issues addressed. Checked in and front desk said they were sold out when I asked about a room switch, they weren't sold out but whatever I won't be back so no biggie

The room is nice. We were not told that there is no housekeeping to clean our room daily at check in. There are no notice in our room to let us know that housekeeping daily is by request only. We had wet towels and trash in our room. The night time front desk manager was quite rude when we asked for clean towels one day when we came back to the hotel late.

En general todo bien, la habitacion de buen tamaño con cocineta completa, buen desayuno aunque quienes atendian el desayuno no eran nada amables. Tienen maquinas para lavar ropa y eso sirve mucho en viajes largos. No ponen agua de cortesia y eso si me parece que no esta bien. El aseo NO lo hacen diario y me parece que la pandemia ya se termino y uno paga una tarifa completa para que hagan el aseo todos los dias, de lo contrario deberian cobrar menos.

En general todo bien, la habitacion de buen tamaño con cocineta completa, buen desayuno aunque quienes atendian el desayuno no eran nada amables. The Hotel was wonderful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and staff was pleasant. Only issue is that for some reason they were not able to use the CC that was used to pay for the room for the security deposit. I had to use my Debit CC instead and was suppose to go back in the morning to get the deposit back. In the morning rush to get to where we had to go I completely forgot and now I'm not able to get my deposit back. They will not send it by e-transfer, as a credit back on the CC. I have to go there personally to get it back... I do not live close. I've been dealing with this for a few months and now if I don't get there to get it they will just keep it. In todays society with the technology we have there is no reason as to why anything such as this should ever happen.

Everything was perfect. I was there with my family. The only thing to take into consideration is that it is not close to Toronto. If you are planning to visit downtown, then this is not the place. For the rest, I loved the place.

Didn't like that there was no real bacon at breakfast, only vegan bacon labelled as "Canadian Bacon". Otherwise my family had an excellent stay and was very grateful for the kind, welcoming service, the politeness of all the staff, and the quiet facility that felt very safe.

Simply perfect! We only stayed one night as we were going to a concert in town. The service was friebdly and impeccable, the room super confortable and clean and the breakfast amazing

This property has seen better days and wear and tear on furnishings was evident. Staff were nice and helfpul. The included breakfast was appreciated but mediocre. The pool was closed for maintenance, the hallways smelled terribly, and you could easily hear noise from the guests above you. Most concerning was that bathtub was very slippery as the anti-slip surface had worn off leaving a perfectly polished surface to slip on. I mentioned to the front desk and they said I could have asked for a slip resistance mat. This should have already been provide and is a danger to guests. I'm honestly surprised by all the positive reviews.

전 어제밤에 이호텔 1층에 있는 방에 묶었는데 잠을 거의 잘수 없었습니다. 밤새 외부에서 실외기소음이 매우 크게 거의 매시간 들렸기 때문이다. 프론트데스크에 이러한 상황을 설명하고 직접 방에 들러와 소음을 들었지만 일반적인 소음이라며 말하며 고객이 느끼는 불편함에 대한 어떠한 사과도 하지 않았습니다. 이러한 상태의 방을 고객에게 제공하는 서비스는 전혀 납득할 수 없습니다. 아침식사도 너무 별로이고 심지어 와이파이조차도 문제가 생겨서 다음날 체크아웃할때까지도 사용을 못했습니다. 제 평생 다녀본 호텔 숙박 중 최악의 밤이었습니다.

Room smelt of pee. Carpet and sofa needs to be changed. If you have e allergies do not book the two bedroom suite. Not sure if a cat sprayed in there. Carpet had mold. Only lasted 30 minutes in room and had to leave. However hotel was very nice about the concerns and hoping for a refund.

Our annual family Canada vacation. Hotel close to lot of Restaurants that was our main goal visit. Room was very roomy and we like the having full size fridge, microwave and etc. One thing missing was in-room safe which most of hotels around the area provided. Swimming pool is really nice and water not to cold. I wish the hotel provide 2 queen size bed instead we get 1 sofa bed which was not comfortable. I can feel the spring underneath. the sofa bed mattress with no more cushion. Front desk person very nice. Check in and check out very smooth. Nice breakfast and plenty of parking.

Quiet room. Grateful for well insulated walls, always enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay when I'm here. I am especially appreciative of the ergonomic, comfortable and well-laid out working space in the suite. Staff highly responsive and friendly - a breath of fresh air in a busy work-travel week.
