The stay was good, Room was large, and the bed comfy. The sad part was the pool is run down, and the waterslides are in such a need of repair that they don't even take you down to the bottom. Every rider got stuck and had to drag themselves to the bottom. We booked because of the look of the pool and fun it showed but were very dissapointed.

The waterslides were great, but there was no hot tub to warm up in afterward. It looks like maybe there was one, but it was covered up with plywood. The beds were comfortable and the room was big, but the property as a whole is a bit run down. We liked the free breakfast buffet, and the fact that there was a microwave in the room. We would stay there again if in the area, but would really appreciate a hot tub to warm up in while the kids continue to slide!

Room seemed clean, but I came home with a couple of carpet bugs in my clothes. I've never had those before and I think they came from the couch I had my clothes drapped over during my stay. Complementary breakfast was good. I don't know the name of the blonde lady who was serving breakfast, but she is wonderful. She was so helpful, friendly, and always had a smile to share with me. The gym is more like a dungeon and is located in the basement. One little light on. There was one functioning elliptical and stairmaster. There was three non-functioning exercise bikes without power cords and a broken treadmill that had an out of order cone on it. The one tv in there also said no signal. The pool was clean, but small. If a family of three or four decide to get into the pool, your swim is over. You have to swim during off-hours. There are no tables and chairs to sit at in the lobby if you want somewhere to work or just lounge outside of your room. It's an aging hotel with worn out tvs and furniture. It wasn't a terrible time, but it was an average experience and you can find better value for less at newer locations. I won't stay here again.

The rooms where supposed to be sound proof complete lie. you can hear everything from people next door to the other room doors slamming shut at all hours of the night. and it was humid and and so hard to sleep. the beds omg if you like sleeping on thin bed of springs you would love it I did not. And there was mold and mildew on the bottom of the bathroom door in my room and around the shower.

Property has really gone downhill. Stairwells need vacuumed, mouse traps laying around, railings on all levels full of cobwebs, pool not as pictured anymore, beds very uncomfortable and only 2 pillows. Can tell it was a great spot once in time but pretty sad staye now.

Our smoke alarm battery was low and was beeping every 5 mins. We got a new room to sleep in but the kids couldn’t fall back asleep so we were up before the birds for the day. There is also no privacy with glass doors for the bedroom suite.

It was a hassle to get extra pillows and blankets for our kids. Front desk went out of their way to let us know there were no outside visitors in the pool, then our card keys would not open the door to the pool. We asked for turndown service for our room that was never done. And the bed was not very comfortable. We will try another property next time we are in the Hat.

Fantastic room for the price, a touch dated but very clean and well maintained. Lots of staff working and circulating, pool area lots of fun, very clean..turned on waterslides middle afternoon when we the only ones there, very considerate. Great parking, mall very close, McDonald’s, Montana’s across the street. Will absolutely stay again!

I liked that it had the waterslides and pool. Disappointing that there was no hot tub. The rooms need upgrading. Rusty on all the metal surfaces in the bathroom, lumpy old mattresses and old carpet. Time for a renovation.

Pillows and bed were terrible. Asked for extra pillows for the 3 people we had in our room, was told they were short on them and could only send us 3. All of them were flat and poor, poor quality. Also, the rooms were very loud and it was stated they were sound proof which was far from the case. Room keys gave us issues all week. No house keeping cane by to change towles or freshen up amenities during the 3 days we were there so ran out of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Rooms are very ran down. We stayed here because of an event going on at the lodge but wouldnt stay again. They need to do some major upgrades or drop their prices significantly. Also, hot tub has been broken for like 4 years now. Not much of a draw to come back .

It was ok but there was nonplace to plug devices in. Not just no usbs, also no plugs. There was one on a lamp but it didnt work. We had to unplug lamps and coffee makers to use the plugs. Also there was only lukewarm water in the shower.

Room is clean but dated, beds were not very comfortable and toilet acted up not only in our room but our friends. We booked and requested adjoining rooms even had it confirmed by phone but when we checked in we were a few doors downs which I find irritating since I worked in the Hotel industry for years and our booking was early week for a few days- very quiet. We thought of staying longer but not being adjacent rooms changed our minds. We have stayed there quite often and during Casino renovations the hotel side needs a lot of help. Being clean was the only reason we stayed. We used to get little treats and/or a nice greeting when we checked in, but front desk crew were uninviting. Will think again of other places if they do not improve - not asking for much.

The e-mail for this survey was misleading. The hotel was great but they didn't have my reservation from Expedia so I almost didn't get a room because they were booked for a wedding. That would have been extremely disappointing. I've never had that experience with Expedia but front desk staff said that is a regular occurrence. I am now considering not booking through Expedia in the future.

Check-in was simple. We were given a room that smelled like smoke and the service staff did not seem concerned when we told them we smelt marijuana in the hallways and our hall actually not secure like other ones. The bathroom had old moldy, grout around the tub and the toilet seat was peeling, along with the wallpaper. Not up to the standards of the recommendations that were given to me by someone who has stayed there twice already.

Staff did not enforoe the quiet policy after 10pm and there were children and youth playing in the hallways keeping people awake. I called 2x to the front desk for them to send someone and they didnt. Finally at 1040PM i went down to the front desk upset and told them they needed to do something as kids were now pushing each other around on a baggage cart in the hall and then later in the lobby area making noise. Only then did someone finally take action but by then the damage had been done. If you have a quiet policy then enforce it. Guests who are checking in children to their rooms or in additional rooms should be told that the kids are not to be roaming the halls after 10PM. Also the tv was Rogers Business which had no movies and mainly news and regualr programing. Ive come to this hotel for 8 years to go on the water slides with my family while visiting and never had a problem prior. However, this time this was not acceptable and the staff should have done something immediately as requested rather then at my 3rd complaint.

The property is older and could use a bit of updating in some areas. The King room suite we rented was very clean and the furniture was in good condition. The breakfast is basic but good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The fact that you have so much in one building is a bonus. The price is also very reasonable. If you don’t loose gambling it is a good deal.

Cons!The room was very dated carpet was worn going on deck. Completely worn out on the deck needs replacement immediately bathroom shower was really dark. There was no hot tub which I was looking forward too using but. Breakfast was good but it was the same for the first two days then I didn’t bother cause I was tired of it. Pros Lots of parking it’s great for kids the water slides were used all the time. The R kitchen was quite good. Food was good.

We loved our stay. The room and bed were very comfortable. The food was excellent! The service was outstanding. We stayed one night and were enjoying ourselves so much, we asked them to extend it so we could stay another night. They were very accommodating and even kept us in the same room so we didn't have to check in again or even leave the hotel. A very relaxing stay with great shopping all around.
