Five Forks Restaurant was excellent. Pool and hot tub were closed and weren't told until we arrived. Water pressure in bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Cleaning staff were very helpful. If you book to stay here ask for a room in the new part of the building.

Pool wasnt clean, hot tub wasnt hot and no running jets, sauna wasnt working, no pool towels. In room 348 coffee maker not working and 3rd floor ice maker not working. 2 night stay and no housekeeping. Breakfast was busy, long lines and variety not great, eggs are gross. We have stayed in your hotel at least 20 times in 5 years and this was the worst stay we had not sure if we will return.

The room was smelly and didn’t feel clean. It was very dark too. Facing the highway was a little noisy. The staff at the front desk had a strange attitude and answered our questions clear annoyance.

We stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi tub. The room itself with two fireplaces looked beautiful when we first walked in BUT as soon as we got ourselves in and comfortable found it was not very clean. Carpet wasnt very clean, there was someone previously that was in theres soap ontop of the conditioner bottle in the shower, which led me to further look and find the shower didn’t look like it was clean. The vanity on top of the fireplace had stick red residue in 3 separate spots(looked like someone spilt their drink).

Staff were nice and helpful but the property isn’t and the room weren’t very clean. The carpet in the room smelled bad and was visibly dirty, bathroom had visible mold issues and the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned either, we spilled water and wiped it up and the white towel was brown.. rooms aren’t very soundproof either, we could hear the people above us all night and they had kids running around until 11pm then again at 5am. Same with the rooms next to us we could hear their conversations until late into the night.

We had breakfast and the lady that was working her name was Lisa and she called me stupid because I pressed a button too many times on the pancake machine. I wasn’t sure how to exactly work the thing but being called stupid was rude and uncalled for. Won’t be coming back here again & they also have their air conditioner on in the hallways mid November.

Booked room through Expedia and at check in did not have a credit card for deposit. I have done this numerous times and have paid visa debit and then been refunded. Worker would not accept that, would not refund nor would allow me to speak to a supervisor. Worker stated it’s not a managers problem it’s mine

The hotel was easy to find at the end of a long day so that was really appreciated! Everything was fine, my only complaint was that i wanted to go for a walk in the evening and the neighborhood was not really conducive to this. There was a homeless encampment just one block away from the hotel - not that we heard any noise or had any issues with any of the people. It just didn't feel totally safe. I would stay again for the convenient location and great free breakfast.

The rooms at the back of the building are much quieter than the front of the building. The patio is a very nice touch if you just want to enjoy the patio & people watch. Parking is wonderful in the back though somewhat tight and close to other cars in the front parking lot. Wonderful food though if you are only having a drink, I found the waitresses slow to come your way. Rooms were very clean and the maids were wonderful to refill everything in your room. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable.

Stayed here for a wedding in mission. The restaurant pub was surprisingly decent. Hotel worked for what we needed and there are no options nearby. Breakfast was processed with limited healthy options. It was ok considering it was the only large hotel in the area. I would stay again if we needed to be in the area but would look elsewhere if I didn't need to be in mission.

Not an amazing place to stay, the room that we were given had an outside door like a motel, and it was very very loud. Lots of road noise, door doesn’t seal properly. Staff were helpful and nice, location isn’t terrible just on the main drag. Overall nice place.
