Nice airport stopover hotel. Shuttle worked, checkin was efficient, numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity both classic chain and independent (including one attached), bed was comfortable. Good value in that part of the world.

Easy to use since there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. However, the wait for this shuttle to arrive at the airport was extremely long (45 minutes)

The bar/restaurant had a good selection on the menu. Service was fast and the dinner was very nice (lamb shank). The room was clean and big (224). Shuttle from the hotel to the airport was on time and very nice driver. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel took too long to come so I got a taxi to the hotel.

The shuttle service from the airport was terrible! We waited 45 to 60 minutes after calling three times. When we went to get into bed we notice blood on the sheets and pillow. 4 days later we are still trying to get in touch with the manager. Out of our 3 week holiday in 7 different hotels this was by far the worst one. Never will we stay here again

Good airport hotel. Shuttle in morning is only on the hour so that is less convenient for some flight times (do you cut it close or give up some sleep to take an earlier shuttle). Checkin effiicient. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Dining options nearby.

Clean, functional room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our only dissatisfaction was shuttle service - you must phone and request it; their bus does not come automatically to the airport’s designated pickup area like it does for other hotels.

Pull out couch had so many stains, no sheets on it. The mat was ripped, when asked for sheets they said they didn’t have any. When we asked for a blanket for the pullout couch they made excuses and gave us one that was dirty. Asked for a crib, gave one that had numerous stains and looked unsanitary. The main bed was ripped as well, the customer service was not great, we asked for a different room as the one we were provided was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had

I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was very dirty. Bathtub was filthy, curtains were also very dirty. Walls very thin, people next to us were extremely loud all night.

I have never experienced a hotel like this, i found finished beer can just right aside the couch, hairs on the bed,and the bed looks not being replaced before i slept on it. Used napkins on the floor under the bed. It was rediculous.

Honestly best part of the trip was the shuttle bus driver, Robbie. Room was not good: bed was literally broken (we had to put the recycling bin under the frame so that it didn’t tip over and they wouldn’t give us another room), the tv mount was broken, there was mould in the sink and shower, the towels were falling apart, and the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall. I asked multiple times for a late checkout, each time was told yes, only to get a knock at the door and phone call at 11 saying there are no notes on our file and we need to leave so they can clean. Asked for a comp and was waved off saying that they would provide us one ‘next time’ - you can be sure there will be no next time.

The staff were friendly, the room was fine, although no hair dryer to be found. Getting the one shuttle is limiting from a timing point of view but it worked. The noise was terrible! In the room, (Mechanicals)< noise from neighbouring rooms, hallway, ice machine, outside drag racing and trucks through the night. Almost impossible to sleep here.

The room was okay and didn't have issues with cleanliness, but there was definitely an odour in the room. We got used to it eventually, but considered asking for a different room initially. There is very little soundproofing between the hallway and rooms, so be prepared to hear people coming and going through the night (airport hotel so lots of travelers). The bed and pillows were comfortable, but with the noise we slept quite poorly. Probably would not book here again, to be honest. I'd pay the $25 more to go somewhere a littlw nicer.

Last minute stay - easy to book - easy to park. Room quality was excellent -- comfy mattress, nice bedding, good black-out curtains, great bathroom. Higher quality than I expected!

Our experience couldn't have been better with this property. My 20 year old son got stranded at the Toronto airport for 2 days and we needed to find him a place to have a bed for a night. I called the Comfort Inn Airport West from where I was (Western Canada), and the manager on call that day (Lucky) couldnt have been more helpful. He was quick to help me figure everything out, he areanged for the airport shuttle to go pick up my son, and he was so helpful and accomodating when my son arrived to check in early. Thank you to Lucky and the staff!!

The AC unit was so loud it kept waking us up. I specifically booked a hotel with an airport shuttle and was asked by the staff at check in if we’d like the 6am or 7am shuttle. We chose the 6am shuttle and were told to be in the lobby by 5:55. When we got to the lobby in the morning as directed, we were informed we “missed” our 5:30 shuttle. Ridiculous.

I received conflicting messages by front desk staff. The originally told me that I could use debit when I arrived to purchase the room and incidental fee then when I arrived they said it was credit card only. During my check in process he was physically checking me in but he was speaking with another employee the entire time,he hardly acknowledged me. I wasn’t able to understand what they were talking about because I only speak English. I think from now on I will be staying at the hotel across the street.

The airport shuttle service was greatly appreciated. My room was very comfortable with all amenities. Front desk staff was friendly. My only critique was in the website it said breakfast was provided which I assumed was a continental breakfast. There was only coffee. (and a restaurant). Overall experience was very good.

This was an excellent place to stay! Our flight was cancelled and we had to overnight in Toronto. We picked this place because it was close to the airport, a good price, and had a free airport shuttle. We didn't expect much, but were pleasantly surprised! The shuttle was prompt, and our driver (sorry, I didn't get his name) was excellent, and had helpful advice. The manager on duty, Lucky, was super helpful and very friendly. He was able to give us a late checkout at no extra charge, as well as supply us with free toiletries. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was the attached restaurant. They were severely understaffed and slow as a result. We had supper there, and it was really good, and a better than expected price. We went there for breakfast, and after waiting for 15 minutes with no service, we went to the Denny's across the street. As we were leaving, someone else mentioned it took them 2 hours to have breakfast, the service was so slow. We'd definitely stay here again, but I'd think twice about eating at the restaurant.
