Room could have been cleaner. Heat/cool air knobs missing. Shower didn’t completely close. Otherwise great place. Beds comfy. Pool and hot tub fantastic. Staff wonderful. Love the towel robes and slippers.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. A few things to note was the height of the bed. It high and for a short person or older, it can be a bit of a challenge. Also, the amenity for the bathroom is very sparse on the vanity. Only one bar of soap. The phone in the room was not working although it was connected. The one thing that I really liked was how quiet it is for sleeping and the blackout curtains are fantastic. The heating system was very quiet and easy to control the temperature.
