The room was rundown, broken tiles in bathroom shower didn’t drain properly, our linens/pillow cases had stains on them. Super gross. Elevator was broken, only elevator running was always busy and full of staff/dirty linens. No ice machines on any of the floors worked. Parking lot lights were not working and it was not safe. Many signs saying hotel not responsible for stolen cars or thefts. Wanted to check out a day early but hotel staff wouldn’t allow it. Refused to offer any refund. Would not recommend this hotel.
