I use a wheelchair, there are no automatic doors, so it was hard to get into the hotel and my room. There was a tube that I could not climb into and the toilet was so low I could not pull myself up. Had to go and buy a toilet raiser seat. The staff are all very friendly, but not accessible. I also found three bugs the first day, so that put me off. The air-conditioner upstairs rattled in my room. Was there for three days.

I did not like the idea you had to request your room be serviced daily! How stupid! Ofcourse, most people want clean towels at the least! Also I did not like dragging a suitcase up stairs to the second floor! No elevator

Adequate for visit with family. Odd layout, L shaped but only stairs and the ends of the L, not in the middle. No elevator. Room was comfortable and clean enough. Breakfast was ok. Wendy’s and Tim’s next door. Close to highway. Walmart across the street.

The duvet cover, sheets and towels all looked worn with some stains. They need to replace all of them. No amenities but itbis pet friendly so thats a bonus. An elevator would be great. I had to drag my luggage to the 2nd floor. Im a senior and was alone so itcwasnt eady gor me after a long day of travels. The staff were very kind and helpful however. Another bonus.

Desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good location right off the highway. Hotel is dated and needs an upgrade. Room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Carpet and wall paper needs to be replaced and room painted.

The room smelled like urine whenever we first arrived, and underneath the beds, we found a used ear plug as well as other pieces of garbage. In my opinion, it was overpriced for the quality that we experienced.

Wen't to check in around 11 at night, after already paying through Expedia a few days earlier. I couldn't find my picture ID in my wallet and may have taken it out earlier and never put it back in. Had multiple other forms of ID, credit cards, ect and I had a copy on my phone but the lady at the desk couldn't accept it and needed to call the manager. It took the Manager over 45 mins to show u/p and when he got there he said, yup your good. I was a bit frustrated and i asked why it took him 45 mins to show up and why he couldn't have just done it over the phone. He wouldn't provide an answer and then told us to leave, so we did. Would like to get a refund back on my credit card and would like to have the Hotel Manager reach out to me to discuss.

I was really disappointed that the breakfast area only had three tables for everyone in the hotel. There was a large sofa in the area and it could have been taken out and three more tables could have been opened up. There was also a waisted area by the front desk that held a large water jug that could have had three chairs as well. The breakfast area is just too small to cover the number of guest. People were taking food to their room. Very inconvenient. Over the week I spent over $1,400.00 in accommodations at your hotel. It doesn’t seem like there is any thought to the breakfast logistics.

We asked for the second floor which we got. The second floor is much quieter than the ground floor as long as you can do the steps. The room was clean and comfortable and it is in a good location for getting on and off the hwy.
