Needs an elevator

Breakfast was fresh. Plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and excellent service.

Rooms are small and uncomfortable. Bathroom is super small. Shower is plastic. Poor design. Over priced. Too close to the highway. Noisy. Breakfast was uninspired and mediocre.

No elevator. Had a refrigerator that made noise.

Facility was clean and quiet. Have a nice coffee/hot chocolate machine available 7/24. Hot breakfast was acceptable.

Friendly staff, ok breakfast, easy access to highway. TV remote didn’t work . No elevators , had to carry luggage up one floor. Reasonable price for budget conscious travellers.

Priced accordingly to others in the area, but I felt that the price I paid was too high considering the lack of amenities. The hotel just feels very dated. No elevator. No gym. No restaurant. No pool. The bed options were one double or two twin beds. I was traveling with a friend so we had to go with the two twin beds. It's very rare in my experience to find a hotel with no queen or king beds. The vending machine on level two only takes cash. Would be great to see one accepting cards. The pros were the location as it was right off the highway. Only seconds away from the Bip Stop, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean.

The included expressos, and the one site laundry were both a treat. Thank you!

The room was infested with ants and the man working the front desk had absolutely horrible body odor. All the staff did was apologize for the ant problem and seemed as tho they were well aware of the problem but said nothing about it at check in. The room smelled bad too. Bad room and bad staff

The staff were incredible. Although the property was clean, it had an odour, not just in our room on the first floor, but in the hallway outside our room as well. It smelled like a wet dog. We addressed this with the front desk and they had the cleaning staff 'treat' the carpets in our room which did take away some of the smell. I would recommend an off season replacement of the carpets.

Room was spotless and well stocked with amenities. We were travelling with a dog and there were well marked areas and extra bags for her to be curbed. Staff was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was one of the better ones I have come across. Dining room was very clean and food had a wide selection and was the proper temperature.

Staff was great, complimentary bottled water was a lovely addition. Room was spotless.

Room was not cleaned properly. Spoiled food left in refrigerator from previous guest.

I reserved a room with two double beds, the room had two single beds. The staff offered me a cot.

Room was nice but getting dated. Heating/AC was very dated, not a wall thermostat control just a dial on the unit. Shower was very small but well maintained. Room has a fridge, microwave, small closet, desk, two chairs and a small coffee pot. Room could use a luggage rack and some coat hook just inside the door for jackets. Breakfast was good, included waffle makers, conveyor toaster with bagels and two types of breads. Hot scrambled eggs, boiled eggs with either ham or sausages. A few different Cereals, milk, yogurts and juices and coffee. For anytime of day they have a coffee bar with different blends of coffees. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Small rooms/small beds. Somewhat dated but looked to be renovating

This hotel reminded me of an old Best Western. The location was terrible, it was off the highway as I knew it would be, but it was isolated with the other buildings around that don’t contribute to tourism. The room was dated, the AC was loud, and the price was expensive for what a guest receives! I booked the room at $166 per night + fees, however, later that night, my emailed receipt showed $229 + fees and Expedia points used. The price somehow increased from when I selected my room, to when I clicked the booking button. As for the positives, the front desk was friendly, the breakfast convenient, and it was a quiet hotel.

The breakfast was really good. Our room was the older one; i will definitely ask for a renovated room because our room was extremely hot and the thermostat wasnt working the best.

Hotel was decent, had some nice touches and a good breakfast. Awesome 24/7 coffee bar which was worth the price of the stay. Woke up a couple times to loud sirens from the freeway beside it. Noise from hallways is kinda loud and the pillows were too thick and firm for my liking.

The rooms are hollow, you can hear every door open on the entire floor as if you were right in front of it. The curtains let in so much light that you can hardly sleep upon day break. House keeping woke us up at 8:45 even though checkout isn’t until 11. For the price we had to pay this was not worth it.

My stay was adequate. The facility is dated and has seen better days but the room was reasonably clean and the bed was super comfortable! The staff were exceptionally friendly and breakfast was pretty good. It’s not fancy but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it’s not a bad choice. Random note - there are no lamps in the room, it’s overhead lighting only and you can’t reach the switch from bed. If you’re a hater of “the big light” like me, maybe pack a little battery light for beside the bed.

For $250 a night I would expect the standard of a clean room, a comfortable bed and linen. These things were provided, however that is where it ended for me and I don’t like to give negative reviews. This inn allows dogs, so your room may have previously housed animals. Unfortunately, I was given a room on the ground floor and was unable to change to a floor above. The ground floor seems to be reserved for those with animals so they can easily take them in and out for the washroom. This wouldn’t be that big of an issue, except that you hear everything from walking down the hallway, talking, closing of doors, banging of doors, panting of dogs. If there’s a noise to be heard you are going to hear it all hours of the night. I could hear people with their TVs and if they swipe the wrong room with a card. I didn’t feel particularly safe here. Because it was a busy weekend. I was unable to get any other bookings in the area so I didn’t have a choice, but I will not be going back unless I get put on the second floor, which I’ve discovered has been completely renovated with consideration around the noise on the other floors so if you have to book this hotel ask for the second floor. They really should only be charging about 150 to 170 a night for anything that’s not on the second floor that’s been renovated.

Staff went above and beyond.

We love the hospitality at the slumber inn. The people who work there are super friendly. We had a problem with our tv and they had it fixed immediately. And I love their latte machine. The breakfast is great. The shower is pretty cool. The room are clean and comfy. The hotel is convenient as well. Close to everything.

This property was surprisingly awesome. Our room was completely redone and absolutely beautiful. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend!

All staff were excellent, especially Stella at the front desk. Room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent. All over a great place to stay.

I normally have really liked staying at this location as i have stayed often for work. Few times now they have charged me double. I pay for my room on Hotels.com ahead of time and when I get to Slumber Inn, they then require a credit card "for incidentals" and then charge for the room again PLUS their security deposit! When Ive pointed this out to them.theh apologize a d say its just an error. BUT then you have to wait 5-10 business days for them to return your money! Any other accommodations I have stayed at, and its a lot, your deposit is back in your account within 48 hours.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff

We did have a bit of an issue, however the management and staff immediately made things right. I would not hesitate to stay at the Slumber Inn again. This is a beautiful hotel, very clean, and nicely decorated. Very satisfied.

So our checkin was fabulous! Friday night the young gentleman was amazing. It ends there. The person on the drsk the next twi days was unaccomidating, he was not friendly, we asked for a bottle of water, we were given them at checkout, he repied they only did sonat checkin and told us to purchase from the vending machines. Just thr wrong person in that position. Then there was a breakfast included, but the staffer working the breakfast , same person both days, didn't want to refill the coffee, the hot foods, ie the bacon or ham or sausage even though there was a half hour left for breakfast. She was not friendly at all. And i would advise anyone booking there make sure you have a confirmation of booking, a lady was checking out and being charged for 2 rooms. She had booked a room, never received a confirmation then called the hotel to see if the booking went through. She was told. It didn't go thso she booked another room. And then found out when she was che knows that she had been charged for 2 rooms. I just hope she doesn't have to pay for the other room.

At proximity of the highway but quiet enough

Front desk staff were great. Loved the matress and bedding. Good breakfast. Only one restaurant within walking distance but super close to the highway.

Excellent choice and is close to Valley Regional Hospital, shopping and the highway. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. The added touches to the hotel such as the coffee station makes it stand out.

Great day, great service, only thing was the breakfast. The sausages were sour and stale, the oranges were full of mold.

There was no juice or water at the breakfast we stayed for three days. The scrambled eggs were extremely salty.
