The pool, hottub and restaurant were all closed. No notice about that at timenof vooking. The A/C was extremely loud in the room. The hallway has an unmarked incline that is a tripping hazard. I know that for a fact as I fell and badly injured my knee. O would not recommend this property.

The pool and sauna were not in use, even though the hotel advertises these amenities both on their website and on the sign out front. Staff falsely claimed the hotel was fully booked and said they couldn’t provide us with a room with a balcony, despite the hotel being nearly empty. As compensation for the unavailable pool, they offered breakfast, but that too was of very poor quality. We ended up leaving a day earlier than planned. Thankfully, they did not charge us for the second night.

Advertised a pool and a hot tub ,hot tub non existent , and pool has been out of commission for years by the looks of it . Staff was not knowledgeable about contentental breakfast , it was very poor .Air conditioner did not keep up with the heat and it was not very hot out . We do not recomend staying here

The place is in terrible condition need painting and a good cleaning. We were there for 3 days never made beds and we had to ask for coffee and towels. The swimming pool was in terrible condition none operational and dirty. Not a very happy customer:(

It is a nice older resort but has limited dining service. Restaurant closed. No breakfast options. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

This property has seen better days. We’ve stayed here twice, once during Covid and everything was closed and now again and everything still closed. Online it boasts a pool, golf course and restaurant, everything is closed. This spot is now more of a motel than a hotel. The pool, hot tub and sauna are all closed. The restaurant hasn’t been open in years. There’s no bar. There’s no cots or cribs. A guy had his truck broken into right as we arrived. Walls are peeling and water stains everywhere. Out of the 4 ice machines none work, front desk has to go and get some from a room. Entire place smells like smoke. The linens were clean but for the price point better off stay at a motel. Surprised Ramada allows this place to stay open, needs new management and a renovation. There’s no staff except one girl at the front desk and you have to pay for cleaning. Ownership has seemed to change and it appears that foreigners are permanently living in the one wing of the hotel with groceries and door dash coming hourly and roaming the halls. Do not stay here unless there’s not another option, pay a bit more to stay anywhere else

building felt pretty dated, like 1/2 the property in disrepair amidst renovations? advertised as resort, but 2/3 of amenities unavailable. Pool, (out of order), hot tub (o.o.o) bar and restaurant, (o.o.o) sauna (o.o.o) mattress was dreadfully uncomfortable like sleeping on plywood or something. And this ice machine outside my room had a loud hiss going on every 20 mins all night long. Wouldn't recommend.

The overall condition of this hotel was very rundown. We had blood stains on a pillow case, a moldy shower curtain and cobwebs in the corners of our room. Stains on all of our towels. The girl at check in was very pleasant. But this hotel was definitely not worth the money.

Well when we first got to our room it was freezing cold. This room had a fireplace which I did not ask for and it was very dirty. Looking around the room I found mouse droppings on the carpet in multiple areas. I went toward the coffee machine and there was an incredible amount of mouse droppings. I called the front desk immediately and they changed my room. My second room was better but still disgusted by the first room I jusy wanted to leave.

There where bed bugs all over the bed along with nest and mold. The hotel did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, so immediately checked out and went to another hotel. I provided videos and photos to their customer service and it was met with zero accountability.

We had to switch rooms when we arrived there was a wet dog smell in the room. We moved to another room, the headboard was detached from the wall. The bathroom sink had shaving stubble in it. The room phone was covered in dust. The last night we had to turn on the heat only to shut it off an hour later with a smell of burning electrical. Stay away from free breakfast, yogurt was sour, nothing is was kept cool, a block of cream cheese was sitting in a bowl for everyone to share, they are very limited on items. To say the least we will not be returning

The place is a total dive. I have pictures of my bedding, that is disgraceful, I have stayed in better places in the outback in Mexico. Stained pillow, holy worn out blanket. The duvet cover was obviously not changed, 'brown/red' stain on it. Shower curtain shows obvious mould issues, fan cover fell off leaving a big dusty hole. Then we come to what you jokingly refer to as breakfast. The bowl of eggs looked like someone got angry and smashed their fist in to the bowl. Ramada has sure fallen a long way down

The hotel is disgustingly dirty, I have honestly never saw anything like it in my life Entrance was dirty as well as chipped paint, dirty carpet, dirty windows, everything was dirty Garbage can in lobby was full when we checked in and still full when we checked out! Hallways were disgustingly stinky Hotel needs to be torn down as it is not fit for people to stay I am requesting a “full” refund!!!!!

This place needs some money put into it. Besides being run down and tired looking, half the bulbs were burnt out, the wifi wasn’t working, the fireplace glass doors were falling off and the poker was held together with duct tape, and the restaurant was closed. The pictures show what used to be, not what you get.

Not at all as advertised Mildew and mould on shower curtains and shower Ceiling also mould in fridge freezer tray. No toilet paper in room, did not receive room service, TV did not work no restaurant on site even though it shows as having one and gives the hours on the website - this was the whole reason we chose this location. Broken curbing and stairs, creating a safety hazard and overgrown weeds everywhere. Pop machine has a sign saying bills only and the machine doesn’t give change. Prices are $2.25 or $3.25 so I guess your bottled water is going to cost you $5! Staff were pleasant and did their best but ownership needs to update the property and the website to reflect what’s actually there. Super disappointed. Felt deceived. Do not book here!!

I would say to not plan on utilizing their breakfast, luckily there are options across the road. Bed was comfy, room was clean, does need some maintenance updating - black caulking around tub, cracked floor tiles in bathroom that scrape your feet, but overall we would return as it was clean and comfortable, we didn’t use it for much other than a place to sleep. Appeared to be a tad understaffed as was waiting over 10min for an entry card issue due to staff availability and also only 2 main doors to enter into with card. Quiet area, friendly staff and comfortable room, across from truck stop with many food options and a store as well.

Overall, the experience was good. However, we had no hot water in the morning. We called the front desk and they reset the breaker, but the water was not hot enough to have a shower before we had to leave. We also were not able to have breakfast, as breakfast started at 7:00 AM and we needed to leave at 6:00 AM. Additionally, there was a strange smell in the room, presumably from the carpet.

The TV picture quality was poor. The bathroom door hit the rounded shower curtain rod everytime we opened it. The pool was closed and the sauna wasn't working. And there was no breakfast included as promised.

Friendly at check-in. Entrance is rough and needs maintenance and a refresh. Rooms are dated. Bathroom tiles were cracked and chips of tile were in the corner by the tub, likely for a long time. Leads one to wonder if the floors were cleaned. Plumbing was loud and the toilet ran steadily. Beds were fairly hard but clean. Continental breakfast has limited choices and there is no restaurant. Rates are a little high for the quality.

The pool they showed was closed for construction and they should have mentioned that in their website. Also the building was in overall disrepair. Paint was flaking off the ceiling in the bathroom and there was visible water damage. The beds were like bouncing hammocks and had no support.

Our toilet didn't flush. We got another room without an issue. The room is ok, but could be update.

I'm not esp familiar w a north Bay but this Ramada seems in an old or ackward , maybe old location , Room was clean , all things worked , Tv was a bit old or the cable was not the best reception , First hotel I have encountered without Elevator but it has some long ramps inside that took me to my 3rd floor room Ok

I booked 2 queen beds months before we arrived. I had communication between the hotel via emails and calls before our stay. We arrived for our reservation and they informed us that although they had the proof of our reservation (it was printed on a paper) and although we had booked months in advance, they did not honour our reservation. They said that they had other people staying and they were busier, so they chose to give away the room that we reserved. Furthermore, they tried to give us enough beds for our party. However, they did not even give us enough bedding for the night. We had to put towels on ourselves to stay warm. I was then informed that because I did lodge a formal complaint during my stay they would not even consider a refund. Even though when I did express my disappointment about the stay, they kept saying to direct my complaints to Expedia and not themselves - taking no responsibility for the way they handled our stay. I will not return to this hotel, and would not recommend it. However, the team at Expedia helped me the best they could. The two agents I spoke to were great and truly cared about our experience.

We stayed here for the close proximity to the casino, and the prices at the hotel are also very fair. The hotel could use a refresh, but all in all the rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. We would gladly stay again.

Overnight stay. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Housekeeping was responsive and did the best she could. Not bad value for the price. Property seems very run down. They also told us we could only have one key.

Very spacious and clean room. Very nice that room has two chairs to sit on. Usually other hotels has just one. We asked for room with easy access to our door and we got it. Red Squirrel and Chipmunks are living at nearby trees. Nice to see them around! Close to beautiful sunset spot, waterfront with lots of flowers. Three dollar self care Premium Car Wash nearby if you need one. Beautiful Duchesnay Waterfalls trails are 15 min drive away. Western side of the Falls are the best!

Glad we gave it a chance. Very convenient to where we needed to be & much cheaper than other choices. Room was quiet & clean with everything we needed, just a bit dated. The beds were very comfortable & the air conditioner worked well. Nice area to do your hair or makeup with good mirrors. We knew before booking that the pool wasn't in operation, but we didn't want to use a pool anyway. If you do want one, or are looking for a resort style feel, then I'd suggest finding another place with a pool. But for us, everything was great. We'll definitely book here again next time we're back in this area. Oh, and the WiFi connection for our iPad worked well too.

Friendly at check-in. Entrance is rough and needs maintenance and a refresh. Rooms are dated. Bathroom tiles were cracked and chips of tile were in the corner by the tub, likely for a long time. We had to switch rooms when we arrived there was a wet dog smell in the room. We moved to another room, the headboard was detached from the wall. The bathroom sink had shaving stubble in it. The room phone was covered in dust. The last night we had to turn on the heat only to shut it off an hour later with a smell of burning electrical. Stay away from free breakfast, yogurt was sour, nothing is was kept cool, a block of cream cheese was sitting in a bowl for everyone to share, they are very limited on items. To say the least we will not be returning

This was a terrible experience. We booked the hotel expecting to enjoy a resort experience including a pool and hot tub, but they were both out of order. The only ice machine in the entire hotel was not working, so we had to go out and buy ice. We were told there was no breakfast so we went out and bought breakfast only to find out there was a breakfast available. Finally the desk clerk told us the malfunction of the pool was already calculated into the room rate which is not possible because we booked months in advance. We expect a partial refund.
