The kitchen exhaust does not work. Room is dated and sofa is visibly dirty. Kitchen sink is clogged so I can’t use it. Room is of good size.

I won’t be staying here again. The room was old and dirty, with obvious stains on the carpet and damaged furniture. Soundproofing was terrible, and breakfast was just microwaved pre-packaged food. Although checkout was clearly stated as 11 a.m., housekeeping started knocking and rushing me from 10 a.m. even entering the room while I was still taking luggage to my car. I ended up leaving things behind, which were then thrown away and never recovered. Overall, a very bad experience—strongly not recommended.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room. It was very dated. The couch looked like it was the original. And sitting on the mattress you’d sink into it. The AC wasn’t working. Had maintenance look at it. Told us to turn it to hot to turn it on and then switch it to cold. Tried that and all it did was blow cold for maybe 90 seconds and turned off. When we turned on the heat part, well that stayed on and we were ROASTING! Being on the ground floor we opened the window only to find out they didn’t have screens or even blocks to keep anyone from the outside pushing them open and climbing in. There was a TV in the living room and 1 bedroom. Any guests in the second bedroom are out of luck. The TV in the living room was broken. It would come on with a thin black line (dead pixels) running down the screen. And the walls and ceiling are paper thin. 2 visits to the office about people/kids jumping on the floor had to be done. If you want to smoke there is a gazebo at one end of the property (right opposite the permanent ambulance parking only spot). The good part though was that the staff were on top of our concerns. It’s not their fault about the conditions. They were extremely nice and accommodating by getting us in early. Excellent work there. I wouldn’t stay there again as it wasn’t worth the premium price we paid!! I hope they take these comments as feedback and make the necessary changes to the property.

Booked a room with 2 queens. I was supposed to have 4 adults in there room. When I checked in they claimed to "upgrade me" to one queen and a sofa bed but it had a kitchenette. One night stay does no require and kitchenette so this "upgrade" certainly didn't feel like one.

가격대비 꽤 좋은 숙소. 단 다운타운과는 거리가 좀있지만 바로 근처버스가 대부분 연계되며 20분 내에 다운차운 갈 수 있음. 스탠리파크, 북쪽 하이킹코스등을 가기엔 매우좋음. 보웬섬 하이킹 적극추천.
