Great spot to spend the night while passing through. The onlyl downside is there is no elevator. If you are assigned to the second floor, there are stairs. Added a little bit of a challege for us and one in our party has a physical disability.

Pros: Place is comfortable. Breakfast is decent, and staff is friendly. Cons: No elevator on premises, and wifi did not work throughout my entire stay. With traffic, this place is AN HOUR drive from downtown Toronto.

The room was fine, staff were friendly and polite. We were surprised there is no elevator to reach rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor with our bags. There were noisy guests late at night, and no signs around asking for quiet between 11pm and 7am. Breakfast was mediocre with a broken juice machine and no replacement juice. Overall, it could have been better but it was value for money.

This hotel to our surprise has no elevator even though it only has 2 floors. No mention of this on their web site. Our room was lacking furniture such as a sitting chair and floor lamp. The bathroom had no towel racks. Very minimal furnishings. Breakfast was at best ok if all you wanted was some yogurt and a bagel. The eggs were weird in appearance with a green and yellow colour. And the orange juice tasted off. Great location and very quiet at night even though very few guests staying at this hotel during our week there

We planned a visit to Toronto but didn't want to expense too much in a hotel there. So doing my research and reading a lot of reviews I got to this hotel in Oakville. Looked nice, clean and close enough and a plus because breakfast was included. We just loved it, super clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was really good! There were a lot of options, waffle machine, bagels, English muffins, eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurts, apples, juices and free tea and coffee available the whole day.

Rooms was not very clean, coffee stains on desk, mirror in bathroom not clean, note found behind garbage pail in room, so clearly garbage was not moved. With such obvious things like that, makes you wonder about the things/germs you couldn't see. When I addressed with the manager I received what I felt wasn't a sincere apology. I had emailed her in case I didn't see her before I left and did receive an email back. Just wonder why she couldn't have said to me in person, what she wrote in an email. Will not stay there again

Wouldn't stay here again. Even though fitted and top sheets were clean, the mattress cover and topper were very dirty with multiple urine and blood stains. Absolutely disgusting. Had to switch rooms. New room had the smallest stand up shower (no tub) I've ever seen. Not enough room to even get out from under the running water or to lift a leg to shave it. Both rooms had an odd smell. Even though the deposit was returned, a $300 hold per room for one night is excessive.

Everything about my stay was wonderful, from the very friendly employee who checked me in to the employee who checked me out the next morning. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. There were more than enough towels and toiletries which is always a plus. The free coffee and tea in the main lobby was so convenient and was so good! I wouldn't change a thing about my stay and I will definitely be choosing this property whenever I need a hotel in Oakville/Mississauga.

beds were clean but there were little bugs crawling around the tub. We had two rooms for our family. There was a huge amount of crawling bugs in one of our room. I talked to the front desk staff and he told me that they were not bad bugs they came from outside facility by the harbor. I tried to clean them but they just keep coming from the tub drain. If you don’t mind that for the stay

The room wasn’t clean properly. We came across a knife that was used and felt in between the bed and the counter… Also many places that weren’t too visible where very but very filthy having a lot of bits of food and hair ties. Under the pillow covers, the pillow it self was piss yellow. The only good part is that the manager offered us a discount and an apology for all the inconveniences.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighboring room raise their window shade and talking on the phone. The guests in the next room were loud and partying from 2am till after 415 when the police needed to be called. The manager was aware that we were not able to sleep most of the night. He declined any compensation. There is no elevator. Very unfriendly staff. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room 203 sits directly above the lobby sliding doors, which sounds like a car is crashing into the building every 10 minutes and it doesn’t stop until late until the night. I told the girl at the desk in the morning that I didn’t sleep very well because of that and she just smiled..

Price was good, staff were there whenever needed, coffee available, and room was clean. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it can be noisy at night. Can’t be sure if the walls are thin or I just had the bad luck of having loud visitors from across the hall but I could hear almost everything they said.

Staff was very nice. Shower was not. Poor pressure, only one setting worked well. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was waffles, cold cereal, things to toast, powdered eggs and sausage that was never hot. No rooms have smart TVs and very limited channels that come in clear. Price was right. Parking was good and free.

Terrible. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and cold. Not sure she's in the right job. On the morning, I was trying to take coffee from the coffee machine and this girl at the front desk came spraying cleaning solution on me. And, she didn't even bother to apologize for the act. She turned other way around murmured something and left. Terrible experience and please avoid staying here.

They tried to screw me out of my expedia rate. Took an hour of arguing. You have to give 24 hours notice that you want you room cleaned. Stay clean of this place.

The hotel room was decently sized but only offered bare-bones amenities. It was fairly clean, but there was a noticeable cigarette oder in our room when we arrived. Overall, our stay was very sub-par, which was mostly due to bad experiences during the check-in process. I initially checked in right around 3pm to avoid having to check in later at night when our event would end and we could bring the rest of our luggage, but when we got to hotel later that night after an exhausting day, we where hasseled by the front desk employee with a 100 questions while we unloaded and walked down the hall with our luggage (about our stay, why we where bringing our luggage in late, if the 2 extra people dropping us off would be staying the night, if I had already payed, etc). Even after I explained my situation and presented our room cards/info, our legitimacy was still questioned! Regardless, all this did was leave a bitter taste, but we wernt too upset until breakfast the next morning, where we where told we would be charged extra for the complementary breakfast for having extra people in our room! All in all, we experienced unnecessary hassles when all we wanted as a quite and relaxing stay, and just though my experiences here I personally wont be booking another stay at this location next time we are in town.

This place is easy to get to from the highway and far enough away from the chaos of the city and surrounding areas. Everyone who works here is so kind evem allowing us an earlier check in with no hesitation. Food is very close and beds are comfortable.

This was a quiet, comfortable property that was located four miles from a Clarkson GO station where it took us 30 minutes by train to Union Station. It is well worth the price! Breakfast was limited but other than that, the beds were great, everyone was nice, the rooms were clean...not much more to ask for.

Room was clean, fresh and new. The photo of the free breakfast room was as advertised, but they made the odd decision of blocking it off to guests and having a staff member serve people. I'm guessing the hotel is trying to save money, by avoiding unnecessary waste from people overloading their plates, but all it did was cause long lines of grumpy guests trying to get served. Hopefully they'll realize that's a mistake and open it but up to self-serve. Maybe add a couple of dollars to the price to make up for any food abuse.
