When you stay extended time due to a family emergency and you have to ask every single day for extra towels or toilet paper is stressful!!! This hotel will cheap out on you it’s better to stay on a daily basis so they can get a clean room fresh towels!! When you’re traveling you don’t want to reuse your towels that you dropped on the hotel floor !! When You Do ask for the room to be Cleaned the lady at the front Desk Get upset like you are disturbing there Netflix time !!

Good quite clean room was freshly renovated with large space

The Quality Inn was great for a two night stay while playing in a tournament in Oakville. The room was large, clean, quiet, and modern. Breakfast had a good variety and was kept well stocked. The front desk staff was very helpful when we needed to arrange a late check in. There were just a few small things that could be improved such as a slight plastic-y smell to the room when we first got in (maybe from a cleaning product?), extremely small individual bottles of shampoo/conditioner etc (refillable bottles would be preferable), and the eggs in the breakfast buffet were quite rubbery. We read reviews about getting charged for leaving makeup on face cloths so we brought our own facewipes to avoid any issues. Overall, though, no major complaints and wouldn't mind staying again!

Staff was great, but honestly, way over priced !

Room was clean, parking is fine. There is no elevator which is why there is a discount for 2nd floor hotel rooms. We were in a room that is directly over top of the entrance and all you heard all night was the opening and closing of the sliding door. People talking in a normal volume the hallway are amplified somehow and they might as well be at the end of your bed. Other than that its fine. Oh i forgot, the shower, its made for someone under 6' tall which is terrible and the pillows are small like a decorative couch pillow they seem ridiculous and they are.
