Endroit très adapté pour les familles; Piscine et surtout une grande salle de jeu avec module, table de ping pong, trampoline, etc, une belle salle de cinéma et un coin bricolage/jeux. Les enfants ont adorés! Cependant, bien que propre, l’hôtel manque beaucoup d’amour; Plusieurs bris, déco désuète, bruits déplaisant de vieilles machines dans les corridors, bref un petit investissement dans les infrastructures ne serait pas de trop.

L'emplacement ne vieillit pas très bien. Le gym n'est pas adéquat avec de l'équipement en mauvais ordre et désuet. La sale de jeu avec des jeux vieillots. Pas de service de restauration sur semaine. La pandémie est pourtant passée depuis 2 ans! L'entretien de tout l'emplacement n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que j'ai connu dans les années 1990...

L'hotel a plein de potentiel mais on sens que c'st un joyau du passé: l'hôtel mériterait plus d'entretient (spa intérieur ne fait plus de bulles, sauna sec hors service, peinture extérieure défraichi. Notre chambre était rénové et bien (pavillon principal) mais l'eau coulait hors de la douche et se répond depuis longtemps dans la salle de bain, tapis à l'extérieur, faisant moisir les cadres de porte. Bref: bien mais mérierait un rehaussement.

The room had some renovations done which was very appreciated. Pool was nice and warm, indoor hot tub enjoyed, outdoor hot tub was nice. There were other families there with children but noise was not an issue. The Christmas tree by the conference rooms was just beautiful.

Le bâtiment tombe en ruines. Il manque énormément d’entretien. Ça sent l’humidité partout. Les tapis sont sales. L’aire de jeux pour enfants est très limitée en terme de jeux et ceux qui sont là sont brisés, mal entretenus ou sale. La chauffe eau de la piscine intérieure ne fonctionne pas et l’eau était glaciale. Je n’y retournerai pas et je ne le recommande pas non plus. Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants (7 et 5 ans). Heureusement qu’on est resté juste 2 nuits (et la deuxième était de trop).

Our stay was nice but the overall experience was mediocre. The game room for children was great, although the old carpet in the tv area smelled horrible and needs to be replaced. The room was okay, dust on the floors and an old pacifier from a previous guest was under the bedside table. Not all the outlets worked in the room. The bathroom was cramped and very outdated. The staff was mostly friendly and the garden and outdoor pool was the highlight. Lots of potential but definitely needs to be modernized.

I was here for one night. Checked in (the woman working the desk was very nice), went to sleep, woke up, showered and checked out. The room and facilities are clean. The room is a great size. The shower was hot and had pressure. I prefer a firmer mattress but that was fine. Overall a very good stay.

Did enjoy my room and the little village alike style. Room was very quiet. A bit hard to heat the room but got the right température after an hour. Overall experience is very good.

Not soundproof at all and more of a family place so loud teenager noises until late. Room was set to 30 Celsius and hard to cool. Shower hard to get hot water. Safe, clean and inexpensive...but not comfortable.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. It was our first time and probably our last. It started with a mixup at check in. The girl at the desk misunderstood my name even though I gave her my confirmation, and sent us to the wrong room. When we realized it, we went back down. She then realized her mistake and gave us another room which was extremely hot and ac was not working. We ended up staying in an outside room which was probably a good thing since the graduation parties were ongoing throughout our stay 4 night stay. The phone never worked and the wifi was spotty. The hotel needs work. The indoor hot tub was not working and outdoor hot tub didn't have a handle to get in. The outdoor pool was cold and hard to get in with only ladders. The restaurant had unusual hours. We couldn't get lunch at 1:30 on Sunday. Hotel seems to priortize events over guests in it's restaurant. I do not recommend this hotel.

Le grand probleme de cet hôtel désuet est l’état des matelas. Je n’ai aucun problème à avoir un mobilier vieillot, une SDB qui date des années 80 mais le matelas est ultra important dans un hôtel.les matelas sont vieux, déformés, et inconfortables. J’entends que le prix est plus qu’accessible mais le matelas est, selon moi un incontournable, quitte à augmenter un peu les tarifs. Sinon, c’est un endroit propre, tranquille et super bien situé.

The guest in front of me was having a difficult time at check-in. After he left, I heard the staff utter a racial slur about this guest to their colleague. When I spoke up they vehemently denied it. I walked away and refuse to stay in in such a racist establishment. Shame!!!!

The staff was very helpful in moving us from a noisy room in front of the elevator. The system gave us this bad location even if we had made our reservation few month prior to our arrival. They were very receptive of our situation and relocated us to a very nice 2 level suite with a jacuzzi.

Situated near Mount D'Orford. Room was quaint. Buildings were a little dated and could use some maintenance, but they were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that they had a duck pond and farm animals. We loved the area and had a wonderful hike at Marais de la riviere aux cerises.

In town for hockey at Stanstead College. Situated perfectly in Orford within walking distance to trails, parks, shops and restaurants. Staff members were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. If you're a low maintenance traveller, it has more amenities than a hotel and the animals make up for all that is lacking. Kids are too old for the play area but it was nice and it seems they do their best with what they have to work with. It’s clear from the photos the place is dated so I don’t undersrand why people book here and then complain about it being dated!? There’s other options for a lot more money!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, every single staff member we had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly and smiling. They went out of their way to be helpful! We will be back for another visit!!

Bel hôtel même s'il semble plus vieux. Le personnel à l'accueil est avenant et prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Le buffet du soir du restaurant n'est pas très varié pour le prix. Je conseille de prendre le repas à la carte.
