The bed was dirty there was a mans old sock under the covers and little black hairs all over the fitted sheet in the one bed. We got switched rooms and the second new room the shower was disgusting and uncleaned. Very disappointing.

Staff was great but the room was well below the standard we were expecting for the price. The room has very noisy and we could every person in the hallway and surrounding area. The room was in need of repair. The furniture was damaged and a lot of things like cracking, caulking missing, poor lighting in the bathroom etc

The staff was courteous and the hotel is in a good location. We had an issue with the toilet upon arrival. It is a new hotel and the sound proofing was not very good. Kids running up and down the hall slamming doors in the middle of the night.

Hotel staff are nice and its a clean hotel so no issues there. However this hotel is getting to the point where it needs renovations done. The carpet is pretty gross feeling with bare feet in room 226 The curtains are TERRIBLE. The sunlight was beaming in our room at 5:30am and woke us up. Like our room was fully bright. I know on weekends this hotel charges upwards of $250 a night and I would have been pretty upset if I paid that. Not sure I will be back because of the curtains alone. They may as well not even have any as its just that bright early in the morning. Was def not impressed with that. Invest in proper curtains and Ill come back.

When we arrived there was a gentleman at the desk who was on the phone. He hung up when he saw us approach. He was very business like and not much conversation. When we were done signing in, he was back on the phone. Felt that we were interrupting his call. The other staff we saw the next day were very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and looked just like the advertisement. I found the bed comfortable but on the soft side. The sheets were clean with no stains. The pillows were horrible..looked fluffy but when you used them, they was nothing to them and collapsed without any support. Breakfast was nothing fancy but met the needs. Bread, muffins, bagels, hot drinks, juices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals and waffles. The sitting area was spotless and each table was decorated with a cute tabletop tree. I would definitely stay here again however I will bring my own pillows.

Located outside of town. I guess the appeal is the casino across the street. Rooms are a little tired, but the price is right, breakfast is included and parking is free and convenient. Good place to rest my head en route to final destination. For those who look at maps, there are no water front rooms.

It’s conveniently located across the street from Casinorama so off you didn’t want to drive, you can walk there in 10-15 minutes. Staff were excellent. Breakfast had nice options and included in price. The building was very quiet at night. I’d stay there again.

Property was fine for the one night, the fridge made noise all night like an engine rumbling was horrible, toilet didn’t work would not flush properly! Breakfast was very limited, I don’t eat anything with flour and only option was boiled eggs and yogurt, no fruit, no protein. For people that don’t mind bagels toast then you’re fine.
