Not much to like- pool not open, elevator broken on the day we left, room not as advertiser i.e. "wall to wall carpet" was laminate flooring. A run of the mill experience.

Nice stay, rooms seem to be updated. Nice size pool. Tip: If you have lots of luggage the elevator does not go to the 3rd floor. Small set of stairs from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor. Just the way it was designed originally. We will stay here again

Bed was too soft, air conditioner was very loud. Breakfast was just okay, sausages were not cooked enough, butter so hard couldn't even spread it on the toast. Pool water was clear but dirty bottom in the deep end

The hotel was fine. We were in town for a family birthday celebration at a restaurant across the road. I called ahead to see if there would be a place to invite guests for a drink after dinner and was told there was a restaurant and a bar onsite. When we checked in, we found out that both those amenities were closed on Sunday. That was a disappointment.

The room was disgusting. If I hadn't been exhausted from traveling all day with my disabled mother, I would have complained before check out. There was tissue on the bathroom floor, hair all over the shower wall. There were two wooden spools in my mothers bedding. We found a can opener on the radiator. The beds sagged, all three of us slept horribly. The pool was alright. The bottom felt clean and it was not exactly warm, but not cold. Our stay at this hotel was not at all worth the money. I am extremely disappointed.

Room was extremely dirty. Hair all over the bed, bathroom, bathtub had brown stains. Tv did not work. Was given the wrong room than what I had reserved. Extremely noisy at night with kids running around the halls. Breakfast space felt dirty as well, very limited options. Not enough staff on-site. I would not come back here…

The room was dirty. Sink and bathtub/shower did not look clean, hairs and dirt in the tub. Stains and dirt on the walls, ceiling, furniture. The floors were filthy. I had to wear my shoes in the room. There were beads from a kids bracelet, food crumbs, hairs. I asked for my floors and bathroom to be cleaned. But they only made the bed. The bed was comfy and clean linens. That’s why I left one star. No channels on tv and could not connect to my laptop. Restaurant hours were non existent. Open when it wanted to be. There was cigarette wrappers in the elevator for the 4 nights of my stay. The windows did not open. Zero fresh air. It was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The walls are very thin and I mean very thin. The volume on our TV was maxed out but you could still barely hear it and it did not cover the neighbours extra curricular activities that went on all day all night. Carpets in hallway are dirty. Front desk staff didn’t give us all the info we needed. The free breakfast was very limited and no one was there to clean up after other people so it was very messy. No clean towels in pool area but there were lots of dirty ones. Not a great experience.

We were there for two nights and during our two nights we had no television. This was during the Toronto Blue Jays playoffs and we could not watch any of the games in our room. Instead, we had to go across the street to a bar and of course, spend money to be able to sit there and watch the game Not impressed

Room not available ,booked into comfort Inn by hotel very unhappy . If I wanted to stay at comfort Inn I would have booked it myself . Comfort Inn rate was less at time of booking hotel and was not offered refund of difference.

Clerk was a very unking guy, arguing with family on the phone, swearing, no appropriate, got the wrong room at first, had to go back down and get redirected to our proper reserved room, then when our son came, the clerk did not get him served right away, but had to listen to him curse, not good

The front receptionist was not friendly I had requested early check in and ground floor I had called the night before and they said shouldn’t be a problem we arrived just after 11 the woman/girl at the reception desk said no try back in an hour I can back at 12:15 the sign on the desk said back in 5 minutes then I realized the front desk person was the one I passed on my way in that was standing out front of the main doors leaning on the rail having a cigarette and speaking on her phone. While I was waiting for her to come in the phone rang over 30 times and finally stopped when she finally came in it was like I was bothering her. I realize everyone needs a break but they shouldn’t be standing right out front I don’t think this protests a good image for the hotel t we have stayed here before in August the day and night staff were wonderful not sure if we will be back next year

The staff were all extremely friendly. We were a little concerned as there was a huge youth hockey tournament!! The Hotel really knew how to handle it!! Never heard a thing. Will definitely be back.

The hotel itself was pretty nice, however, the person at the front desk was not very helpful. I reserved a cot and they said I couldn't have one which really altered our experience. I could have brought my own if they were going to refuse me one. In addition, the heat did not work in our room and only blew out cold air. We froze. The man at the desk in the morning was very nice. Breakfast was decent, but don't eat the sausages.

Tout était bien sauf une chose: le samedi matin à 8h30, je suis arrivée pour déjeuner. Il n'y avait plus d'assiette, plus de bol pour la salade de fruits, plus de café, aucun muffin, il restait 2 mandarines dans le bol à fruits, aucune tranche de pain pour des toasts. Donc, tout le monde essayait de se faire des gaufres. Pas réussi à avoir une gaufre pcq trop de temps d'attente. Au moins 15-20 minutes avant un début de remplissage du déjeuner. Je me suis certainement levée au moins 15 fois pour réussir à déjeuner.

The buffet breakfast was terrible. Very little selection, eggs and sausage were cold on our first morning and on the second morning the only thing available that was warm/cooked was sausage Staff on our check-in day were very nice but the lady when we checked out was rude when we mentioned that there was no warm food selection.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The staff are excellent and those we spoke with were polite, friendly, and professional. The rooms and common areas were all very clean, although a previous guest had unplugged the phone in our room. It didn't make any difference but it's something that the room cleaners should probably check. Also, our smoke detector was beeping because the battery was low. A minor inconvenience but batteries should be replaced on a schedule so that it doesn't start beeping at 3am. The breakfast is included and on the weekend, the hours are from 6am - 10am. That said, when we arrived at 8:05, there was almost nothing left and we were told that nothing else would be brought out. Definitely, I would recommend this hotel if you're staying in Pembroke overnight.

The room that I booked wasn’t available, I was given the lowest room instead. The hotel restaurant was under construction and the sauna was out of service. These were two key factors in choosing this location

Receptionist was helpful in obtaining us the proper room. The Dining Room was awesome. Good food at good prices. Very disappointed that the Pool was "Closed" Chemicals for pool were at high levels. Overall our 3 night stay was comfortable!

It was fine. Your breakfast though needs improvement sausages were so hard nobody could chew them and I think your eggs were instant not great at all.
