We usually love staying here as it's walkable to everything we visit Penticton for. Unfortunately during this stay, we found out the hot tub and pool heater was broken. This kind of thing happens however it would have been good to know as we were traveling with our two small children who love to swim. The second issue we had was we found a man's t-shirt stuffed into the back park of the headboard where the mattress was. Leads me to believe the sheets were not changed between guests which is gross. We will likely choose another hotel when we come to Penticton again. These issues were brought up to staff at checkout and they removed the parking charges. Did not feel like they were that concerned regarding the room clean.
