Overall room was fairly clean. Furniture could be updated and pulled once in a while to vacuum better. Mattress was ok. Loud people above me. Walked around all night and could hear their footsteps. Some smoking weed outside and AC was pulling it into the room. Need to enforce no smoking on property.

For the price the room was not bad. Bed was comfortable! The biggest drawback the walls are thin and if you sleep downstairs you can here everyone stomping their feet upstairs. Room had a musty smell which suggests it had been smoked in. Breakfast was ok but woukd be nice to add a toaster for bread and bagels.
