Outstanding. Pool and hot tub were great. But the breakfast was the all star of the stay including plenty of gluten free options. Omelettes, bacon, waffles, a full berry/fruit bar, cereal, pastry. Fantastic!

The staff we interacted with were courteous and empathetic. Our room was clean and spacious. Downside was that our sink backed up twice, coated in black greasy residue once it drained. As for amenities; This is a very busy hotel. Eat breakfast early or get crowded out. While the pool is wonderful, the hot tub only fits 4 adults very awkwardly and there are no towels and no staff available in the last hour. The phone in pool could not connect to front desk or housekeeper leaving us to walk soaking wet back to our room. It was not ideal. I like the location, the ambiance and the room itself but I feel the property could definitely be more efficient and convenient for it’s guests.

I stayed last year and it was a good stay. This time however, there was mold in the calking and grout of the tub (I have pictures too), and as well the tub and sink were draining very slowly. When I showered the tub filled past my ankles and took 20 mins to drain. I also had to leave a night early due to some car troubles and they wouldn't refund it, even though I check out in the morning. The plus side, other than the mold and drainage issues the room was reasonably clean and the check in staff were friendly. And the breakfast was decent.

Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. The room was basic, which we expected for a 2 to 3-star hotel, but a few things could have been better. The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the sheets were rough. For over $200 a night, we expected a bit more comfort. There was no shower curtain, and the room fan kept clicking on and off all night, making it hard to sleep. We were woken up around 2 a.m. by loud, intoxicated guests banging on our door and yelling in the hallway, which was especially frustrating with our 3-year-old grandson asleep in the room. The waterslide felt unsafe—it was extremely fast and didn’t seem suitable for younger children. The pool was much smaller than it appeared in the online photos, which was disappointing. On the plus side, the breakfast was excellent—fresh, well-stocked, and definitely the best part of the stay. Overall, we appreciated the friendly staff and great breakfast, but the comfort and safety issues make it unlikely that we’d stay again.

The second floor has no sound proofing. All night long and al morning all you hear is people’s alarms, dogs barking and people just talking. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast was your run of the mill average continental. Overall clean hotel and staff nice.

Rooms are older. Didnt have a shower curtian. Bathrooms are very small and the drains dont drain very well anymore. Clean room but showing its age. Very expensive for the quality. I lnow they are getting on the stampede "charge double the price bandwagon" bit their hotel is not quality enough to do so.

Clean and spacious room, great amenities. Appreciated the in room safe and the air conditioning regulated by thermostat (less noisy). Pool was clean and really warm and our son had lots of fun in the waterslide. Breakfast was really good with amazing fresh fruits. Cold water always available to fill our water bottles. Super friendly staff. Only down point is the sink that was a bit clogged (mentionned it to front desk but they didn’t fix it) and that you hear very well everything going on in the hallway.

We booked to enjoy the pool and breakfast provided, however the amount of children that overtook everything and kept us up all night was not something we anticipated. Staff may also have been too busy as the check in line was very long. A fine place for young families but not for travellers without children looking for a quiet relaxed stay.

I travelled with family for 4 nights, my card was authorized upon booking, then at check in my card was charged twice, so in total 3 times the whole amount. Agents at reception tried to fix the issue, unfortunately it was the weekend. Now after 2 days of checking out, the adjustment is still not on my card. Let's hope it is fixed soon.

It took 20 minutes to check in (there was no one ahead of us) the person checking us in was very distracted by someone else. We had booked the breakfast area for 630 and were told after the fact that we didn’t have it until 7 because they double booked the room! There wasn’t even an apology or something else offered. I had to come up with a solution of my own for 30 people. Someone else in our party was given the wrong room key and almost went into a room that was already occupied. I asked to speak to the manager with NO RESPONSE! We will not be staying at this establishment ever again.

The staff were all amazing and were willing to accommodate us when we needed to book an extra night and again when we needed to cancel that extra night at the last minute due to a change in plans. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Had an unexpected stay due to a work trip not going as planned. Called and they said they had no availability but yet on Expedia they did… so booked through Expedia. All was fine, loved the restaurant that was in the lot. Bit pricey but convenient . Great parking for trucks/ trailers!

Perhaps the only problem that can be mentioned is the distance of the hotel from the center of Calgary. Otherwise, this hotel is incredibly quiet, clean, with professional management and planning. The reception and check-in process was very fast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The cleanliness and service were excellent. The breakfast was very good and noteworthy. The staff's behavior was excellent and friendly. The price per night for us was $120 for a room with two queen beds for four people.The small pool with its exciting slide was so clean and warm that it drew us in again and again. Everything was great. In fact, some of my son's toys were left in the room, which the staff mailed to us in Vancouver. We are truly grateful and appreciative of the hotel, management, and staff.
