It was clean, fairly quiet. We traveled with pets for a dog show, so we were a fan of the motel style door out and the second door to the inner hallway that we used for the continental breakfast. We were also impressed with the breakfast. They offered a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and pancakes.

Nice shower, but smaller bath towels. Microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, hair dryer. Lots of plug ins. Good breakfast - sausages, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, pancakes, cold and how cereal, apples and bananas, yogurt, yogurt bars, toast, and beverages.

Clean room, older tub and showerhead. Great breakfast with hot food like eggs, pancakes, sauaage and potatoes. Also apples, granola bars, yogurt, cereal and water bottles. Easy to access your vehicle right out the door. Pet friendly. Great for dogs with area in the back to take them to the bathroom (gated) with garbage nearby. Extra parking. Close to shops and restaurants e.g. the Roadhouse.

We had a pet so maybe the pet friendly rooms are worse, but our room had many stains and was overall not very clean. The area was fine, there was a nice field out back for playing with the dog. People were smoking right outside the room doors though which kind of defeats the purpose of non smoking.

it is an older building with an odd smell, I can't describe it. It's not terrible. the carpets are older and look dirty. there are some updates like the blinds and wall art. The beds are comfortable

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in years - no lie. The breakfast was great every morning (sausage, eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns) with yogurt, fruit, bottled water, coffee, oatmeal, and cereal. Staff all friendly and nice. Next door to RCMP detachment was a plus - backs a school yard so quiet at night. Only thing I suggest is weather stripping around the doors to fix the gap and quiet down the AC unit because it was really loud - but you got used to it quick. AC worked so well. Room was great! Pet friendly ($15/nite charge for a pet - worth it) we brought a small car vaccum to clean just in case so our dog didn’t find random things to eat on the floor - there was not one thing. Extremely clean. Very impressed. Soft, comfy beds. Lots of tv channels with some movie channels. Keurig in room. I liked staying there :)

There is nothing fancy about this hotel. But if you want a clean, quiet place to stay on a budget this is your place. My room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room came equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and large screen TV. It even included a pretty decent breakfast!

The only comment would be that being on the ground floor you can hear the guests upstairs walking around but that is minor. Another minor comment is that the weather stripping around doors should be replaced or upgraded. When the door was closed you could see the light from the outside between the door and door jam. Not a huge issue in summer but in winter it could be chilly.

Great rate, just off the highway & breakfast included. Rooms aren't very quiet, had a neighbor having a disagreement with his partner on the phone & it was like he was in the same room. Not dogging the argument, couples argue, just pointing out that the rooms aren't very quiet so it could be tough sleeping if the inn was busy. Lots around here to eat & to fill up your vehicle.

The bed is up against the wall on one side need end tables on both sides don’t like that the sink is outside the bathroom like that you can park right outside your room and there is a door to your room the tv must be new it’s very clear

The room its self was clean and good, but when it came to the staff that’s where things got bad. I spent three nights in total. I had originally booked two nights but stayed a third because a snow storm came through. First night we went to bed around 11 or so and we heard a beeping sound and couldn’t figure out where it came from, went to the front desk to find out it was the alarm clock in the next room that was vacant, went back to bed and was just about asleep and the beeping went off again told the front desk. Was woken up again at 5:30 by the breakfast crew, and then again at 9 by house keeping when check out is at 11:00. Second night the front desk staff were talking very loud to the point I could hear them in my room down the hall, and was woken up again by that. Third night got a huge dump of snow and got stuck in the driveway trying to get into the parking lot and the excuse they gave was that the city was focusing on the roads and not parking lots, when in reality commercial buildings contract out to companies it’s not the cities job to come clear hotel parking lots. By the end of the stay I am not impressed by the staff and how they handle things.

Quiet satisfy with the stay at the hotel. We didn’t réalisé how far it was from Strathmore to Calgary. We spent most time in Calgary. Coming back to the hotel late in the night was tiring. Our fault we didn’t do our research well. Happy on the whole.

The location is excellent for our travel plans. Being just off #1 highway in Strathmore AB is perfect for us. Plus breakfast included in the morning makes for an early start to our travel day. So convenient we decided to come back for a second time.

No more food in the breakfast area around 8:40am I approach the staff and she said last refill is 8:30am. I asked her till what time is your breakfast time she said 9am. So how come they don't want to refill if there is no food at 8:40am? Garbage is also overflowing. Everything is amazing till in the morning..
