Laundry facilities are listed on the hotel details on hotels.com. This was one reason I booked this property. They DID NOT have laundry facilities. I had to go to 2 locations and have cash in Canadian currency in order to do the much needed laundry. I almost was too late. This cost me a great deal of time, money, and energy. No elevator made it hard to get our stuff upstairs by ourselves. We are over 60.

The room was comfy, I question the cleanliness though when there was a food container lid and a receipt from over a month ago in the drawer. It was expensive for what it offers, no pool, small continental breakfast not well stocked.

Comfortable, clean, quiet hotel. The price is right, and includes a decent breakfast. Friendly staff. This is our go-to hotel in Sudbury. Note that there is no elevator but there are only two floors and it’s no issue for us. If you have mobility issues, I believe they will put you on the main floor.

Perfectly suitable accommodation. Pillows unusual for being square rather then rectangular but they were plentiful and comfortable. Had second floor room facing major road so there was noticeable traffic noise in the room. Have stayed in other rooms at this hotel and this traffic noise is only noticeable for 2nd floor rooms facing the roadway. Hotel as tuck shop/convenience store but prices are exorbitant, even allowing for convenience factor.

Very quick check-in very accommodating I had to go back to the room to retrieve something. I have left there. No questions asked they just re-reactivated my room card. Very impressed with how the clean of the room was . Definitely would stay there again. Have a baseball team coming in next year, I’m going to recommend this for our stay

Wasn’t the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed at, I left my shoes on while in the room. Breakfast was good, had hot foods (egg/sausage/baked home fries/waffle maker), oatmeal packs, cereal, basic baked goods, etc. No complaints on the food we tried. Good for a cheaper overnight stay.

Carpet was dirty, bed was too firm, room smelled like a dirty mop, teenagers were running around the halls at night (during our 2 nights) & slamming doors. But staff was nice & location was great. I would still stay there, they just need to upgrade the beds & maybe take out the carpets.

we had spent four days in the hospital as my father in law was dying. we were exhausted and had a tired toddler. When we went to bed we noticed the one bed had blood drops all over the sheets… we were so upset and tired we just covered it with towels and our blankets so we can tea.

Staff was welcoming and made check in an easy and smooth process. However, we noticed a bunch of garbage under the bed. A burger wrapper, empty plastic bottles and some plastic wrappers. We notified the front desk and asked that it be cleaned up. It wasn’t. We asked again and it was done but the garbage was just put in the can in the room and the room wasn’t made up. We were disappointed to say the least. That being said the location was close to everything we needed and staff was friendly.

Overall very clean & staff very friend& professional. My major issue was with the Wifi - it kept dropping while I was using my electronic device- would be good for 5-10 minutes then drop so I kept having to reload over & over. I did inquire at the front desk Sunday morning if they were having any issues but the gentleman at the desk said it was operational- I said yes but intermittently. No resolution.

The rooms are smallish, but quiet. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was a hot one and was good. There was no soap in the room at all, and they couldn't supply any. WOW!! For a Hotel to be totally out of soap speaks to poor hotel management.

Likes: The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Dislikes: The 1st room I was given was not cleaned from previous guests. The tv and remote has no control over the hdmi input, so when I shut the tv down the 1st night and turned it on the following day, it was switched to non-functioing cable input.. had to get front desk to fix it. Then it happened again when I shut the tv off to go for dinner...., I was over it at this point.

This property attempted to cancel my prepaid reservation due to local address when I rented room for my contractors , I’ve rented over 100 plus Rooms in past couple years here but this will be the last . Very poor customer service by the front desk employee , was rude ignorant and very unhelpful/ unprofessional

We went to check in and was told they had no room for us because we had a pet Told the receptionist we booked there because it was a pet friendly hotel She said all they could do is give us a refund On my booking with you guys I also let the hotel know we needed a wheelchair accessible room I was charged an extra 84.00 because we had a dog and had to pay and upgrade to get a bottom floor room because they had no elevator

First, the front desk women was wonderful. She was professional, courteous and very informative. Our room appears to be recently refreshed. The room was very clean, spacious and well appointed. Plenty of parking is avaliable. The only drawback is, there is not an elevator for second floor rooms.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Convenient location. Free onsite parking. Secure facility. The cleaning staff were right on the mark with keeping floors washed and clean along with immediate cleaning of rooms after 11am. The breakfast area was clean, friendly staff and atmosphere. Comfortable stay as expected! I will be back again some other time.

I arrived and there seemed to be a delay in getting my room keys to me. Turns out they had given my prepaid room to someone else. They also didn’t tell me what was going on. The manager followed me to my room and before I got to it ran ahead and knocked on the door. Someone answered and she told them they had to leave, it was my room. He appeared to have just arrived in the room and had no luggage. So he quickly got out of the room. No real apologies were given to me and I won’t be going back to this location. Also the bed was TERRIBLE! I felt ever spring in the bed, but that’s a whole other issue.

I only wish it had a jacuzzi. If l had known that it hadn’t then l would’ve stayed elsewhere. I was also looking forward to a waffle for breakfast but the machine was broken. The staff was wonderful though.

I was really impressed with the little breakfast bistro in the morning. Being able to make my own waffle before my 12 hour road trip was really appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the toilet had low pressure but it wasn't terrible. The shower was a bit dated but it was clean. The staff were just lovely. So friendly; even at 11pm when we arrived.

Staff was excellent. Lack of elevator is a problem. Surroundings are rough. Hotel is worn out. Breakfast consisted on powdered eggs and cold greasy sausages. First time I could not eat a hotel breakfast. I have no idea how this hotel received such high ratings. Makes me question your rating system

Room was clean, bed are comfortable. Breakfast is okay, could have been better if there’s more than 1 person serving. We were there on a busy weekend and the server cannot keep up woth the needs of a lot of people. Food was good and the selection is fair. Overall our stay was good.

There was only 1 person working the desk when we were checking in and there were 3 people ahead of us. I liked the automated screen where you could see your details and confirm. The breakfast was poorly - food was not restocked and you had to wait for food when clearly the employee running the breakfast was not busy. Hardly any muffins or choices of yogurt. Took 20 mins to replenish the eggs.

The price through Orbitz was excellent, the staff member who checked me it was excellent, the room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was very enjoyable. The 24 hr availability of coffee and tea, along with a jug of ice water with lemon were a welcome and refreshing touch after a long drive.
