For the cost, the property is just okay. Mattress on my bed needs replace; upgrades on furniture important. A covered chair in the room was so worn, we were reluctant to sit on it. Furniture had scratches, worn look; rust in bath tub. Staff pleasant and efficient. Only one disability parking spot. No trolley to help wheel suitcases to room.

My only complaint...which i had to settle with because i was in a bind was that it is not disabled friendly I am laid up with a knee injury and it is nothing but stairs...even the main floor is a staggered 3 or 4 levels...the desk clerk suggested i go outside to a side door to get to my room easier...up an incline outside...and still had 6 stairs to go up to get to my room. Staff was great...beds were nice and comfy...and found it nice and quiet...breakfast was typical.....BUT ENOUGH WITH THE STAIRS Stairs stairs stairs...and no elevator The vending machines are on 2nd floor...

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly, polite, friendly and helpful. There was an old rag inside the bed sheets and the bathtub didn't seem clean. The exterior doorways were not clean either. My biggest concern was the stairs as I have mobility issues.

Stay for 1 night, it was excellent,Walkable to groceries and restaurant, easy parking,nice staffs. Close to tourist spots. Didnt even touch coffeemaker looks dirty. Two icemakers in second floor both not working,ask the staff and said sorry and there's no available ice in the property.

Sheets were not clean. Had rotting milk under the fridge with a putrid smell. 6 mouse traps in the hall near the ice machine. Had to leave. It was disgusting.

The only good part of our stay was the check in, Bed had terrible worn sheets comforter was stain with blood and chocolate, requested for the bed to be changed and they still put back the stained comforter, did not get it replaced until late evening on our last night of our stay, the room next to us had a dog that was continued barking. The breakfast was poorly stocked , this was a very disappointing two night stay, and unfortunately it was a birthday celebration time , for myself and my husband. Cleaning staff should be really looked into!

Toilet paper was actually toilet PAPER. Mold,mildew in shower,telephone constantly flashing a red light even though i mentioned it to check-in employee,1 facecloth for 2 adults even though we booked as 2 adults,the microwave exterior was plastered with greasy fingerprints,the interior was very dirty.

Place was disgustingly gross, had black mold in the bathroom and the tub was not clean at all. The smell was overwhelming. And there bugs flying around everywhere. We left and didn’t stay, they refused to give a refund. I contacted the health department about this place. Do Not Stay Here!!!!

super outdated and not nice at all. bathroom curtain was ripped and water went all over the floor. gave us one big towel only for two people. pillows weren’t even bed pillows, they were the size of decorative couch pillows. bedding was horrible. hole in ceiling right outside our room with wires hanging and parts on floor.

Good location right near the intersecting highways. Room was clean but could’ve included a couple extra towels. (Only 2). Breakfast tables need to monitored and cleaned when needed. All tables were dirty when we attended the breakfast area. Cereal and whole wheat bread, waffles. Ok breakfast for something quick. Rooms was spacious and good price compared to other hotels nearby. Good for one stopover night.

One of the pillows in my room clearly did not have a fresh pillow cover on it .... that was not too pleasant, but the other pillows were fine. It was an overnight business trip and that the fact that there was no internet access for the entire evening/night, is the prime reason for my disappointment.

Pros - Room had a fridge, microwave, and seating area. Staff were friendly. Check-in/check-out didn't take long. Cons - The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. My back hurt all night and I eventually moved to the couch just to get some sleep. They were extremely stingy on towels and pillows. We got a room with a king sized bed and instead of providing king-sized pillows, there were 3 small pillows that were the size of a decorative pillow you would put on your couch. Three tiny pillows for a king-sized bed... It was very bizarre. I do not recommend this place. An extra $20/night would probably get you full-sized pillows and a sleepable bed.

We checked in, they had given my initially booked and paid room away so we had to get another one. We got the key to it, the key didn’t work. We went back to the front desk to get another, again it didn’t work, the front desk agent met me half way before going to the desk for the THIRD time, brought a different key back for another room due to a faulty lock on the room. Got into the other room, the walls were dirty and stained, the sheets had blood and yellow stains on them, the decor in the room was broken, the towels were stained. We advised the front desk agent we would like a different room as it was very dirty. He was so kind about it, and very nice and helpful. He moved us to a different room, the room was very outdated and old, but cleaner than the previous room. Only issue with the room was that it was dirty, but not as bad as the previous one and they had mouse traps set up around the room. At this point of night (2am), with no other rooms available we had told our kids to pretend we were camping (they hated the mouse traps LOL) to top it off, I still have not received my deposit from the place. I definitely will not stay here ever again, but the front desk agent that was working at the night time was so kind and nice so the stars are for him.

I am not a super nit picky person but those who are would have been not to happy. It was a place to sleep for the night and fairly quiet beds were not to bad the bathroom was big good for me to assist my special needs child. There were some things that I will mention, we came as guests of three there were only 2 bath towels mismatched and 2 different sizes , 2 shampoos and bar hand soap no conditioner or lotion, very thin pillows , no radio or clock, no cup in the bathroom, no creamers for coffee in my room . And the continental breakfast if you go all out to get a waffle maker maybe have a few little extras there was only toast and bagels with jam or peanut butter, margarine , tea , coffee and juice in a jug on the counter, no fruit or little yogurts or maybe even some packaged boiled eggs or little cheeses , I am diabetic so breakfast is important an apple would have been great. I have stayed at several Motels is Sudbury for the same price and have gotten a full breakfast and the extras . You know it's all those things that would make things so much better like the customers are thought of were cared about . We did ask for a radio and pillows and did get them .

Booked thru Expedia, showed up at the property only to be told there was no reservation. Back and for for over an hour with the front desk staff…eventually left only to discover I was charged for the night! Hotel stated we were a “no show”Now dealing with trying to get refunded.

Got in the room and found out there was no ice bucket- no glasses in the bathroom- fridge making noise- and very poor internet- mattress dipping in the middle- very small pillows- no one at the counter for about 15 minutes . Over all very disappointing.

I was advised that the homeless population had increased in the area, so to make sure my car was secure and all valuables removed. Later in the evening, the room occupants next door had a knock down drag em out fight in the room which was scary. In the morning the shower drain was so clogged that by the time I was done showering, the water in the tub was up to my mid-calf. The towels in the room were dirty and stained.

Great location makes it easy to get to most everything on the south side of Sudbury, all necessities in driving or walking distance. The only thing negative for me was the hallways are very dimly lit. The outside areas was covered in snow but the Motel is located on a raised area with very easy access and great view.

The staff was very helpful and kind but at the back of the building, a bunch of people were loitering (drinking, smoking, eating) on the stairs and there was a significant amount of garbage (candy wrappers, cigarette butts) on the ground. That section of the hotel felt intimidating. Perhaps this hotel has long-term residents?

appreciate continental breakfast but if you can't afford to supply some more hot food like eggs, then it would be real nice to have some yogurt and fresh fruit available. That should not cost you much to supply and your ratings will go up. Other than that, it was a great but short stay.

The front counter staff were very helpful and provided good service. The room and bathroom were nice but need some maintenance. the water did not drain well. Also, the free breakfast was simple but it would be great if they had some fruit and eggs.

They say continental breakfast but it is the saddest continental breakfast I have ever seen. Other than stale bagels, waffles and a tub of margarine that looks like it has lived on a warm shelf it's whole life there was nothing else edible. For the price I will never stay here again.

Our room was nice. Clean and good beds. Baths are dated and shower temperature had control issues. Hallways are not so clean, and breakfast is always busy and limited. A Second waffle maker would help. Have stayed before, and will stay again based on price point and just needing a place to sleep….

Pillows, towels and bathroom consumables were like an ultra cheep hotel certainly did not match the property. Breakfast had no protein except for peanut butter. All small things that would not cost a lot to fix the experience
