Not a horrible place to stay, not great either. No elevator, which isn’t mentioned anywhere, and was a problem for our family. Rooms were messed up upon check in, and were no longer together. Some plugs in the room didn’t work, which was inconvenient because I use a CPAP machine. Luckily I had a power bar with me. Towels were not replaced, and we had to call the desk for them. Also, no washrooms in the lobby. Wasn’t bad for the price, and it was a bed to sleep in, but we most likely wouldn’t stay here again.

Pet-friendly property. Walk-in shower is nice. Beds are comfortable. Clean. Nice seats/table outside the door. Very tiny fridge. Limited TV channels. Laundry facilities are listed on website, but not available. Made a 7:30am appointment with “manager”(?) so I could do laundry, but he did not show up. Left a note, but got no response.

Parking was always available. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No elevator wasn’t a problem. No Frills across the street for groceries/snacks. Coldstream beer across the street and numerous dining options nearby. We liked that that breakfast was included and it was a good one but the hotel REALLY needs to find a way to provide more than 2 tables for seating if you are going to continue to offer breakfast as eating on my lap isn’t acceptable and the rooms don’t have a suitable area to eat either (no table).

Check in was fine but when we got to the room it smelled like mildew horribly. I went back to check in and asked for a different room but was told this was the only available room. I checked on expedia and it was, in fact, the only hotel room available in a 30 mile radius. The woman at the counter gave me room spray to try to deal with the smell. Once back in the room we noticed the whole room felt unclean. It may just be because the room is dingy and old though. Pulling back the sheets on one of the beds I found a smear of dust which I was able to brush off but concerned me enough I slept on top of the bed. That said, the lady at the counter was very nice and apologetic.

Great value for our stay. Breakfast area is very small which is a downside to this place. Carpet in the room a bit dirty/ dingy but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The room we had was clean with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Large flat screen TV with a fair choice of channels provided by a dated menu system. Wi-Fi signal was adequate but not secure.

Absolutely amazing from check in to check out!!! Clean newly renovated hotel with the most friendly, helpful amazing staff. Everyone made me feel welcome all the time. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Lots of healthy options on the menu as well. Thx for an amazing stay!!! Highly recommend!!! I wish I could give more stars.

The staff are great, super friendly and were more than willing to accommodate my need to have my Mountain bike stored inside overnight so that I didn't need to take it up and down stairs to my room. I will definitely recommend to friends in the future.

Staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was terrible and no cream for coffee. Room had a clogged toilet and when I went to desk, they didn’t have someone ‘at that time’ to fix it. So I said just to give me a plunger and I would just do it. The comment I heard was ‘ I like when guests just do it themselves’. Ok, where’s my discount then? Area is a little sketchy too.

Location is perfect, easy to find with good parking. Staff here is exceptional, happy to assist you and help out with requests. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was perfect. There are fast food dining options in walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was great. The entire property was well looked after and we had a very nice stay.

Although the room was very clean, our time overall was very disappointing because of the breakfast. When we saw the pictures online, we anticipated a fairly good one. The only fruit was apples, and there were only three left. There were no eggs left, and when I asked if there were more coming, I was told that by the time they were prepared, it would be after 10:00, the time the breakfast ended. This happened at 9:25. It is not like we showed up just a few minutes before the end of the time. There was not a great selection and we left hungry.
