Check in was fast and there was valet parking a nice touch and they gave you 2 water bottles which was nice. Room cleaning needs attention. The room was musty and moldy smelling especially once the very loud air conditioner was turned on but that happens in the tropical warm climate. There was a few strands of long black hair between my bed sheets and some on the floor in the bathroom and short hairs on the toilet. I do think they need to do a better job cleaning. We have very blonde hair so it wasn't ours. Buffet breakfast was good, and roof top games area was clean but we were too tired to use it. I don't use pools but that is the highlight of this hotel. There was a lot of lush green trees and shrubs surrounding the pool and I feel it contributed to the overall dampness of the hotel as it is centered in the middle of the hotel and open to all floors to look down on. Staff were nice and friendly.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, and the central location made it extremely convenient. Overall, a great stay!

What a great hotel! Very comfortable, great statt and a great breakfast. We did not feel very comfortable to walk around town but for a quick stopover between flights to/from Galapagos, this hotel is really great.
