Staff was very helpful, area is old and interesting with some different people walking the streets so be careful. Food was good and fresh.

We've stayed here several times and enjoyed it each time. It's a nice place and the front desk staff are very helpful.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this property. First of all, the hotel is located in a very dangerous and unsafe area. I did not feel comfortable even stepping out of my car. This alone should be clearly disclosed to guests before booking. To make things even worse, the hotel closes its doors at late hours with no staff available, no security on-site, and absolutely no way to get inside the building. I arrived late and tried calling the phone number listed on the reservation several times, but it did not work at all. No one answered, no one showed up, and there was no emergency contact. I was left stranded outside the hotel in a high-risk area with no assistance. This is completely unacceptable for any hospitality business. A hotel should provide basic safety and access for its guests, especially during late hours. Instead, I felt abandoned and unsafe. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the risk, and the money—book somewhere else.
