The property looks great on the outside and in the lobby but rooms are run down. Tiles are lose and/or cracked/chipped, raggedy baseboards, the ac makes a horrible noise every time it turns on and woke us up every night. Very poor lighting in the rooms. They told us housekeeping cleans every 2 days but they didn't clean our room. There was not a working laundry room available even though the website shows there is one. On the day of checkout, housekeeping kept knocking on our door to see if we were gone and we still had a few hours before we needed to checkout. We won’t stay here again.

Hotel was cute but the elevator was broke. Had to use the stairs. Normally not a problem but Phoenix is hot as hell. Stairs didn’t help.

Pool and hot tub were not in service, bathroom light didn’t turn on, didn’t get our room serviced with more towels and linens or trash taken out, elevator broke on us TWICE so we had to use the stairs the whole time to get to our FOURTH floor room. AND NO WE DIDN'T GET ANYTHING COMPENSATED…

This hotel looks and feels like its in need of renovation. Both elevators were out of service when we arrived but luckily and thanks to the person in front desk we got a room on the first floor. Room was ok, but a little old. Breakfast was good. We were just passing through the city.

Pool was closed on property but staff told us to walk to Hilton Garden Inn and we can use pool there. Room smelled of cleaner like WD 40. My daughter wanted to use sofa bed but it was out of the question. Does the staff even look at the conditions or stains on it? New beds and bedding needs to be updated at this property.

The pool was under construction and was not told ahead of time that it would be closed. Luckily there sister property Hilton Garden Inn across the way had a pool we could use as well as a restuarant and bar.The breakfast was not great and they didn't keep stock of items as they ran low. So if you came towards the end there was not much left. The customer service at front desk was too busy on their phones to be attentive to the customers. It was close to our location for volleyball but for the price would probably stay somewhere nicer next time. Did not feel like it was worth the $300.00 per night.

The room was dirty. The AC was not working. My wife had to clean the room. There was crumbs in the couch bed this the refrigerator. I had a residue left on the handles. The microwave had residue left in the handles. It was filthy. Only thing that made it stay, customer service was awesome, but definitely will not be staying here again

DUST, PILLS, AND SPIDER WEBS! These were all things we found during our 1 night stay. Dust on the ceiling, curtains, curtain rods, ceiling corners, and even up the walls! Left over hair accessories from previous persons stay. Stains all over the curtains as well.This shows that sanitation and cleaning wasn't done properly.

Uhh our room was ok. Everything is beat up as far as furniture. Don't look under your bed unless you want to see dust bunnies and random crap from previous guests(socks). Our friends had their rental car tires stripped and stolen while parked on property. Kinda sketchy experience over all.

The room itself was fine.. they could clean the carpets though. I stayed there for seven nights.. it was only cleaned once... After they told me it would be cleaned every other day. Had the same breakfast for like 6 days in a row.. only one waffle maker...

Arrived at midnight to rest for the night. The gentleman at the counter was nice but his appearance was not good. Gave us a room and the bathroom tile was broken literally broken. Did not take a picture because we walked right out. New room smelled a little like weed and was not very clean. Showered in the morning and in the middle of showering the water turned off. We told the front desk and he said the only was the water would turn off is if they were doing construction and he said they were not.

The floors were so dirty that our baby couldn’t even walk around on the carpet without socks. The first day we were there his feet were solid black with dirt from the carpet. Everything else was dirty as well plus, very uncomfortable furniture.

Hotel was alright. Bed was hard. The shower was broken tiles in the bathroom were broken and loose. And the kitchen sink was very slow draining. But otherwise good place to rest your head for the night. The AC worked great and the staff was awesome

I stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom as I brought my daughter with me. I was expecting a desk with work station as that’s what was in the photos of the room. Instead I had to set up on the dining table. Not a big deal. I have done it in the past. I unpacked my stuff, set up my laptop and placed my cloths in the closet/dresser. Worked till ten pm and then went to open the fold out couch bed only to find a sign that looked very old stating the sofa bed was broken. Would have been nice to know this before I unpacked, say maybe when I checked in? And then there was the sink in the kitchen. There was a piece of wood missing from the front of the panel and there were four nails sticking out. Almost cut myself on one. For the price I would expect a better quality room.

The staff was fantastic & accommodating, especially front desk manager Antoinette. However, the hotel itself is really showing its age & could use a major refresh. The walls/floors in our suite had numerous stains, the furniture was chipped up, the couch was completely sunken in the middle, the laminate flooring was puckering like from water damage, and the bathroom tile grout was brown & crumbling. It still wasn't the worst place we've ever stayed, but we expected better for the price & with the Hilton name attached.

I loved this hotel…there’s so much to love, but especially the layout of the suites. The bedroom is back behind the kitchen and living room so that conversation or other noise from the hallway does not disturb anyone sleeping. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was very professional and very helpful while still being very friendly. I’ll stay here again the next time I come to Phoenix.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. From the check in to check out, the service was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was super comfy. Best hotel, we will definitely look for more Homewood suites to stay in from now on.

This property is not the best Hilton property I've ever stayed at, but the customer service is immaculate. We were driving into town really late and I called to let them know well in advance (also previously added a 'Late Arrival' comment on the reservation). From the front desk rep that I spoke to on the phone and then in person upon arrival, to the rep that I interacted with the next morning, everyone was so pleasant and genuinely nice. The customer service was more than enough to make up for the 'less than wow room' decor and sub-par cleanliness of the dishes in the full size kitchen or the corners of the bathroom. I personally wouldn't stay here again but I did appreciate the hospitality.

My stay was terrible from the moment I check in .Antonitte the front desk manager did not greet me , she actually had an attitude that I was even there checking in at 9:30pm she sat the whole time didn’t smile or make her guest feel uncomfortable and while I was checking in she was on the phone dealing with another guest and once she got off the phone she started speaking bad about the guest to me . After checking in my family and I were walking to our room on the second floor . My son who is 4 years old who has autism ran to catch up with us and the house keeper screamed at him and told him not to run . I responded and told her that he can run to catch up to his parents . We weren’t running around back and fourth we were simply walking to our room and she did not have the right to speak to my son . Once we got into the room Antoinette called me with a rude tone and threaten to kick us out and call law enforcement. As a manger she was terrible and I would like a partial refund for my stay I could not sleep comfortably in this hotel especially with the main door not even locked it is free for anyone and everyone to come in . That is a safety hazard that I would like to report and I would like a phone call about this stay . Thank you!

It was so convenient to everything. I-10 was just around the corner so everything I wanted to do i just caught the freeway. The staff were wonderful! Rooms were very good and breakfast was awesome. Thank you, i had a great stay!

I travel 10 times a year for Cardinals football. I always check this hotel first to see if it fits in my budget. So comfortable and convenient. The staff is welcoming and surprisingly I see some of them year after year. That says a lot about the culture. The other guests are a delight, which is a bonus.

Our room was spacious and clean. The woman at the desk when we checked in was very friendly and courteous. The hotel was an easy 15 minute drive to State Farm Stadium.
