Loved my stay at home 2 Hilton Great amenities, friendly staff, the location is so convenient to shops and restaurants. Great swimming pool. Clean comfortable rooms too.

Nice, clean and comfortable bedroom. The breakfast its also a plus. On the other hand, our room was facing the highway and was very loud (try to get a room on the other side). Additionally, there are a few Blink level two electric car chargers on the parking lot (paid separately) that, unfortunately, weren’t working during my stay (probably not the hotel fault).

Good stay, quiet and clean. However we had little bugs in our room near the bathroom. The back door card reader did not work. Had to walk all the way around. The night clerk was sleeping at 5am when I was checking out this morning.

Check in was a breeze, the lemon mint detox water was available at all times, breakfast was great. The pool was great. Very good walkable location. The room was very big and very clean. I like how the TV greets you with your name. One of the best hotels and service Ive had ever.

We were headed to a concert at the Talking Stick Ampitheater and were able to drive there in 10 minutes and get back to the hotel (after the concert with all the traffic) in 22 minutes. Extraordinarily pleasant and helpful staff. The pool is very small but it would likely help you avoid heat stroke. Overall, it was everything we needed and more than we expected.

Bad experience! My son got bit by fleas that where in the sofa bed, I complained to the front desk also I spoke with the manager assistant and she was no help all she said was I’m sorry I will look into it. Never will I stay here again.

Stayed there for one night room looked very clean. Until we opened the sofa bed had the mattress had food crumbs the blankets had stains talk to staff and they said that they could not do anything about because the manager wasn’t there they said he would be there at a certain time but didn’t get there and was running late. The other thing that was dirty was the coffe machine overall disappointed with property being a Hilton expected better cleanliness I guess the name doesn’t mean anything stayed other hotels with better experience would not stay there again.

I absolutely think the people that work at the front desk are incredible. The problem was in our room. The bathroom door did not lock. and no one in our room wanted to use the shower at all because of all the long disgusting strands of hair were all over the place. There was hair in the soap dish and all over the floor. It was gross.

Great service at the front desk. The room looked clean at a glance, but then saw crushed chips on the cooler and beard or mustache hairs all over the sink. The shower/ tub faucet is very confusing. The bed was comfortable.

Room was ok. Road noise from the interstate was pretty loud. Didn’t sleep much and pillows were crazy soft and offered no support. I requested to be placed on the north side of the building away from the highway for my upcoming visits. They did make good on that for each of my following stays.

We always book here when visiting the Avondale area. Rooms are clean. They have a good quantity of linens in the room so need to call for an extra towel. The staff are very friendly and they are always smiling.

We stay here frequently and almost always see different stuff at the front desk. This time the three staff members we interacted with were super friendly and super helpful. We had a toddler that was sick and they were super accommodating and even let us check out late after coming back from the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The room was clean and they had everything we needed for our little family. They even gave us some waters and snacks for being Hilton honors members in a cute little bag. The only bad thing was when we pulled out the sofa bed. There was a dirty sheet still on it with something smeared on it, and a wrapper of some sort. I could see how that could be overlooked if the couch had been put back in place with the sheets. But everything else was wonderful.

Front desk staff wasn't the most welcoming. When asking questions she was very short with replies. Also, it's 2023, when someone hands you their card or license you hand it back. Placing it on the counter is considered rude. Aside from that, it's a very nice area with lots to do.

Upon check in, my reservation was not appearing. The general manager happened to be the closing personnel for the night. She went above and beyond to get me connected to anyone that could help me with my reservation over the phone. She shared that she has been working for Hilton for a very long time more than 20 years. And that definitely shows her customer service was a 10 out of 10 and I will highly recommend again. This is my third time staying at this location. I definitely will return again and again. Thank you for a great stay!

I’ve always loved the Home 2 suites me and my family always make it our first choice. For travel. It’s always so clean. Although. my husband and I . Were made severely uncomfortable. By Pablo’s. Concerning. Inability to not awkwardly stare at my chest to the point it seemed he could barely speak Very strange professionalism especially with what looked to be a wedding ring on their hand. The stay was great and comfortable and clean Other than. The Uncomfortable perverted Interaction Won’t be staying at this location again unfortunately

We asked twice to have our room cleaned, Avondale, AZ property. The first was with the housekeeping staff, but she didn't understand much English, 3 hours later it had not been done. Then later I asked the front desk to have them do it and when we came back 3 hours later it still had not been done.

Hotel was under roofing construction. Construction was loud and woke us up at 6:00am. We had no notification at check-in the prior night that this was scheduled during our stay. We were not notified by the hotel in any form about the hotel undergoing construction. The hotel manager was unhelpful and very unprofessional.

Hotel was very clean. However we experienced a problem with our room. There was noise coming from another guest's room above us. It happened all night and morning. It was incredibly difficult to sleep and very unpleasant to stay in the room. Ater speaking with front desk, they were not really willing to do anything about it, said there was nothing they could do about it besides calling the other guest to quiet down because of noise complaints. Problem was solved the following night because guest checked out.

Everything was wonderful. Gissell was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to Cardinal's stadium, (where we saw the Rolling Stones), food and shopping. There are even several takeout restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

Very nice facility and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast marginal not much to choose from. One yogurt machine with obviously one flavor.. Would be better to have small individual containers for choice. Lots of individual milk containers why not yogurt? Coffee was very good.

It was very clean and in excellent shape. What I didn't like was that you had to request towel service, of course, like all hotels now, they don't offer maid service unless you are there more than 3 days. They didn't empty the trash in the rooms either and there wasnt really anywhere to dump it yourself. The breakfast was ok but the fruit was all too ripe. The tangerines tasted old and the apples were mealy. I did like the cold water available in the lobby and the staff was friendly and attentive.
