Very pleasant stay. Room was clean. The property was clean and well maintained. The surrounding area felt safe. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. My kids enjoyed the pool!! Would definitely stay again!

The door on the bathroom wouldn't stay open. It kept swinging shut. And instead of conditioner in the shower, there was a bottle of lotion. By the tv, there was a lamp with no bulb. Lastly, the air conditioner kept shutting down overnight even thought I set it to run all the time rather than the auto function. The rooms are really dated and it's probably time for a refresh.

We were initially given a room that was CLEARLY under repair. The carpet was ripped in some areas, etc. The shower didn\'t drain. Maintenance came to "fix it" but it still wouldn\'t drain. We moved to a different room. But the shower didn\'t work at all in that room. We got keys to 3 different rooms because there were problems with them all. I was tired from driving for 8 hours and just wanted to take a shower and rest. It was way too complicated to do something so simple at a Hilton nonetheless. However, they did comp my stay as a result. They just really need to update the hotel.

Sheets were stained. Pull-out sofa sleeper was full of crumbs. Bathroom sink was plugged. No bodywash in the dispensor in the shower. Grab and go breakfast had a frozen sausage sandwich in it.

We couldnt get a roomast minute with 2 queens, so we opted for King with sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was so disgusting, no one should have been expected to sleep on it. We told the front desk at checkout and she asked me to describe "disgusting" and when i did she just shrugged.

For starters the lobby was very clean offered great items and even the bar area was a nice add. Staff was nice my entire stay and very helpful. Unfortunately my room stay was not very pleasant. I stayed for 5 nights and the first room I was in was not clean. It was hair on the bathroom floor and shower floor. Wall paper peeling badly in bathroom and in room by the bed. The tub made a very loud noise while showering and they offered to switch me rooms the next morning. Switched rooms and the room was better aesthetically but the toilet didn’t work in the room. They had to bring me a plunger to keep it plunged the whole time. Overall the stay because of the staff’s continued help made it amazing but the actual room was the down fall.

Room smelled like old cigarettes. Towel rack was broken. Got in bed and the blanket between the sheets and duvet had unwashed, crusty stains. Obviously it was not washed. The front desk did offer for us to change rooms but we were already going to bed. They brought us clean blankets but makes you wonder what else wasn’t properly cleaned. We will not be returning.

Phone didn’t work. Roman shade cord broken, so shade had to be rolled up by hand & secured w/2 large binder clips. Bathroom clean, but enamel in tub had large chip. Found another guest’s sock in one of the cupboards. Our room faced I-64. Could hear no traffic noise. Staff was very accommodating. Prices lower than others in area. There are food options for breakfast & dinner but you pay for them separately - not included in room charge. Good option for me. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Clean for the most part but could use better maintenance.

We booked a King bed with fold out couch because we had 3 adults staying in the room. When we checked in they had moved us to a standard King room (no couch). I was told that they reassign rooms as needed - evidently without regards to necessary sleeping space!! I asked them to fix this and was told that they didn't have a king/couch room available and the hotel was full. I asked how he was going to help us and was told that we could have free breakfast - WHAT?? Not enough room to sleep but we could have breakfast the following morning - ridiculous!! I asked for the manager and he eventually found her. She reassigned us to a king/couch room. So I guess they weren't full after all!!! We got in the room and unfolded the couch. The mattress was disgusting - stained and filthy. We again went to the desk to report it. Manager came to look at it and quickly agreed that they needed to bring another one. They brought another mattress that was better but still a bit stained. I am not sure I will book through Expedia again if the hotel can just change your booking. I will NOT stay in this hotel again. Nice, safe area but this experience was not good.

I booked online and paid via the app. When I arrived on site they explained they had overbooked and had no rooms available. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond and secured a room at another location. Thank you to the staff for taking care of us.

The Hilton Garden in at Chesterfield is a good place to stay overnight. We went for a wedding, and it was convenient. There were plenty of shops and dining to choose from, and it was close to the wedding venue.

Breakfast was poor and way over priced. The same breakfast is provided at Hampton Inn for free. The staff member attending the breakfast didn’t even bother to say good morning much less offer any assistance.

The only thing that I did not like was paying for my breakfast. I typically will not stay in a hotel that doesn't offer some sort of complimentary breakfast that is just worked into the room price. I understand though that it is a financial adjustment. Just wasn't ready for a bill to be handed to me after eating watered down eggs and crunchy bacon. Thanks though.

You asked for a review, so here goes. Because the sink drain stopper didn’t work, because we had to slam the room door shut due to binding in the frame, because there was no coffee available in the room (only tea), because you have a notice on the bathroom mirror that ‘for our comfort’ our room will only be made up every other day; because apparently the restaurant was not open Sat. evening, and all this was for $271 a night for a room with a king bed, it is difficult to leave a positive review. I can assure you this will be shared on Facebook with our friends.

It was fine. I’m a hilton rewards member, offered no water, no blanket or pillow for fold out couch in room, charged for breakfast, which was ok, eggs, bacon, dried up flour tasting gravy with biscuits. Could have been better. 10am sharp coffee was taken away.

There was a lot to chose from for breakfast. The pricing was a little confusing -- one price for "hot" items for breakfast and another for "cold", although the yogurt was on the hot table and breads to be toasted were in the cold. Food and service were good however.

I expected more from a Hilton Garden Inn. The one in Manhattan, KS is very nice. I just wasn't impressed. Plus the breakfast should've been better than powdered eggs, since it costs $12.95.
