This property was really nice. The only issue we really had was there wasn't a very big spot for our dog to do her business. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. We also really liked the covered parking.

Great modern property for families, very spacious rooms, can’t beat the free breakfast. Indoor and outdoor pool. Unfortunately the jets weren’t working in the hot tub . We would definitely return .

We enjoyed our stay...the jacuzzi jets where broke and water was murky in pool and jacuzzi like it needed to be shocked with chemicals or cleaned for the day..only a few people at pool and we enjoyed this amenity.....we liked that meals where provided but for dinner taste wise it was not the best and seasoning was off for the taco meat...there was something wrong with hot dogs the buns or the machine or it could ga e been th condiments had a sour door and taste presentation was good but it wasn't appetizing. We slept in and it was quiet and soundproof ..we didn't get breakfast....liked the open bar concept too....Love the room size for the suite

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The parking garage was fantastic! The rooms were clean. The breakfast and snack hours and food were also great. It was hot and we were on the 10th floor, so the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up, staying around 75 in our room. There were some stains on the ceiling likely from a leak at some point that could have been repaired better. The hottub was broke and the pool could have used some updates as well. Overall for the cost of the stay, our expectations were met!

Exceptionally nice property next to a Stoney River Steakhouse. Great complimentary breakfast! Bed was super comfortable. Didn’t use the fitness facility, indoor pool or hot tub but they all looked clean & well maintained.

The room was very dirty. There was popcorn on the sofa and the tub was filled with hairs. We paid extra for a jetted tub so I spent a lot of time cleaning it out myself so we could use it. The shower smelled of mold and must when we opened the door. It's a shame to pay for a room upgrade but feel as though we should have saved on cost since we were uncomfortable anyway.

Lots of positives about this hotel! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Good lighting over bathroom sink. Appreciated that the sink was in a separate area from the tub and toilet. Loved the daily ‘kickback’ with complementary drinks and food! Free breakfast was also very good. Some lower sugar yogurt options would be nice. Only negatives were the very dirty stairwells. We prefer to take the stairs and these areas were filthy. The toilets off the main lobby need to be upgraded. They don’t really even flush. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay!!

The customer service was extremely nice. They made accommodations for a free night stay due to hair on the towels and in the bath tub. The general manager was so pleasant to call and apologize. Drury Inn is definitely about customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What I didn’t like about the king suite was the lack of 2 sitting chairs. Most king suites should suite 2 people at least and the lack of another chair is a thumbs down for us. I had to sit on the bed to read and my husband sat on the only chair available. This was not comfortable for my back and neck. However the hotel was great to stay for our short visit.

The hotel was beautiful. Easy check in and check out. The pool was nice. Great little happy hour with drinks and food. The breakfast had many nice options. The only reason I wouldn’t come back is the beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable. I had a difficult time sleeping. Otherwise this hotel is wonderful.

Check-in with Ken was fast,easy, and pleasant!!! Ken was amazing during our entire stay. He ran the front desk, and also ran the Hour hour drink area, he is absolutely wonderful. I'd also like to mention Lucus, who is the assistant manager. Lucas, like Ken was very attentive, and pleasant. These 2 young men deserve a huge kudos cause they were on it!!!!! As for the room, it was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough. I really dont have any complaints, if I decided to vacation in this area of St. Louis, this would definitely be my place of choice. Also the food and drinks ALL INCLUDED with the stay were absolutely delicious. Our housekeeper who's name I cant remember was also very helpful and pleasant, I just remember her name starting with a M.

The staff at this Chesterfield Drury Plaza are fantastic, so friendly and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. We especially loved Gerry, we had wonderful conversations with her both mornings we had breakfast there. We'd go out of our way to stay here again just to talk to Gerry some more!

Amazing stay at the Drury! Very friendly front desk for check in (Kevin Rothman). My room was spacious, clean and had coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was very good - eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, etc. They have coffee and water out all day with fresh popcorn. Starting at 5:30 they have Happy Hour with 3 free drinks and food like pasta, baked potatoes, salad, nachos. Lots of parking, pool, hot tub and workout room. Overall great hotel in convenient location!

Perfect place to stay while visiting the St Louis area! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. Chesterfield was very convenient- far enough out of StL to be quiet and safe, yet still within 20 minutes of downtown and all the attractions we came to see. The area where the hotel is located is very nice with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby too. Will definitely stay at this Drury again!

There were no businesses nearby. There was a mall that closed end of July’24 and most restaurants in the area were also closed. There was a restaurant separate from the Drury Plaza Hotel that might have been attached, but nothing else.

We had a great stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel. The room was very spacious and included a microwave, fridge and a make up table for the ladies. Breakfast was the usual hotel buffet style and had something for everyone, cereals, hot dishes, fruit salad etc. We especially liked the complimentary "snacks" in the evening which was in reality dinner. A small selection but something for everyone. Another nice perk was that coffee, tea and sodas were available 24 hours a day in the dining room, as well as complimentary fresh popcorn available in the evenings. The location was good for our purposes as we were visiting family in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist if you had any requests. I would highly recommend this property

Not one to write reviews but this hotel was perfect for our family. Drove daily to the attractions in St. Louis, most within 20 minutes. Perfect buffet dinner and breakfast was included saving a lot of time looking and waiting at restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean and front desk staff were friendly just like all the drury properties, the breakfast attendants were very cranky and cleaned up all the food 15 to 20 minutes before time to stop breakfast. Dinner was good but was also cleaned up 15 to 20 minutes early. The hotub was broken the first two days we stayed the remaining days it seemed to have a sever chemical Imbalance, or wasn't being cleaned regularly. If your staying here to attend things in STL it's a long drive to the city, and since they tore down the Chesterfield mall there is absolutely nothing within walking distance besides a very overpriced steakhouse. If you need to stay in Chesterfield it's a clean safe spot, but it's overpriced for the area stay at one of the Illinois side druries, or on the Northside of STL.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. I haven't stayed at a Drury Inn for nearly 20 years. Although I'm a non drinker it's great 3 free drinks per day 530 - 7pm + apps. Great to hit up before heading out to dinner. Free breakfast is nice too. Location was great. Can't speak for future as in 2024 the mall will be torn down for residential homes.

When traveling from Nashville to St. Louis to visit family, I always stay at this hotel in Chesterfield. It is conveniently located to everywhere I want to be, always friendly staff and lovely rooms. The 5:30 Kickback food is hands down the best! This is one of the reasons I will only use Drury!!

This is an excellent hotel! They serve a free breakfast AND dinner! Many options to choose from. You really can't beat that! The room was clean, the workers are kind and there are several extras that you would enjoy! We would definitely stay there again!

Well kept, clean rooms, courteous staff. Only issue was that breakfast was stated to be served till 10am, and when my husband went down at 9:30 they were cleaning up. Other than that it was a perfect stay.
