No bar or lounge area. Under renovation so amenities were limited.

This place is great to stay if you have an event at the Factory. The shuttle service and cost of the stay was great!

First off, the staff was great. However: 1) parking lot too dark; 2) entry door by our room was locked but someone propped open the stairwell door there; 3) vending machines not working.

The staff was friendly. There was construction going on in the lobby/1st floor. Pool was closed which i did not know about until i got there. The bathroom in my room needed to be updated. The breakfast was great except some of the fruit had past its freshness. Pineapple tasted almost ferminted.

Any hotel undergoing a major renovation should be required to inform guests before creating a reservation. Will be a great place around November 2023 but currently is a disaster area of noise and dust. Was not worth anywhere the price paid.

Had a good two night stay. Only problem was elevators were not working when we left. Was on the second floor. My wife had just had a total knee replacement and I a bad back. It was difficult to use the stairs. We we're in town for a wedding and had extra clothes and such. I had to make several trips on those stairs just to get it all packed out to our vehicle.

Front desk staff kind and helpful. Updates are being done, so breakfast area was set up in a temporary space. They did a great job of explaining and modifying.

breakfast was very good. Would like access to ice machine - there was not one on the 1st floor where it said vending and ice was also no vending machine (soda). Soda and snacks in lobby were a little expensive

The front desk staff were very friendly, as well as any other hospitality staff we encountered! Sadly, the shuttle they advertise that runs to the Factory for local concerts and events was down. Maybe call ahead if you want to utilize or just arrange and uber. Also, our conditioner was out in our room. Other than that clean, comfy and a good breakfast!

Great gym and super close to many restaurants and shopping

So when I first got to this property it was kind of a turn off because no one could find the front desk clerk. I even went to my car because I got tired of waiting and called a couple times so finally about 10 to 15 minutes later someone showed up at the front desk and I was able to check in. Was there a basketball tournament and since it ended late I didn’t find out until after midnight that we had clean and bedding had hair all over it so we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night which was a huge inconvenience and then I couldn’t go to sleep after that. I will say that the hotel staff was very kind and accommodating about it. They also showed great service recovery and reached out to me on their own apologizing for the issue and asked what I wanted them to do. I requested to be comped for the first night which they obliged, so I’m extremely appreciative for the great customer service, follow up, and follow through!

The area is nice and the staff extremely friendly. The hotel room itself was a bit disappointing. Very outdated, there was not a fitted sheet on either bed, the bedding was dirty, the shower made noises (sounds like pipes in the wall/ceiling) and the room reeked of weed odor. You could smell it from the vents.

The service there is nice. The bathroom smells like urine, I was able to figure out it was coming from the shower curtain which they changed but the smell still

When we walked into our room we saw a bed bug walking on top of the bed. We did not say in this room they gave us a new room

The hotel staff were very friendly and the lobby and eating area were very clean, modern and well kept. Our room was also very clean and nice.

The hotel was ok. Stayed one night. I was aware of the pool being closed but did not know they were doing a lot of renovations. Sign in front door said use back entrance. You needed a key card for that. Ended up finding a door on the side of the building that was unlocked. Front desk wasn’t very friendly at check in. The room was very warm. The shower was dirty inside. Positive is the hotel was located close to a lot of things.

The shower head and water pressure was the worst! The guy at the desk told me we had one of the nicest rooms. But he failed to say that we also got one of the SMALLEST shower heads with barely any water pressure. Plus, the bathroom sink area did not have a door, so my guest sleeping with me had to suffer with the lights on and water running after a midnight pee! otherwise the place was great. decent breakfast, clean everything.

The room and bathroom were nice and roomy. The TV was nice and had a lot of channels and movies to choose from. Our fridge was noisy though. The bed was very firm and the pillows were too soft. Staff was very friendly.

We were right next to the highway and didn’t hear a thing. Very clean and comfortable!!

Room was clean but mini fridge hummed all night long very annoying bathroom supplies were not stocked went down for breakfast around 8am all hot food was empty they told us its gonna be awhile.

The Bed was horrible. Had a mattress cover on it that kept coming off during the night. The mattress itself had brown stains. Not comfortable. The facility itself was nice, pool area was good, breakfast was tasty.

You can tell there is some construction going on, but it was never actively going on when I was there and was no bother. Just looks like they are trying to improve the overall hotel. Really nice rooms, quiet, comfortable

The mattress in room 119 desperately needs replacing. Our backs hurts in the morning.

Prepaid room two weeks in advance @Hilton ($340 for 2 nights) AAU basketball tournament in Chesterfield MO. The first room had a toilet filled to almost the brim with human waste. Asked for another room.The second room had hair all over the shower floor, shower curtains, bathroom floor and towels. Asked for a Manager. LVM for both the Manager and area manager twice. Was Sent to Hampton Inn by the receptionist only to get there and was told to pay 188$ for the night by the rudest, racially profiling teenager I ever ENCOUNTERED in my life. I called back to the other hotel, and I was told that she would call the manager to let me have the room at the other hotel for free which I thought was the reason I was sent to the sister hotel. After 10mins on hold, she came back on and told me it was authorized. Aaron, the teenager at the Hampton came back out of the office, told me I will be getting one night free and would have to pay for the second night; when I asked why he was speaking to me in such disrespectful manner with such foul language, he proceeded to tell me to leave and would call the cops because he did not like my attitude; This is at 10.45pm, after driving 6 hrs. from Chicago; moved/changed rooms twice at the first hotel and now about to be charged with trespassing. The embarrassment (about 20 teenage brown boys plus my son were present at this time) and shock sent me into a panic/anxiety attack immediately (I am a disable veteran suffering from chronic PTSD

We attended our grandson’s birthday party and were in town for an overnight stay. Excellent hotel & great staff. Room was very nice, quiet, clean, bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows. Shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Hot breakfast’s was excellent with something for everyone. We could not of hoped for a more enjoyable trip. Thank you and your staff for the excellent experience!!
