Dog relief areas clean and stocked with bags for convenience. What needs attention: Used laundry area, machines were dirty. Booked this hotel as a mini staycation with my family from StL for the pool, I have two grandkids. Pool was closed and I wasn’t notified or was it noted on the website. Also, my room accommodations weren’t available due to a broken A/C and my family was in different parts of the hotel. Total waste of money! Plus the night manager was extremely rude.

Good place to stay. Only two elevators up toward the fron of the hotel. If you reserve a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor make sure its close to the elevators if you have trouble walking. Kind of maze like finding your room. Otherwise good place to stay.

Two things: 1) shuttle service stated to be offered but we were told it’s no longer in service. This was one if the main reasons we booked here. 2) our room was not the cleanest. Dust in every corner and the tub had hair in it from previous occupant. The staff was great though!

Pool is out of order!!!! We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool only to find out AFTER we checked and went to swim that it was closed. The temperature was 100 degrees. Otherwise decent hotel. Lobby and breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was good, no waffles. Our room was also decent and updated, but the hallways, elevators, and stairways were dirty and dingy. One factor was likely that housekeeping only comes every 5th day so people put their towels and trash out in the hallways. Great location close to many amenities.

We have stayed in this hotel previously, but it’s been quite some time. I doubt we will ever use this hotel again. The dishes, utensils, and inside the cabinets were dirty. I ended up using bleach wipes to wipe down all services as the cleaners clearly don’t do it. I attempted to run a load of dishes in the dishwasher and it took the machine an extreme amount of time to run and still didn’t clean any thing off the dishes/utensils. I ended up scrubbing by hand after soaking in the sink. A spatula was coated with food particles and I couldn’t get it clean so I just threw it down in the cabinet by the trash can. The hotel can deal with it if they even notice it. The bathroom was slightly dirty as well with multiple pieces of hair, corroded shower head (which was not movable) and an empty body wash container. We had packed a body wash just in case so we just used this instead. Although breakfast is never a huge feature at any major hotel chain, the breakfast here was cold both mornings and offered very little. We ended up going out both times after we left for the morning. Although the front desk was very pleasant at check-in, I doubt we will ever be returning to this particular hotel. We have had a great experience years prior at this location, but it seems that they don’t maintain very well.

The hotel seems new and is in good condition. We had a suite that had a kitchen in it. When we arrived their was shattered glass on the floor of the kitchen. Hard to understand how housekeeping missed shattered glass all over the floor before telling the front desk that the room was clean. They did send someone to clean it promptly, but that is really dangerous that they released this room with broken glass all over the floor. Our second issue was that the walls are so thin in this hotel. We were on the first floor and it sounded like herds of elephants rumbling above us very often throughout our stay morning, noon and night which made it hard to sleep. The plumbing wall is also very noisy so we kept hearing really load burst when people were either using the toilets or showers in our stack.

The breakfast staff was wonderful and hello. The breakfast was wonderful. Whoever knew that you would find Carnitas on a continental breakfast in a hotel. A taco bar wow that was amazing room had some cleanliness issues mainly the hair on the floor and dog hair on the couch. And the hallway carpets look like they could be really deep cleaned but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Jamie at the front desk was EXCELLENT, she was very helpful and always greeted me by name when we crossed paths throughout the week! It is very clean and well-maintained but the drain stopper in the bathtub was out and off to the side, which was strange and looked like there was some maintenance going on, but no one fixed it when the room was cleaned. The bed was not very comfortable but the facility itself, the better-than-average breakfast, and the great staff will make it a return place for me.

We arrived and checked into a room with hair in the bathtub, and food smears on the refrigerator. Also, the shower gel (hooked to the wall style) was COMPLETELY empty. The 2nd evening, neither of our keys worked so i had to go down to the desk for new keys They didnt provide daily housekeeping, which is fine, they state they service every other day. So i went down to the desk for clean towels, which the clerk said she didn't have any to give me. It took almost 2 hours for them to bring them to the room. Day 3, i stopped at the desk at 9 am, on the way to the funeral we came into town for, and requested housekeeping. We didnt arrive back until around 4, and no housekeeping had been done. So, once again, i had to go down to the desk. They said they would send someone. An hour passed, and they called our room to tell us that they couldnt come, and that we had left a sign on the door for privacy. First of, thats simply NOT true. We didnt leave a sign on the door, AND we specifically stopped and requested housekeeping. So now, i ask can they at least bring us towels, which they did shortly after. All in all, it was extremely disappointing to spend over $600 for 3 nights in a dirty room with no housekeeping and trash and dirty towels piling up. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Spend your money elsewhere.

Lobby and breakfast area are very nice. Room itself was disgusting. Our feet and socks were so dirty from the carpets. We are a family of 4 and only received 2 towels and no linens for the pull out couch. Front desk quickly brought them, but it would’ve been nice to have everything we needed upon checking in after a long day of traveling.

Had a wonderful stay here at this hotel. There were a few things that can be improved upon, (cleanliness of hall carpet and vacuuming the rooms better) but the breakfast was amazing. The breakfast staff the ladies were wonderful. I mean, who does not want Carnitas for breakfast. That was an amazing surprise. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming! I loved how easy the parking and check in/out process was, and the fact that it felt like I had my own little apartment with the layout and appliances/furniture included. Only thing I would recommend is to do a thorough cleaning occasionally- there was some dog hair on the ottoman in front of the couch- and my toilet made a super loud squealing sound when it was flushed. Nothing huge- plan on staying there again when in the area!

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing and the room was very comfortable for our family of 5. My only complaint is that the WiFi didn’t work in our room. We couldn’t get connected. With teenagers all with their own devices this was a problem.

We arrived 2 hours after we were suppose to check in and the room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. There was never anyone at the front desk to help us. There was no bedding in the room for the sleeper sofa. The staff acted like I really put them out asking for a blanket for it to go along with the sheets. One of the rooms keys never worked during our stay even after it was replaced.

We had to wait an hour and 15 min after check in time to get our room. The lady at the desk was less than helpful. Terry, the guy in charge of breakfast, was great! You can tell he takes pride in his work and was very personable. Pretty sure Willy and the rest of his crew spent most of their time in the sprinkler room right outside our hotel door smoking pot.

I never actually stayed in the hotel. When we arrived at 9pm the night of our stay, our room wasn't ready yet. We ended up waiting around until 11:20pm. Then we were told that the room was not going to be ready at all. We were sent to a different hotel. The room was comped but it was an awful experience. The people were nice enough, but clearly they had staffing shortages.

Homewood is my fever Hotel but the food service and variety here was not as It should be. During my week stay I came 10 min to 9am and some of the food trays were empty. I asked for the employee to supply more but he refuse as he was about to close the service. The hallway carpets were kind of dirty. Rooms were ok. I ran out of shower gel and after cleaning service they didn’t refilled. I have to ask them to bring it more…Hope they can improve what noticed.
