Generally a good place to stay. Staff was very friendly throughout. Just some maintenance and comfort issues, such as poor drainage in the sink and the ice maker on the 2nd floor not working. Fitted bed sheets were coming off the corners as it was basically plastic on top of plastic.

My daughter and myself had a brief weekend trip over memorial day weekend 2025 and we stayed at this Hampton Inn. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was super easy to get too when we arrived in Oxford, and the staff was very friendly and made the check in/out process a breeze. We also enjoyed the swimming pool area and the fitness center. Plus the continental breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Oxford, Al.

The Queen Beds were held up with cut up wood pieces to secure the stability of the bed legs. The room smelled like mildew, mold. The hotel was booked due to the baseball tournament so we were stuck in the poor conditions with two children. The breakfast was very low grade quality 10/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND! While we were out they sent someone on Saturday to replace the pieces of wood instead of the proper legs for the bed. Ridiculous!!! The pool was closed on Saturday and Sunday with no explanation.

This was a 2 day business trip and space rental for business meeting. Keep up at night from a huge dog barking a few rooms down. Did not know dogs were allowed when I booked. Meeting space not completely set up, and had a musty/moldy smell. The air conditioner had issues and a belt had to be replaced during the meeting. Staff was polite. When it came to the issues it seemed like there was no urgency to find out what was going on. Paid a lot of money for room and space for meeting, but was dissatisfied. Even though it was a Hampton Inn, it was not a Hampton Inn experience.

Nice clean place restaurants are plentiful. Close to the interstate and lots of shopping. The only negative is what ever they use to clean with leaves a chemical smell that bothers my wife allergies.

Yes the room was very clean. Staff member Lena, second shift desk clerk was Very helpful with finding where we needed to go. She’s quite the asset to your company and deserves an “attagirl” financial bonus. She’s to be commended for her services.

The AC started to whistle for 2 nights of the 4 nights I stayed. Floors must be thin. I could hear the person above me walking around quite a bit during the night. Room was clean and that was nice.

Stayed here on a short stop for some mountainbiking before heading on to Georgia for more moutainbiking. Clean room. Super friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast what you'd expect for hotels in this class. Only complaint was road noise and walls very thin. My room faced toward highway. Pro tip request a room facing away from highway and shouldnt be an issue. The noise wasnt that bad but if you are expecting a whisper quiet room you wont get it at least on the front rooms. Overall a good super convenient spot. I'd stay again if in area.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to get me a room early because I had been up since 1:30AM. The facility and grounds were very clean and fresh smelling. Food and coffee were great. I will definitely book with this hotel again for future competitions at the CMP.

Breakfast was good with variety of choices and the gentlemen who oversees the breakfast make sure the area is kept clean and stock. Hotel is located in a nice location nestled with shopping and restaurants with easy access to interstate. Will definitely stay at this property again if visiting the area again.

Ray at the front desk is fantastic and uber professional and made our stay and check in comment worthy. we arrived late on a Saturday night after my wife both ran a 100k race. We were exhausted however Ray’s friendly demeanor was great to experience.

The room above us was extremely noisy and we were unable to get any sleep. We complained to the front desk, and the noise stopped for a short while but stared back up. We had been on the road all day and had a 5 hour drive ahead of us. None of the outlets worked allowing us not to charge are cell phones. Then I had to pay a $75,00 pet fee for a 6 week old puppy we had just picked up. Our overall experience was horrible..

The breakfast buffet was only average. The toaster took forever to toast. There was only grape jelly available. The English muffins were stale. The shower creaked so badly I thought I was going to fall through the floor.
