The hotel itself is good. But there was a bunch of construction inside the hotel. Banging at all hours.. Probably should have put something on the website about it to warn people. I come out of our room and the carpet was tore up and workers right outside the door on all fours. I almost tripped over him.

We were placed in room 101, which is on the other side of the wall from the pool equipment. Our headboards and pictures on the wall literally vibrated, and the loud hum of the equipment wasn't the type of white noise you want. I searched for hotels with pools; this hotel has one, but it wasn't much bigger than a large hot tub. So if you want plenty of pool space, choose another location. The staff was so kind!

Property was at the end of road wise earlier other hotels. This made it very quiet but the signage was a little difficult to locate. Hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

Quiet, comfy, clean, convenient. Plenty of lamps and power/charging outlets in bedroom area. Bathroom lighting could be brighter. Well-stocked hot breakfast. Enjoyed the workout room. Housekeeping respected my “do not disturb” sign. I’d definitely stay again.

We had a great stay during our baseball tournament! The location was super convenient, just minutes from the ball fields and close to plenty of restaurants. Free parking was a huge plus, and the EV charger made things even easier. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. Highly recommend!

Rooms were very large and the beds very comfortable. The entire place was so clean. Pool was nice but could of been cleaner( I didn’t swim since it wasn’t clean)

I liked the area the hotel was in, plenty of restaurants. My room was pretty tidy amd spacious but there was a roach in there as well as a stale cigarette smell. The lobby was clean but had a pretty strong smell the whole weekend we were there.

Room was old and rusty and didn’t smell good. Door stayed ajar because of the door seals the had put on it- felt very insecure and somewhat violated because every move I made near the door (bathroom is right next to the door) it could be heard. Carpet was not clean, stains on the mattress cover that was either blood or rust; gross markings on the walls from previous guests I’m assuming? First night, I woke with a large German cockroach crawling down the wall in front of my face… told front desk clerk next morning and her response was great! “I’m sorry- I’ll have that checked out… would ýou like a water for your troubles?” 😳 Traumatized is an understatement. lol Will not be staying here again.

Just a quick one night stop on our two day travel. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a great shower. Good breakfast and wonderful staff maintaining everything in the dining area. Front desk was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay even if it was for just one night.

Upon arrival.. the shower wouldn’t get hot and was filling up in the tub. It was a sold out night. Had to call so an on call maintenance could fix the issue. . That issue was fixed but the water still got all over the floor .. the shower head was wonky and just soaked the floor which was annoying. Also hairs in the sink and in the counter. The hotel itself seemed inviting. Staff is underwhelming friendly and my biscuits and gravy were literally ice cold at breakfast. Had to warm them up which isnt a big deal just thought that was strange. Was in town for a funeral so I just didn’t bother to keep contacting the desk. . I had enough to prepare for. My room couldn’t be switched anyways due to no vacancies .. just an annoying experience. Probably won’t stay there again but it’s not terrible just not great either

Yes, the room had hair everywhere! On the beds, in the refrigerator, microwave, and in the bathroom, the tub was full of hair. I always take my lysol with bleach, lysol wipes, and lysol disinfectant spray. Rhe bathtub was filthy. The toilet in the bathroom was stopped up. I was not satisfied with my stay. I was there for a funeral and this hotel did not make my stay a good one.

Stopped in on way to South Carolina. Booked online and arrived shortly after. Room AC was not on and was muggy, but clean. Bed was not that soft, but more comfortable than some beds I've slept on. Overall, not a bad stay for a quick stop home. Nothing fancy, but nice hotel.

The bed was "worn out". The springs were showing they. It was created bad in the middle. I could not rest. It felt like I was sleeping in my old college futon with the wood bracket being felt thru the small amount of padding. I told the lady at the desk. She said she would take care of it. But. They need to remove the bed in 307 immediately. I wanted to put caution tape in the door when I left.

This looked like a new facility or they just keep it clean. It has a pool area for relaxing and breakfast on site. It you want more, IHop is next door. The room was spacious, including a comfortable couch and large desk area. Plenty of plug ins for all your devices. The only downside was the curtains to block out light were fixed and not moveable. Meaning the 4 street lights outside my window shone in all night. Not having a dark room to sleep in made it hard to sleep. I keep thinking it was the sun was up multiple times. And to the credit of the hotel, they had a signage in the room saying if not satisified with anything, call the front desk. I realized the curtain problem when getting ready to lie down and didn't want to find another room. Other than that, this is very affordable and I will stay again when in the area.

We checked in around 8 pm, checked out by 7 am the next morning. Stayed on 3rd floor so it was quiet, bed was comfortable. Hotel looks a little dated, had an old smell in the hallway. Staff was very nice.

We were in town for an overnight trail race, meaning we wouldn’t return to the hotel after dinner time until roughly 3:00 AM. The staff assured there would be someone on duty, and we had zero issues getting back in and to our room for a hot shower and some much needed sleep. When we checked out later that morning, the staff even asked how the race went and if we were able to get enough sleep for our drive home. This is year two of staying here for this event, and we’ll definitely be back.

Meka helped get my family check in and made sure my family member with special needs was right next door. Deana was amazing during breakfast, everything was fresh and heavily stocked. The dining area was super clean. The entire staff was great, I canceled my reservations elsewhere to stay here and I’m glad I did. The rooms were super clean and the entire staff treated us like family.

Front desk girl was not helpful even rude asking for an extra blanket for sofa bed, very difficult to get info from her, was usually in the back & had to wait extended periods for her to come out to front desk. The room was OK, some of the furniture ( TV/ chest of drawers) is showing age at base with chips and peeling. The breakfast staff was very pleasant tho but the younger front desk girl seriously brings down the rating.

Our stay at the Comfort Suites was wonderful. The staff and I mean "Meka" was wonderful. We had a situation to come up and she help resolve the issue immediately, no hesitation just a willingness to make our visit comfortable. Thanks again Meka!!

The breakfast was good. I was satisfied with the items on the buffet. The lady taking care of the buffet was very nice and kept everything replinished. There were no towel bars in the bathroom, and the water didn't drain well while you showered, but it was clean.
