Everything went well. Good &friendly staff. Only 2 inconveniences-the lower floor ice machine didn’t work and the $50 deposit at check in wasn’t expected as has paid for room in advance online. Overall great experience.

This is such a cute, perfect hotel for people looking for a cozy, clean hotel room. The rooms were very nice with big AC units that blasted cold all night, the shower and sink and the beds were all very clean. The floor is carpeted which is nice. They had a ice machine and laundry machines in the hallway to use. They had a microwave, nice fridge and coffee machine in our room. My friends and I were staying for Imagine Music Festival. We didn’t check in till late and the owner was so sweet and caring. He had maps printed out to show us around town and how to get to the festival. We were supposed to check out at 11 but the festival wouldn’t let us in till 3 so we would have been stuck with nowhere to go, but we asked to stay longer and they let us stay till 1 which was perfect. All the cleaning ladies and receptionists were so nice. And the hotel is RIGHT next to a gas station within 2 ft walking distance. And there’s a big town with lots of restaurants and malls and cute stuff not even 10 minutes away. When I go to Imagine Music Festival again I will definitely be staying here :)

Bed sheets appeared to be clean but the carpet really needs to be replaced!!!! The desk clerk told us that there would be coffee & danish available from 6-9 am, but when we went to the lobby at 7 am, it was locked & no one one was there. Friendly staff but the rooms really need updating.

All I needed was a clean bed & convenient to where I was working. It is an older property, but it was clean. No frills, just clean and safe. I got just what I needed. Staff was very friendly.

The carpets had just been cleaned but yet still had stains on them. there was no hairdryer in the room and both times that I went to the front desk no one was around. The positives were the bed was extremely comfortable, the location was very convenient and overall the the room was clean. It also had some nice extras with a refrigerator, microwave,iron but lacked a hairdryer?

Friendly check in; Room was clean, looked like it had been freshly painted, new rug, comfortable mattress; can't say one negative thing, we enjoyed ourselves. No noise whatsoever from other rooms, would stay there again.

This IS a budget option. We chose it because it was at a convenient stopping point. Unfortunately, our room faced the front. It is on a very busy road.....busy all night. Lots of truck traffic. The "double glazed" windows didn't help much. It is recently refurbished and otherwise comfortable. My wife grumbled about their being no hangers for the hanger rack in the bathroom (which is huge). There was no closet or wardrobe. The owner was very friendly and offered us complimentary soft drinks at check-in. No breakfast was listed on the website and we expected none. However, a sign in the lobby indicated breakfast was available. When we inquired about it in the morning and were given a paper bag with two bottles of orange juice and four snack bars. My advice would be to ask for a room on the back side.

No tissue for face or nose. Had to ask for hair dryer. No clothes hangers. Tiny bathroom space, booked a room for two. Morning muffin and banana as well as any snack food for breakfast was gone by 9:15. When asked about the food, was told that all the food had been taken by someone earlier. That's all they had. Had good hot water and shower pressure. But, oh so tiny in the bathroom!

AVOID! Where to start? False advertisement... the place was a dump, woman at front desk want 100 bucks CASH as payment for incidental fees to be refunded on checkout. Told her I didn't have it and she said 50 LOL. Got key to the MOTEL room and opened the door to be greeted by the smell of weed. Went back to her and she said all hotels have people that smoke pot (I am with an 8 year old). She got into a shouting match with my wife about that comment. Called Amex and told them do not pay because we were leaving. This place is the type of place you pay by the hour. And it says they offer a free breakfast, that I would love to see!

Did not like had to pay a $50.00 deposit that was not disclosed until i went to check in. I had already paid for the room with credit card and they had copied my driver’s license. Other than that was a great place nice people

Place was a little far from the areas we wanted to be in. Free Breakfast was limited to apples, banana's, packaged muffins, Orange juice, and coffee. Hotel was clean, in a quiet area, and next door to a gas station, which was convenient for drinks and snacks.
