Quality Inn & Suites Seville

The reason for the low rating is for multiple reasons. There was no hot tub, the pool was warm. Minimal towels. There was dirt in the ice from the machine. The person who checked us in was just shy or rude. Do not recomend!

Hotel was old and dated with no one at front desk until you call a phone number. Sheets had holes in them, room was dirty with old napkins and garbage behind the night stand. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Used the pool and there were no towels and had to again call to get someone at the front desk about towels the worker brought 3 towels total for my family of 4 to use. Breakfast was not stocked and only offered toast and a few eggs left again with no staff to refill anything. The side and back door card readers were broken and door left unlocked. Ice machine “out of order” on 1st floor. Water pressure in bathroom was low. I would no recommend staying here.

There were some rather inconvenient circumstances associated with this stay. 1) No elevator 2) back door to room access required someone to be inside to open door (no key card entry) 3) no one at front desk. Had to use a phone number to get help.

The pool was out of service and apparently has been for quite some time. Breakfast looked like leftovers. There may have been enough food there for six people… Maybe. Broken coffee machine, stale bread. Empty cereal containers. And milk that I think was going off. The place was old and not in great shape, but there were signs that they were working on improvements. They should replace the beds first thing. You can feel the springs through the mattress.

Upon arrival the check in was slow. No one at front desk. Had to call a phone for service. Light did not work in elevator making it scary to use and difficult for my elderly friends carry their bags up two flites of stairs. Ice machine on my side of the hotel was out of order. So we had to go down two flights over to the other side of the hotel up two flights. Back down two flight across the hotel back up two flights. Ridiculous!! We stayed two nights. After a long day we got back to the hotel late only to find all of our key cards did not work. We had to go back down to the desk with no attendant. Call the number and wait for a very rude person to reactivate the key cards. The toilet in my room was dirty. The condiments (Shampoo, lotion, and mouthwash bottles) where used. With all that said. What bothered me the most was after 5 years of being a guest at this hotel. The Flag poles are empty. Fly the American Flag!!! Be proud of the country that makes it possible for you to own a hotel in America. I will not be returning.

Parking adequate. The legs on the ironing board are broken in 205. Had to straddle the board between beds to use it then hang it off one bed with my bag to weight it down to use the pointed end. Staff very nice.

Room was supposed to be a non smoking room but the room stunk of smoke and unwashed humans or pets. There was a barking dog in the room across from mine. The indoor pool was closed, I was not made aware of this and the pool was part of the reason i chose this place. Hotel very run down and in need of renovation.

I tried to check in at the hotel at the proper time of 3:00 pm. I was told by the desk clerk that my room would not be ready for about a hour. I have NEVER experienced something like in my life. The elevator was out of order.

Shower was out of shampoo, pool ran out of towels, side door is propped open with a rock and the the security key card box is missing with wires hanging out. I am pretty sure a homeless person came in and ate breakfast with us this morning. Staff is non-existent.

They do not have a hot tub! Just a pool with bubble jets in it. Breakfast was lackluster, toilet paper was like sandpaper.

My husband and I travel a lot- we’re used to staying in hotels that are a bit run down. We don’t like dirty rooms, but we don’t expect them to be perfect by any means and are not people to complain. If the black mold wasn’t an issue in this room, we wouldn’t have complained about the piece of sausage on the floor, beer bottle, popcorn, hair in the bed, dirty sheets, and bad smell. That being said, this hotel was horrendous. We found significant amounts of black mold all over the bathroom. It was everywhere.The shower, the sink was completely filled with it, the towels had mold growing on them. It was not only disgusting, but a HUGE health risk. In case you are unfamiliar with the risks of exposure to black mold, here are a few: respiratory issues, infection, memory loss etc. Exposure to black mold is extremely dangerous. As soon as my husband and I noticed the mold, we brought the issue to the attention of the front desk employee. He obviously knew the risks associated with mold as he began profusely apologizing and was visibly worried. He first offered us a new room. My husband went to check on the room and found the same mold as well as I giant black footprint on the sheets. He then offered us a third room which also had the black mold in the bathroom. At this point it was after 3AM and we had nowhere else to go so we had to stay in the third room. We have been declined a refund and the hotel manger declined to speak about it. This place was absolutely horrid.

checked in Sunday night. checked out Friday. No one cleaned the room the entire week. No one changed towels. no one provided additional soap or shampoo, ice machine across from room on 2nd floor never worked but was turned on. For the 1st 2 days, juice machine did not work. For all week, coffee machine did not work. On tuesday, breakfast food ran out at 7:15 am. On Thursday night, person who checked me in on Sunday acted like he did not know me and asked if I was checking in. On the good side, bed was confortable.

Check in, they didn't give me the room I paid for, because their cleaning staff wasn't working. I get to the room and the bathroom was horrendous, hairs all over the shower walls and in the jacuzzi tub. The lotion on the counter had been used and not replaced. YUCK!!!

Not the cleanest place. The carpet and bathroom floor were very dirty. We found a lot of pubic hair left in the bathroom. We had to keep our kids confined mostly to the beds to avoid them making contact with the unclean areas. The price was fantastic. The continental breakfast was good. The pool was pretty decent! Weird that they could not do more than one key per room. If I didnt have my kids with me, I’d probably stay again based on the price. But it seems like cleaning the room thoroughly should be a basic thing.

This hotel was disgusting. Before we even went to the room, we had to sign a waiver saying we had 15 minutes to review the condition of the room- red flag. The man at the front desk was nice but immediately told us to tell him if the room was dirty- warning #2. Upon entering the room, it smelled and huge visible stains were everywhere on the carpet. There were numerous hairs on the pillows and sheets and the trim was peeling off of the wall. The yellow stained curtains with more dark stains were stuck to the broken window. Long story short, we immediately left.

Upon arrival, there was no one in the front desk. There was a sign stating that they had a step away. I had a way to brief moment until a young lady came to the desk. She gave me my card from my room. I went to my room to get settled and walk to the right side of my bed and looked down on the floor and there was a pile of toenails or fingernails laying on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I went to the desk again she was not present. I had a call again and wait. She then came off the elevator pushing a boogie of laundry. Apologize gave me a key for another room got settled in there and the people above me made noise all night there was kid screaming, slamming banging. It was absolutely awful and I felt there was no need to go back up there and complain because what was she gonna do seem like she was the only one working and looked very tired always smell of cigarette smoke rooms were not vacuumed correctly. Glass wasn’t wiped down correctly.

The hotel is not Ada compliant. There is no way that someone in a wheelchair or using a scooter to get inside without help. The towels in the room were dirt stained. The curtain in the room only went across a foot on each side. The bathroom light had a loose wire so it went on and off by itself. The hallway smelled of marijana. There was no water pressure in the shower. There was a smoke detector that was chirping all night. There are only 2 outlets to use to plug things in. The room smelled musty when we checked in

The hotel is just nasty. Filthy in every way possible. Beds had looked like they were never cleaned. There was hair all over the mattress sheets. The blankets and pillows were very badly stained. The pillows looked like someone blew their nose in them. The bathroom had cloths and towels that were stained and was just disgusting! Only room available in the area and I paid a lot of money for filth. Should have slept in the car!

The tub was disgusting. Floors dirty. Continental breakfast was 4 little muffins, 2 English muffins or I could have stale cereal or make a waffle.

The AC unit was off when we checked in so we were met with an extremely hot room , we had a reservation so the AC should have started in

World’s worst bed, my hips were SCREAMING when I woke up, and hurt for two more days afterward. Also, weirdest breakfast ever. Watery eggs and weird sausage…. Otherwise it was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. That mattress though….. 😖. The worst.

Pool was clean and breakfast was good. Front desk receptionist was helpful. Only issue was people above me and my kiddo up all night stomping around like elephants. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Been here a few times and will be back.

It was a fine hotel for the price, but it is very worn out. Sheets had runs, carpets were bare and you could see it had not been updated for quite a while. Rust in bathroom metal fixtures and dirty curtains. Very basic, but not up to "Quality" I expected from a Quality Inn. I did like the pool.

We had a really great time brought my granddaughter for a spa night for her birthday Everything was good room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very good ! The 3 things i was unsatisfied about The swimming pool was cold ! The hallway to the room felt like it had no heat Phone connection even if you use their wii fii Very poor connection

Hotel was in what appeared to be a safe area. Hotel was clean with the exception of my clogged shower drain. I really wanted to like this place, but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve likely ever slept on.

Beds were comfortable. Bottom surface inside tub was uneven, and with no grab bars inside the shower, I felt unsteady. Shower area needs updating.

Everything was great but the TV remote lagged about 10 seconds. Finally gave up. The place was clean. No other issues. Room 219

Stayed 2 days and I have to say the room was clean and for the most part quiet. Breakfast was good and the pool was refreshing on a 96F day.

We had a party to attend so we arrived early to see if we could check in. !st thing is nobody was manning the desk there was a sign to call a number which rang the phone at the desk, somebody responded rather quickly after some explanation he agreed to check us in, we didn't want to use the room just get checked in and put our bags in the room. Came back later around 10:00 and forgot what the password for wifi was went to use the room phone to call desk but it wasn't hooked up connected wire to phone and it still didn't work?? Waled to desk passed by a person sitting on couch with ear buds in on phone walked over to desk the person never said anything or acknowledeged that he even saw me no one at desk same sign up there wa sign with wifi password on it. The room was clean and comfortable but whole place was dated.Oh ya the security lock on outside door didn't work just pull or push and it opened ??

Booked a king size suite. Was given two queens. Told because I booked thru a third party (Orbitz), king size suite not available.

You get what you pay for. Not great but not terrible. My only real complaint is the lack of staff. The front desk is unmanned 90% of the time. The water pressure in the shower is terrible as well. Other than that it’s your basic middle of the road hotel.

We booked this hotel for our babymoon getaway on a fully prepaid, non-refundable reservation, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the start, the service was unacceptable. The front desk agent was never present. When we arrived, we had to call a number. He then informed us—without the slightest apology—that he had given away the Suite we had already paid for to someone else. Instead, he sent my pregnant wife and I up to a standard room. No concern, no acknowledgment, no effort to make things right. The “included breakfast” was a joke—extremely minimal and quickly ran out of food. The room itself was passable, but the bathroom was downright filthy, with spit all over the faucet. Completely unacceptable hygiene standards. When it came time to check out, the front desk agent was, once again, nowhere to be found. We eventually spotted him outside behind the pool, sitting on his phone. Since we were in a rush, we simply had to drop our keys behind the desk and leave without any assistance. Hotels.com reviews clearly do not reflect the current reality of this property. After our stay, I checked Google reviews and discovered that the service and quality have plummeted over the past several months. That aligns perfectly with our terrible experience. For a prepaid stay, this was absolutely abysmal, and I would hope a refund could be considered. No guest should be treated this way—least of all on what was supposed to be a special trip.

We stopped in to rest for a long trip. The room was clean and made this a very easy stop. It was right off the interstate and east to find.

Good value for the money. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There is a bit of noise from the nearby highway but overall it was quiet and comfortable.

The staff here was so helpful - I will definitely book here again. Perfect location, too, for a halfway point between the east coast and Chicago (on the toll free route).

The staff was very friendly and gave us their menu for the pizza place across the street! Was walking distance to a pizza place, subway and DQ. The room and lobby was clean. The pool area could have been cleaner but the water was warm and the kids had fun! Breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great pool for the kids not to far from blossom music center would book again room was clean so was the parking lot and surrounding areas

It was an older facility and the staff was serious about keeping this as up to date as possible. However the exit and area surrounding the property was extremely unkept. Grass was at least 2 feet tall

I booked the hotel because it has a hot tube and pool when i got there the staff said the hot tub dosent work the moter was broke they should at least mark the website that the hot tub was temporarily unavailable went to get the breakfast around 6:15 no milk for the cereal or bowls no sausage and organge juiced tasted sour also the eggs looked like they were just put on and half cold .will not be staying there again

The hotel was very nice. My only complaint was there were 2 days that breakfast was missing syrup to go along with the waffles and milk was practically empty for the child to have cereal. Staff was friendly

Comfortable place to stay for two nights while attending a funeral. I especially appreciated the quiet and clean room and the pool! The breakfast was disappointing, both the options and quality. And the whole place needs basic renovations — even just fresh paint — to look cleaner and inviting.
