Hearty breakfast (eggs, sausage and standard continental) was appreciated. Lobby and breakfast area were of good size. Facilities were very clean and in good shape. Check-in staff were very kind but the hotel appeared to be full and room assignments were not completely sorted out by check-in causing some delay for us. Unfortunately key cards routinely failed during the three day stay of our group. Access to a meeting room was a blessing for our group of 30.

There were spiders in our room. I killed five of them in one night. Also the parking lot and sidewalks are not very wheelchair friendly. You can only access the building through the front door. Not goid if there was an emergency.

Staff super kind and helpful from the front desk extended to the kitchen staff, and housekeeping. Breakfast had fun choices and was delicious! Lawn care and yard work well maintained and looked nice on the outside as well. Fly only issue comes from some out dated things, pool looked kind of dirty and the carpeted area kind of give off a smell as if they weren’t cleaned in a while. Besides that great stay for a smaller city!

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels for our family of three. We were impressed with the bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. Definitely recommend this location!

Had a great stay! Comfy bed, shower had great water pressure. Nice and quiet location. Loved the park behind the hotel. Luke made my stay especially nice as he was so friendly every time I saw him. Such a nice guy. Breakfast every morning was great. Plenty of options for off site dining and shopping. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room that was wonderful, large bathroom with bars, bars in the tub at tub level and shower level, everything worked well, except for the hand held shower nozzle. It was a tub not a walk in shower, but it worked for us. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We found our room comfortable with the exception that the comforter was too thick. Neither my wife nor I could get our temperature right while sleeping. With the air set on 68° and the comforter on, we were too hot with it off we were too cold. We recommend that a blanket is also included in the room. This should alleviate that problem.

Stay started off great until right before check out. Received call to our room stating the system went down and they needed to re-enter our information into the system. Gave name, address but I felt uncomfortable giving my credit card info. Stated I would give my information to front desk. He got very upset then cussed me out. Called front desk and come to find out it was a scammer they transferred to our room. Very confusing as to how he knew what room to ask for, it was 10am on a Monday and there were only a few people left to check out with 3 floors of rooms. Seems as if someone who works there was working with him on what room to ask for, if we were still in room, etc. Be Aware!

Property great, only thing we had issue with was upon arrival I went in to check in and had parked infront of Property in check in area a bus came to also check in and proceeded to honk my son was in the car, the bus driver started yelling and cussing at my son when i went out to move for him he started yelling at me then followed me into hotel yelling at me front desk did nothing to handle the matter or even ask him to stop.
