Heater was off when we arrived. Room was very cold. Heater had a hard time keeping up with the cold air coming in through the gap in the door. No dead bolt on the door. Bathroom tub needs updating. In the morning office was locked and there didn't seem to be the breakfast available that was advertised.

Heat was off in the room, took over two hours to warm up and the bed was still ice cold. The walkways were all cover in ice and snow and they appeared to have put zero effort into dealing with it. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but they had the doors locked, I couldn’t even get a coffee at 7 am!
